Nuestro apartamento tiene dos dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene una litera, el piso superior tiene una cama individual (90x200 cm) y el piso inferior tiene una cama king size (180 x 200 cm) para que 3 personas puedan dormir. en la litera. En la sala de estar tenemos un sofá para dormir muy agradable, también podemos colocar una cama individual plegable en la sala de estar si es necesario. El apartamento y todo el edificio fue renovado recientemente. Disponemos de parking privado fuera / debajo del edificio. Si planea realizar excursiones, la parada de autobús número 8 está justo al otro lado de la calle al lado de la iglesia Hallgrimskirkja.

Our stay was lovely and the apartment was SO NICE. The kitchen was huge and everything was spotless. We had booked rather last minute for the busy tourist season and were worried we would be on the outskirts but this location is perfect. We couldn't have been happier with our host and the communication, either. This is definitely a 10/10.

Excellent accommodations and an easy 10 minute walk to BSI Terminal. Plenty of room for our group of four, teens really appreciated the TV! Kitchen was well equipped and meals were easily prepared. Street noise intermittent; cured with the kitchen vent fan for white noise.
View could not be beat!

This property was delightful - well appointed, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, location was perfect. Kjartan was very communicative and getting into the property was easy (covered parking was a bonus!). Cafe Loki right next door is a delight - try the lamb shank or gratinated fish! Only small thing that could be improved is that the common areas (landings outside the apartments) could use a little cleaning. Apartment itself is top notch though!

Great location across from Hallgrímskirkja. Convenient on-site covered parking. Secure building. Easy walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants and downtown activities. Couple of small maintenance issues with minimally operational windows in kitchen and living room. Shade in master bedroom non-functioning. Bedroom 2 bunk bed is best for kids. Beds are comfy.
Apartment is very clean, but sparsely decorated. Kitchen very well equipped with all cookware and dishes you will need to make meals.
Overall a good home base for families or group of friends.

Perfect location for our family to explore Reykjavik. Walked to restaurants, museums, whale watching tour @ the old harbor and grocery store. Clean rental with space for us and our 2 teen boys.

The apartment is amazing! It is located in the heart of Reykjavik and is an easy walk to multiple tourist attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious with modern fixtures and furniture and is extremely clean. There is a dedicated washer and dryer for the apartment in the common laundry room, and detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The host is wonderful - he reached out to us prior to our arrival in Reykjavik and gave us clear instructions (with images in an email) on how to get in the building and into the apartment, and he was available for any questions we had. He even recommended a few things to do on the way to Reykjavik when we told him we were going to be coming from the Golden Circle. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we visit Iceland again.

Location, Location, Location
We could not have found a more perfect location for exploring Reykjavik and beyond! Literally across the street from Hallgrímskirkja Church and bus stop 8 which made for super easy access to buses/tour pickups. The church can be seen from almost anywhere in the city so that was our landmark for making it home after walking and exploring. Super clean, great bath with nice shower and plenty of hot water, kitchen met all our cooking needs. Kjartan was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. You can't go wrong with this apartment!!! **Tip for Americans: There is a "water tank" on the dryers(top left corner) that you will need to empty between loads or your clothes will never dry!**

A wonderful place with a wonderful view.
It's like having an amazing apartment with an amazing view! Obviously newly remolded and in great condition. Loki cafe is next door so you can start your day with traditional Icelandic food.
The only caution I would add is that is is near a very busy intersection, so consider earplugs or a white noise on your phone or a fan so you don't awake. It's not loud, just busy.

Great Location
The airbnb is in a great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. The owner is responsive to my emails and questions. The owner is also very accomodating, allowing us to stay 1 more night due to the weather storm. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable.

Perfect location for an Icelandic experience
Very nice and quite spacious apartment! We were 7 persons, so we had to use the sofa sleeper in the living room. But that was not a problem

Central Reykjavík Apartment
Perfect place for a family with 2 kids. Kjartan is super responsive. Apartment is in a great location right next to a tour bus stop and within walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great flat in central location in Reykjavik
Very nice flat although a bit cramped for 5-6 people (at least by North american standards). Great location; loved having the view of Hallgrimskirkja out the window; loved having Cafe Loki next door (try the Plokkfiskur :)), loved being able to walk to Laugarvegur in a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and apartment
My two daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights while in Iceland. The apartment was pristinely clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location in the city was ideal. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location, clean and lots of space
This apartment was great for our family of 4. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Spacious living area to sit and relax after a day of touring and modern bathroom and kitchen. Off street parking was a bonus too!

The apartment is wonderful. Very clean and updated.
The one issue was my not knowing to drain the dryer water tank. But another guest clued me in.

I can’t imagine a better apartment. It was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 young children) - size was great, very clean and modern. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location on a modern flat
The flat is just as advertised with all furnishings and appliances. We were a group of 5 and had a very comfortable stay. It is steps to the Main Church, the bus stop 8 for tours. 4 blocks to the main street and 2 block from a community pool.
The kitchen is modern and we were able to prepare meals for our group easily. There's also a small convenience store near by and a very good pizzeria. We loved our stay.

Incredible Apartment in the heart of Reykjavík
Beautiful apartment with an incredible view, super comfortable and cozy. It's so good that it led me to imagine myself living there in Reykjavík, in that home, i felt like a home. Super simple, practical and at the same time well decorated. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make small snacks or family dinners. Comfortable beds, big tv, fast internet, and a quiet building in the heart of the town. Best location possible.
We love it, we recommend it 100% and on the next trip to Reykjavík we will be staying there for sure.

The apartment was conveniently located and Kjartan was great to work with. It was easy to navigate the capital and we made several day trips from this location. Shopping and dining are close by and you can walk to almost anything you need. Enjoy and I would stay here again.

Three friends and I stayed at this flat for four days in early November--Perfect location, immaculately clean and brand new, kitchen had everything in terms of coffee maker, silverware, wine glasses etc. Easy walk from the bus, and we could always find our way back while out and about in the city because it's across from Hallgrimskirkja, one of Reykjavik's most visible attractions. Bonus: our host was instantly available and helpful throughout the process, even when doing a last-minute booking during Icelandic Airwaves, a popular music festival held every year in November (as we found out).
