This home was clean with ample space for our family! The host thought of all the amenities to make our stay even more perfect! Convenient to the Ark Encounter (a must see) and a short drive to the Cincinnati Zoo!

We had six adults and it fit us just right. Close the the Ark and other interest we had in the area. It's nice to have a kitchen so we can start our day with coffee and a bit to eat.

What a Great place to stay!!! Easy to get to all the places we came to see. Restaurants close by if you are looking for a quick meal or shopping at the same exit if you want to cook (our group did both). We used all 4 bedrooms and both bathrooms, everything very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, nice dinning area and living room seating with a nice tv made everyone happy. The outdoor seating area was used both nights by our group. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

The house was very clean with plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. it was easy to get to and from I-75, minutes from the Ark Encounter. would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Very good location close to Duncan and Walmart. Like 8 minutes from The Ark and 45 minutes from Cinn Zoo and aquarium. We had so much fun. Very clean and cozy simple decor not super fancy but very comfortable and clean.

It was a very good expeirence, much better than expected. Everything was clean. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. 10/10 totally recomend!

This property is so clean and comfortable. It is a pretty drive to get there and the family who owns it are simply wonderful! The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of room and extra amenities you just don't get other places. It is conveniently located close to the Ark Encounter and a close drive to the Creation museum. It's beautifully decorated. They thought of everything! Plenty of towels and pillows, there's a high chair, plenty of cookware and dishes. There are games and game consoles in the rooms along with DVDs and big tvs. The patio is nice with a pretty view and a fire pit the kids loved. We were 6 adults and 7 children. There was room to for a couple of air mattresses we brought ourselves for the littles. The bedrooms are spacious as well. Patrick and Brittany are kind and communicate quickly and well. You can tell they put a lot of love into making this a comfortable place for families. We would 10/10 recommend staying there and we know we will stay there again if given the opportunity. There were a lot of laughs and joy had in this sweet home. We hope you have them too!

Family weekend getaway with family (11 members ranging in age from 75-6)Ark was just a short and easy drive away (10 minutes). Very clean property. Had all the amenities we were looking for and what was listed in the rental description. Property was well stocked with towels, wash clothes, bath soap, shampoo, and trash bags. Coffee bar/supplies was a nice treat.

Everything we needed was provided and then some! Everything was clean and the house was well maintained. Communication with the owners was great.

We just got back from a short trip to Kentucky to see the Ark and the creation museum. This house was a perfect location for the Ark, and about 20 minutes away from the museum. It was a lovely house, wonderfully stocked, and Absolutely loved the coffee bar! Would definitely recommend this house to anybody coming to the area!

Great clean house with comfy beds! Worked great for our family of 10

We decided to rent this house for our family vacation that included going to the arc encounter. It was perfect. They had the house just as the pictures showed as well as having it stocked with essentials. We spent quality time together, which was priceless. The owners were extremely helpful when we had a question.

The house was very comfortable, especially the queen beds. Location is great...minutes to the Ark and close to the Creation Museum too. House was well stocked with essentials (paper towels, TP, dish soap, hair dryers, towels, etc) There is a Walmart minutes down the road for anything you forgot. There is road noise and a neighbor with a crazy loud bike, but neither are deal breakers IMO. Just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Thank you for a nice, relaxing long weekend.

This property was the perfect size for our family of 7! It was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also cozy for family dinners and game nights! Only 10 minutes from the ark and 40 from the creation museum. Clean and comfy beds too!

This place was definitely more comfortable than all but the very best of hotels. The three queen beds I am told were very comfortable. The other four beds are better suited to kids than a 200lb adult, but for a kids bed was more comfortable than I expected (just slightly less comfortable than the last hotel bed I slept in). The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The living room was very comfortable. The linen closets were stocked. The bathrooms were clean. And the patio out back was a huge bonus. On top of it all, for 7 adults the price was better than even a bargain hotel. Better price and more comfortable, we would choose this place again.

Loved having three queen bedrooms and a fourth for the cousins ages 3-7, in twin beds. Decorated very nicely and you can tell the owners work to make sure everything is clean and well-stocked. We also enjoyed the free streaming services. We enjoyed a meal at Beans and loved the location being so close to the Ark. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely home! Very clean and comfortable beds. Hosts are communicative and have wonderful amenities available (including coffee bar☕️). We only wish our trip could have been longer. If you need a breakfast stop on your way to sightseeing, visit Beans Cafe & Bakery. Yum!

The house was a beautiful home, it was especially nice that there where tv's in the bedrooms. Most rental 's don't have that.

It was perfect for my 83 yr old mom and her friend to see the Ark Encouter. We had a wonderful time playing games and being together. Thanks so much! Bucket List got a check off....

What a lovely, well taken care of, home away from home. Everything was exceptionally clean, with plenty of beds, games for the family, a nice coffee bar, and easy to get to location convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions. We would highly recommend Patrick and Brittany’s home to anyone staying in the area.

We had issues with it being too cold on one side of the house and too warm on the other. Other than that, it was a nice rental. Great location. Easy to navigate to all nearby attractions. Neighborhood appears safe!

The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our visit. We especially enjoyed the coffee station. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Traveled as a group of four to the area to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We had a wonderful time! The house is located closer to the Ark, about 10 minutes, travel time wasn't bad to the Creation Museum, about 30 minutes, same time to go to Cincinnati Airport too. It's not far from the highway so it's easy to get to where you want to go. There are restaurants close by and a great coffee shop if you don't want to cook. The coffee bar at the house was well stocked as well as the toiletry items, towels, dishes/silverware, etc. Each person had their own bedroom and we were glad to have two bathrooms. The beds and pillows were comfy along with the couches and chairs where we could spend time going over everything we learned during the day. It was just right for what we needed!

The roomy ranch is in a great location in a very peaceful community. It was very close to anything we chose to do including the Ark. The house was clean, well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The coffee bar was amazing and greatly appreciated!! Even the beds were good! The owners were more than generous and helpful. They always responded to messages right away which I was very pleasantly suprised but grateful for. We would all gladly stay again or in any property that they owned! Tina
