We had a great time skiing in Breckinridge and enjoyed the Hot tub every night. For skiing we walked up to the snowflake lift, and at the end of the day we skied right to our back door via the 4 o clock run!

The property was affordable, clean, and in a great location. It was a little dated...but it didn't bother us at all. Our teenagers loved access to the pool.

We started out stay with an ER visit, after a toddler found a prescription pill on the floor, put it in his mouth and tried to chew it up. Parents ushed him to the ER for help, we found another pill on the floor in the same bedroom along with an upholstery task and other items which should have been vacuumed with cleaning. Main level and downstairs heating and power went off constantly, they finally sent an electrician when the kitchen power was off also. Determined that breakers were overheating, knocking off power. Power was off and on thru our entire stay, was out even when we checked out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, and the size is great for larger groups. However, the property desperately needs some TLC. Here's a few of the issues we noted: Lack of lighting; low watt, mismatched light bulbs in fixtures and missing or burned out bulbs. The carpeting is terribly dirty. No dishwasher soap or laundry soap was provided. The toilet valves leak, so the toilets kick on frequently to refill (noisy and wasteful). The spices provided in the kitchen appear to be from the 70's. The coffeemaker was full of grounds in the water-fill section and would not work. We had to dump it all out and flush it out a couple times to clean it. There's a broken blue chair sitting at the bottom of the stairs wasting space. The furniture is outdated, and it's bulky leaving less room for guests and gear. The place needs maintenance and updates. See for yourself is you want.

Fantastic property for our spring break ski trip. Short uphill walk to the lift and can ski right to back door at end of the day. I’d definitely stay here again.

The ski in ski out room was perfect for our group. The property had enough space for all of us and had everything we needed. I would recommend some darker curtains for the upstairs bedroom that faces the very well lit parking lot. We ended up cooking meals due to restaurant restrictions in town and enjoyed our meals together.

Very dated property. Needs updating everywhere. Furniture, beds, etc. Good location and was clean. But again, very dated. TV and VCR do not work in Master.

This was a great spot to spend our Christmas holiday with our adult children. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas fireplace was always cozy. The location close to town and lifts is fantastic.

We chose from over a hundred properties because we had a wide expanse of ages to consider (young children to working adults) We chose this location due to the fact there was a pool. Upon arrival we found out the pool/hot tub was not working due to off season (the pictures in the rental advertisement show the pool open when there are colored leaves which lead me to assume the pool was still open in the fall. there was no mention of the pool being closed for an off season. Also, the internet was so inconsisitent the the working adults had to go to starbucks to work. Also, the tv set up would not allow for our kids to watch cartoons or movies with out paying for a subscription. They had VHS tapes available but our children were quite dissapointed with the entire experience. I would not rent this unit again

Had five people stay in this condo for a weekend. Had a great time both at this condo and in town. Plenty of room, clean and had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only think that was missing was a fan and the ability to open some windows for airflow.

We loved the location of this property. Just a few blocks away from downtown. Nice quiet place. Views were amazing.

Very convenient location. Ski to back door. Lift access is a block or two up the hill. Free bus stops right next to the parking lot for access to other areas in Breckenridge. Everything inside the unit worked like it was supposed to. Property manager was prompt to answer questions.

House was well laid out and worked perfectly for our group of 8 adults. Sauna was a nice feature.

We enjoyed Sunset #10! The location was great. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. All rooms were nicely decorated. The basement bedroom was perfect and we used the laundry facilities in the basement. Very convenient when you’ve got little ones with you. We even found baby gates in the closet! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great place. Not too far from downtown. Limited parking but close to public parking lot.
