The location of this condo was perfect and we were able to walk to all of our activities - even with the cold and snow! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend.

As advertised EXCEPT we believe the bed was a double/full bed (vs queen as advertised). Overall 4 stars because we could hear the people upstairs excessively (from our perspective) moving about - it sounded as if they were running around, a lot, in their cozy condo with ski boots on. Don’t know what the owner of this unit could do about that, but it detracted from our experience.

...very pleasant location close to town, including a quiet micro-park with a pond right out back for morning coffee and reading. Perfect!

We were in Aspen for a weekend event, and found this one bedroom apartment to work really well! One parking place is provided and then we walked to almost everything we visited. Had a great time!

Lovely one bedroom condo a 10’ walk from downtown Aspen, restaurants, grocery store. The condo was clean, cozy and well-stocked. Sarah was a great host, quick to respond to questions and needs. We drove the 15’ to Snowmass each day, and parking at the Two Creeks lot made it super convenient. Having a combo washer /dryer was a great bonus to wash the stinky ski gear. Easy parking in the condo lot. We utilized the BBQ twice, which was a nice bonus! Highly recommend this condo and would happily stay there again!

This property is a perfect place to stay if you are not a light sleeper. The pipes are old, and will make very soft but consistent noises all the time. It drove me crazy!!! Having stayed there before, I knew about it, but thought I could ignore it. The owner / manager did not respond to me about this. I finally called the building manager to find out it was not possible to fix easily. Also, there are a lot of things that need to be detailed for easy use: the front door lock is not easily understood, as the handle is for show, not really to be used. The stove, impossible to read the labels, so that too could use some instruction. The TV (thank goodness) has instruction, but there needs more.
The shower door must be repaired as well.
But that all said, it is a great place and well worth the money (if you are not a light sleeper).

This unit is adorable. I had trouble figuring out the stove and the TV, but Sarah was always available to help. The only update really needed is the bathroom shower doors and living room rug. The bed is so comfortable, but needs a step to get up on it (I mean this really). It had everything I needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is close to the Gondola and to downtown Aspen. Very convenient. The property manager Sarah was great and very responsive.

My girlfriend and I lived here for over a month and really loved it. I actually think the listing understates the place. We were working remotely and using the place as both a homebase and an office. We enjoyed taking calls from the park right outside our front door, and sitting on the patio for dinner. The gondola plaza and the grocery store are steps away. We really got spoiled.

Awesome Spot
We stayed here during the Aspen Food and Wine Festival could not have been any closer to all the festivities. The condo was well stocked with the items we needed for the weekend, condo was very clean. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our weekend in Aspen being within walking distance of everything and having the perfect place to stay.

Lovely condo in a great location!
My husband and I had a wonderful ski trip in Aspen and we were extremely happy with the condo. It was just perfect for the 2 of us and the location was fabulous! Walking distance to the gondola, bus station, grocery store and everything else in town! We didn’t rent a car as there was no need for one. The condo was supplied with everything needed if you wanted to stay in and cook but if you like to Apres ski or dine out every night you have several great restaurants nearby. The park behind it has a pond which was full of ducks and it was fun to watch them as we walked back from skiing everyday. The owner also responded to all of our questions promptly which is something we appreciated. We would definitely go back and stay there again!
