Great communication from reserving and throughout. Super friendly l. What minor issues we had were taken care of quickly by very personable staff. Location was perfect.

Property was walking distance to town and chair lift. As others said furniture was very well used :)

This place is all about the location. So just don’t plan to sleep well or cook anything fancy and you’ll love it.

We had some difficulties during our stay even though we enjoyed the location of the property. The water alarm went off, we had fire alarm issues. One of the beds is being held up by a upside down cooking pot. We got a parking ticket even though we had the pass in the vehicle- but they later fixed that. The upstairs bedroom was 85 degrees, so quite miserable.

Cannot beat the location of this property for ski in-ski out. Property has significant deferred maintenance, but our group expected that based on the price and previous reviews and everything critical worked. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The location as a ski in ski out condo was awesome. It made the skiing very convenient. The condo needs some updating. This was a trip with mostly guys so we don't really care about the decorations or the style but at the very least it needs some new mattresses. The bottom mattresses on the bunk beds seemed about 50 years old and not comfortable at all. Once again, the location was great and by far the best reason to book this condo.

Everything was great except Suburban with ski rack didn't fit into garage and they could use more eating and cooking utensils.

The first thing we saw when we entered the unit, was the front door had been kicked in. The door frame was unattached and leaning against the wall. The door could not be dead bolted, the deadbolt was exposed and attaching to nothing. We decided to pay more so we could have a full kitchen and do all our cooking rather than eating out. On the first morning we had invited 3 family members for breakfast before the film festival. Food was prepped, I went to turn the stove on, and not one burner worked. Zero. We had to leave and grab a quick bite out, which is exactly what we planned NOT to do. They did fix it on this day, but not in time to save our breakfast plans. Other things like a kitchen door ajar at all times, fridge water dispenser not shutting off so us needing to clean the floor several times a day, a 1/2 glass of water from a previous guest sitting on a shelf, clogged sink, and shower to tub function lever comes off in hand. All of these things seem like easy fixes, and should have been complete prior to allowing guests to stay in the unit.

The townhouse is comfortable and well furnished with plenty of beds. The overall accommodations are comfortable but not luxurious. The decor is somewhat disturbing, with an outdoor animal/bear theme which is campy but a dominant Native American theme to the wall paintings and hangings that bordered on poor taste.

We also walked to South Main St to eat, etc. Very convenient. We only used the car to go to the City Market for food & alcohol two times. (...and maybe a trip to the dispensary on airport rd). Wood Winds Property Management is always easy to work with - great communication. All on the up-and-up; no surprises; renting was very easy. It all worked out great.

What a great ski in/out for our family. Very short walk to town. Clean and plenty of cookware. The dishwasher soap, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags the house supplied was very helpful. We ubered to city market which is a Kroger for groceries and I cooked dinner each night. We had a great vacation here.

We had a group of 8 for long weekend in Breck. Great location - easy walk to city center and restaurants. Quick drives to many trailheads. Accommodations were perfect for our group - kitchen could use some restocking (utensils, pots, cutlery, etc).

The unit worked well for our group and the plentiful sleeping spots. However, the unit needs some updating and work. The upstairs room is very hot and the sink in the upstairs bathroom has a leak. There are many windows with screens missing which makes it hard to get airflow and keep the temperature down during warmer summer days.
The kitchen is overcrowded with too large of a table and side furniture that’s not needed. It is also in desperate need of some additional utensils (is. Spatulas, large spoons, cutting knives, etc).
The unit was very clean and we enjoyed having laundry in our condo. Bottom line- great location and facility but would recommend spending some money to update and find a way to get airflow to the 3rd floor bedroom.

The window coverings were limited so all of the rooms were light whenever the sun was up. There was no covering on the skylights which meant a nap for the toddlers was very difficult. There was a lot of furniture packed in - probably to accommodate a lot of people during the busy season. We felt like we were in a small room maneuvering our way around each other and the furniture. The beds were comfortable. The unit was well stocked and when we needed something, the property managers came in with it right away. It seemed very disorganized that we were told to drive out of our way to return our keys and then they were closed. We had to drive back to the townhouse to leave them there.
