If you are looking for convenience to beach, restaurants and St Andrews State Park this is the place to be. Easy check in, in constant contact with property management company, they were very helpful about check in and checking to see if we needed anything. A fun family vacation.

Everything was fine with our condo. The only thing that could use some attention was the guest bedroom/bathroom that my family used. It was the one with a king bed. That bathroom minor cosmetic issues that could be repaired. The other bathrooms were newly renovated and this particular one had not been. Our king bed in the guest master was comfortable.
The property and grounds were beautiful. The location was perfect. Communication with staff on site and through text, was done on with ease.

We enjoyed staying here very much. Most everything we needed was provided and due to the detailed listing we were able to bring any needed items with us because we knew about it in advance. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor which was a pleasant surprise! There were sand toys, pool noodles and even 2 beach chairs for us to use during our stay.
We had plenty of dishes, cups etc…the only thing lacking was paper towels and toilet paper, however, the detailed ad alerted us we would need to bring some extra.

The manager was in contact with us the day before and an hour before arrival. Security had us checked in and up to speed and within minutes we were in the condo. The condo was clean. The living room furniture was comfortable with a great view of the gulf. The kitchen well stocked. The beds were select comfort which in my opinion are the best and both master bedrooms have walkout onto the balcony. The bathrooms are a little smaller than they look in the pictures but more than adequate. The thing that makes this place stand out is the balcony. It is around 40 feet long with comfortable padded seating for 10 people. No cheap plastic chairs. There is a great view of the pool and hot tub, which we were told were 84 and 102 degrees and the white sand beach and gulf. The unit is the first one off the elevator so you can be in the pool or on the beach in less than a minute. Also, thanks to the USAF at Tyndall for the daily fighter jet flybys. They still give me goosebumps.

The cleanliness of unit 306 was a little lacking. Air vents were full of lint/dirt. One of the toilets was not working properly; however service was prompt, occurring the following day, and resulted in toilet replacement.

We had a great week with our friends and children. The cleanliness of the condo wasn’t real great. Definitely could use a deep cleaning. Crumbs under couch’s and food wrappers under beds. Sand still on the floors (but i’m sure that is an endless battle). One elevator wasn’t working the entire time we were there, so made unloading our belongings and groceries a bit hard with a long elevator line for the one that did work. Other than that we had a great time and it was close to the beach and I would book here again. The palm trees blocked majority of our view from the balcony, but I still enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

I have reported that to the rental agency they did come and clean one major spot in the bedroom and said they would clean the others after we left. Overall a great unit loved the third floor was a little worried about the palm trees obstructing our view but I added wonderful shade and privacy from the pool. My father sit on the balcony and wrote stories he is a writer and enjoy the privacy tremendously

Good place minor issues
We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to stay again in the future. I do have a few mild complaints, the bed listings in the initial post said bedroom 3 had two queen beds and they looked like doubles for sure. The floor was pretty filthy and the comforters were brown so we had to wash them when we checked in. Other than that the elevators stayed messed up the entire week off and on. The room itself is laid out nicely and we enjoyed the upgraded mattresses in the two king rooms and the Roku tv was a nice touch!

Had a great time with friends on our annual “friendcation”. Kitchen was well stocked but the stove and oven were extremely dirty. The overall cleanliness left a little to be desired. Dusty ceiling fans, lamp shades, and their was left over food crumbs in the grooves of the dining room table. We would stay here again even with the cleanliness issues due to direct beach location. Easy parking and convenience to lots of great restaurants.

Awesome vacay 2020
We enjoyed everything about this property! Staff at the condo were super friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and had great views of the beach, even with the palm trees- which gave great privacy on the deck. Live the gulf group was very accessible and helpful. The property was very family friendly. The beach was amazing! Awesome vacation in spite of Corona. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time
Wonderful vacation. Loved the comfortable furniture on the spacious balcony. Beach access was a breeze, and the view was perfect. King beds were Sleep Numbers and very comfortable. One person in our group said one of the queen beds made him feel like he was positioned as if he was in a hammock. We noticed quite a bit of dust and dirt accumulations, but hopefully the condo was well sanitized according to COVID recommendations. Overall a great time, and would likely book again in the future.

Water issues
We didn’t have hot water for the first 24 hrs and the customer service number had to be called 3 times and was difficult to get us a resolution.
Then the property shut the water off for 4-6 hours on Thursday and Friday.
Very surprised with the pandemic that water was the continuous frustration for the week. Also the hot tub was never in working order and the kiddie pool was never cleaned.
The condo itself was very nice and was obviously recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach and weather were great. And main pool was clean.
Not sure if we would revisit this property due to the water issues and difficult customer service.

Great trip, loved the condo!
We loved the condo, the staff at the Commodore was great, the room was great, the pool was great, plan to stay again! The only issue I had was theway the booking was. I went through VRBO but my receipt was handle by a different party “LiveThe Gulf Coast”and my trip insurance got left off and I couldn’t get a response back from the “live at the gulf group” at times with out going through the owner. Closer to our trip they did get better at the responding. It was hard to contact them at times. The owner was great I never had an issue w him. The only issue I had was the “live at the gulf group”. The condo was great just make sure receipt is correct and get with condo owner as soon as you have any issue w booking.

Will not stay here again
Our room was very nice and the owners where very easy to work with! The only thing I would suggest is the back room with the 2 beds need new beds they bowed in the middle. But the commodore it’s self was very hard to deal with as far as some of the security guards we was always being threatened to be evicted over absolutely nothing, because of how they was I will not stay here any more because it’s more of a retirement condo. We had people in the pool making comments that kids wasn’t allowed in the pool that that was why the kiddy pool was put in, I’m sorry but the kiddy pool was hotter than the hot tub!

Great place!
We Love this condo and will stay here again. Plenty of space. Right on the beach making it easy to carry down chairs. Plenty of dishes to use if you want to stay in and cook. Close to all the tourist areas. We give it 2 thumbs up!

Great beach front rental
This condo was perfect for our two family vacation. There was plenty space for the eight of us ( 4 kids / 4 adults). The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for families. The only issue we had was the front door lock key pad was not working when we arrived, but it was corrected within hours and did not impact our stay.

Beautiful Condo
The condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very spacious and accommodated our party of five nicely. It definitely will hold more people. The view of the ocean is a bit obstructed by the palm trees but it wasn't really a big deal. The owners of the other condos are very nice and friendly. We had a blast and look forward to coming back next year!

Really great vacation spot
Our group of 7 ladies were more than comfortable in this condo. All of the furniture is more than comfortable and the a/c worked great! The porch furniture is fabulous and the beds are super comfy! Both of the front bedrooms have sleep number beds so be prepared for some of the best sleep of your life. Everyone from the security guards to the beach guy were super friendly and Sarah was quick to respond when we had an issue.
It was nice having a restaurant (Patches) nearby that we could walk to and Scampy's and Schooners are within walking distance as well. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for the memories and the spectacular sunsets.
