The property was charming and quaint. The heated pool was great and the house was pictured exactly. Just a short walk into town on a quiet street. Would definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Rays place. The house is beautiful and updated. The backyard and pool are also very well maintained. Having the doors and windows open to the backyard make you feel like you’re outside even while indoors. The communication with Ray was also great and he was very accommodating. We were able to walk in to town with our baby and dog a few times and drove 15 mins to the ocean side beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Hamptons!

This is a beautifully restored, charming home in Sag Harbor. I booked it to catch some overfill when a bunch of family came to town (we have a home in the village ourselves), and I would again. The kitchen is great for group cooking, the street is quiet, and the location is walkable to all the restaurants, etc, that Sag has to offer. The host is extremely helpful, thorough and responsive. Recommend!

Airy, quiet, well-designed small house; good kitchen; nice location. Lovely 2d-floor outdoor terrace. Cleaning: not clean upon arrival; clutter under beds, raggedy beach towels, over-used linens, dirty utensils. Owner super-responsive, replaced torn mattress cover, stored furniture for storm. Poor cellular, internet. Steep, challenging staircase; cluttered backyard.

The home is lovely - pool heated and welcoming with beautiful French doors which connect the living space to the backyard pool. Everyone loves Raymond because he is the best host - very communicative and generous. The house has everything you need. Pleasant short walk both to Sag Harbor town and to Havens beach on the bay. Highly recommend this property without reservation.

Ray has been our best host to date. From booking to check-in to check-out, he was available, accommodating and kind. The house was just as listed with all the things you will need to make your stay comfy and fun. Heated pool in Sag (even in July) is a must, it was perfect; we spent hours in and around the pool. My only caution is the odor of the home. I am super sensitive to odor and as with so many historical homes in Sag, this one too has a musty odor. It wasn't a deal breaker but it is intense. And if you aren't familiar with Sag, the location is perfect. It's quiet and easy to access main roads and downtown. Loved loved loved our stay here!

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful one of a kind house! It was fun finding all of the cool things this house has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was totally stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the temperature adjustments you can make on the pool was easily one of the nicest things. Ray stopped by to bring us something and we’re glad we got to meet him- he’s such a nice guy! The house is nicely located- an easy walk to a corner store, and a short drive to all of the restaurants and shops. Thank you Ray!

The property was clean, charming and a perfect family getaway. The location was quiet and conveniently located near all the restaurants, shops and beaches. There were various amenities in the house (pool, golf holes, Netflix, etc). The pool was heated and had shade from the hot sun during the afternoon. The owner (Ray) was very responsive and made our stay hassle-free. We would like to return to this property in the future. A great stay for our family!

This was my first VRBO experience and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. Ray and his partner made every step of this process easy. The house was as advertised and did not disappoint. The heated pool, chefs kitchen, home entertainment center and upstairs deck complete with putting green… need I say more. You also have access to an outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator and a solo stove. What really makes the experience is having access to Ray. You feel like you have a five-star concierge on demand to meet all of your needs. Sag Harbor has a lot to offer and provides easy access to the rest of the Hamptons/ Montauk. The whole family, including my two teenage daughters and Winston (Newfoundland) truly enjoyed their experience and would consider going back again next year. Thank you Ray for a wonderful start to our summer!

This is a great location and a newly renovated home. The owner has everything figured out and well stocked. Loved our time and our memories.

The house is very modern and well decorated. The AC works great which is always important in a summer house. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question. Overall, happy with our choice to stay here.

My family of 5 stayed at this lovely property. We had a wonderful time. Description was accurate to a T! The owner was very accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We loved the close proximity to town. We often rode our bikes to yoga, restaurants, and shopping in the beautiful Sag Harbor Village. Also, a short drive to Sagg Main Beach and Mecox ! We will definitely be returning!

First off, Ray is incredibly nice and accommodating which made the whole experience seamless. I guess just as important to someone reading this though, is the fact that the house is beautiful, well appointed and an extremely easy walk to town. We stayed there for two long weekends in 2018 and loved it and are looking forward to going back! Also worth noting, Ray’s bed is extremely comfortable, which was a bonus not lost on my wife who wanted to get the same one!

We had a beautiful time at this property. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family of 5 or 6. It was in a great location to the beach and town. It was clean and had so many nice amenities. The pool was heated which was a big plus and the outdoor upper deck had a mini golf that was so much fun. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. We would absolutely return to this house again in the future.

Our family of four had the most amazing time in Sag Harbor. The house is immaculate with every amenity you can think of. It is elegant, yet comfortable and even more gorgeous in person. The pool is perfection and the street is quiet for a good night's sleep. Ray is the warmest and most generous host and he could not have made us feel more welcome. We loved riding our scooters into town and exploring the village. Some of the standouts for us were Buddhaberry, the bookstore, and Dopo. Be sure to visit Wolffer Estates Wine Stand for a gorgeous afternoon. We got to enjoy wine and cheese while our kids ran free and played. Overall, we had a truly magical week and hope to visit again one day.

My daughter and I had a perfect mother daughter getaway escaping from the heat of the city the first week in August and had the absolute best time. We were in awe of the beautiful modern Hamptons "shabby chic " style home. It is super high tech with Sono's both inside and out and every comfort you could ask for. Ray was an incredibly helpful host and was able to answer any questions we had in record time. He gave us lots of great videos for how to operate the sliding doors, the heater on the pool and left nothing to our imagination . The sliding door opened on to the well lit back garden and the incredibly warm salt water pool which glowed at night when the pool lights were activated. Ray also made recommendations for Sag Harbour restaurants amazing ice cream shops and the Sag Harbour beach which was surprising 10 minute drive from the home. On route to the beach we passed by Wolffer vineyard on our way back from the beach and enjoyed their must have Rose on the patio. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in the perfectly white kitchen or coffee outside by the pool. We enjoyed snacks and wine on the roof deck which gets beautiful sun in the late afternoon/early evening. The house decor is amazing and each room is very special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be re-booking in the future!
