The yard was great, the rooms, beds were comfy and house set up was nice

The house needs aircon... we stayed during a heat wave with 3 small children and 1 of our kids ended up with heat stroke due to the high temperatures both inside and out side of the house. It was very difficult to cool down and for this reason, although we were very happy with the layout of the house etc the house desperately needs air con.

Rears of doors need cleaning had mould spots main bed needs to be updated very uncomfortable and springs poking out the place needed a good professional clean

nothing we didn't like. It would have been useful to have access to a garage to store bikes, surfboards, skateboards etc. Fortunately I could lock most to the the trailer but needed to put the surf boards inside.
