Chambre spacieuse , confortable et propre avec une vue magnifique sur le burj.
Le personnel était très agréable, mention spéciale pour Ezekiel le serveur qui était d'une amabilité rare.
Service de ménage impeccable.
Petit déjeuner excellent et varié.

Duży pokój, dobry widok na Burj Khalifa, ogólnie chcieliśmy widok z prosta na Burj, ale dostaliśmy z widokiem z boku, jak za taką cenę moim zdaniem widok powinien być z prosta na Burj Khalifa. Basen za to piękny z niesamowitym widokiem na Burj Khalifa, jedzenie bardzo dobre.
Kelnerzy trochę zakręceni, codziennie na śniadaniu zapominali nam donieść śniadanie lub trwało to zbyt długo. Musieliśmy prosić się kilka razy o nasze zamówienie. W pokoju w niektórych miejscach nie było sprzątane, trochę za drogo, ale warto tam być.

Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful and very polite. WiFi not very good at the balcony. Body lotion dispenser in my room was not working. Over all a hotel to come back!
From my last staying (December 2023-on two bookings) deposit what was taking down from my debit card not returned until now (May 2024) - I’m still waiting

Hotel lindo, atendimento excelente da Cecile no café da manhã, quarto super confortável! Café da manhã ótimo!
Achei que faltou cordialidade de apresentar as acomodações no momento do checkin. Em qualquer hotel 5 estrelas, alguém te leva até o quarto para mostrar a acomodação, e alguns detalhes. Também achei a limpeza do quarto diária insuficiente.

O hotel tem localização excepcional, no centro da cidade e com piscina de borda infinita de frente para o Burj Khalifa.
Certamente está entre os melhores hotéis de Dubai.
Para quem pretende ficar no centro de Dubai, é certamente a melhor opção (embora, obviamente, não seja barato).
O hotel também conta com excelente café da manhã (pecou no fato de a champanhe não estar inclusa), e possui restaurantes notáveis em seu complexo (Cê-la-vi, por exemplo).
Pretendo retornar com mais calma (viagem de negócios).
Não é o melhor custo-benefício de Dubai, mas isso é mera observação. Eu não deixaria de me hospedar lá por isso.
MAS, para quem procura custo-benefício, é algo a se pensar.

Everything’s was perfect from the spacious room including turning down service to the staff and all the facilities. Best massage I ever had. Perfect connection to the Dubai Mall without getting outside.

Zdecydowanie basen należy do największych atrakcji hotelu, widok z balkonu na Burj Khalifa zapiera dech w piersiach. Śniadanie znakomite, obsługa perfekcyjna na najwyższym poziomie pozdrawiam Brian and George.
Jedyny minus to taki że przy wymeldowaniu naciskają abyś skorzystał z ich taksówek które są 3 razy droższe od innych.

Al hacer el check in sobre las 20 hr no pudimos ducharnos al no haber agua caliente en la habitación. La solución; esperar a que se arregle. Podían habernos cambiado de habitación y no lo hicieron.
Un hotel de esta categoría y precio no puede tener estos fallos.

Se amate il lusso a Dubai e non avete grossi problemi di budget, soggiornate assolutamente qui quando siete in zona Downtown. Inutile dire perché: la posizione incredibile davanti al Burj Khalifa, la piscina infinita, la cortesia e l'attenzione dello staff, le camere bellissime etc. Una vera esperienza 5 stelle.

Ein top modernes und doch gemütliches Hotel mitten in Down City. Top Ausstattung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort, einem unaufdringlichen, aber doch aufmerksamen Service und guter Infrastruktur. Das ganze Hotel ist in einen unverwechselbaren Duft gehüllt, so dass man sich Zuhause beim Kofferauspacken noch Mal an die unvergessliche Zeit in Dubai erinnern kann. Die absoluten Highlights sind der Swimmingpool und das Restaurant im 54. Stock mit dem Blick auf Burj Kalifa zum Greifen nah.
Wie so oft manche unangepasste Gäste, was aber wenig mit dem Hotel zu tun hat, denn dort ist der Gast wirklich König.

Raňajky boli fantastické, všetko bolo chutné s veľmi širokým výberom. Personál hotela bol milý a vždy usmiaty. Infinity bazén má neskutočný výhľad a taktiež bazén v lobby má veľmi pekný výhľad.
