My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property is in the perfect location and we enjoyed sitting gin the balcony and being able to see both the ocean and the pool. There were a couple of leaks that we had to call maintenance for, but they were quickly fixed.

Actually more than what we needed for my husband and myself. We wanted a getaway during my chemotherapy break and chose this lovely oceanfront complex. It was clean but need some updates particularly in the bathrooms. The kitchen really needed better pots and pans and utensils for those that cook in some during vacation. The pool is convenient and quiet. Our unit was on the second floor and therefore we had 3 flights of steps to the front door and then the master bedroom was on the second floor. Exhausting for me and also for my husband when carrying luggage and groceries and coolers. There was no cable tv in the unit and Netflix would not stay connected. Thankfully I took my laptop and an hdmi cable or we would not have been able to watch our shows at night.

We were just very disappointed with the condition of this unit considering the price to rent it.

It was way over priced and was lacking in many areas! Cockroaches on the ceiling and walls, water damaged with paint peeling on the ceiling in many different rooms, had the thermostat replaced with the technician leaving a mess of drywall and screws/nails all over the floor without cleaning up, Majority of the ceiling fans wobbled to the point of almost falling from the ceiling which rendered them useless.

We thought it was overpriced in light of the above.
Add to that the fact that they were painting and roofing the units while we were there and that only added to the fun. Imagine painters crawling unannounced onto your deck at 9am while on vacation! Said they would only be there for an hour and were there for 2 days!Even plugged in their radio on our deck and played it while working. Better yet, the blinds in the living room don't close all they way. The later in the week they were working on the front side so we had to move our car. Roofers pounding until 8:30. Nothing like spending your vacation in a construction zone.
The pool was open but we were told there would be an attendant to monitor capacity and clean. No, not all week was there one.

We love that the pool has some shade, the quick walk to the beach and the different layout options of the units. We went with a bigger unit this time for a little more space. What I didn't anticipate was that the bigger units might be little more worn. This one was for sure! Perhaps more rowdy kids and absentminded "it ain't ours" parents? I don't think the floors have been mopped in months, so bring some house shoes or slippers. You might also bring some Lysol wipes for sticky door handles and general disinfecting during this pandemic. Other than a little lack of cleanliness, we found this unit great! The AC is superb! We were kind of worried with the ceiling fans and floor fans, but we actually woke up freezing the first night! The ice maker pumped out ice super fast all week. We never had to buy any. The kitchen was well stocked as well for light cooking. The disposal was clogged upon arrival the IR took care of it immediately. Oh and you have to reauthenticate the wifi with every device, every day. Kind of a pain and I wish it was noted somewhere in the unit or on the piece of paper with the password. Hate that embarrassing phone call every year just to be reminded to re-authenticate and don't use google because it won't do it. Overall we'd stay here again, until we can buy our own! We were very pleased with the location of the unit, it was very comfortable. The only negative thing we noticed was that the guest room TV did not work. Upon further inspection the cable outlet in the guestroom was connected to the main TV in the living room. Not a big deal at all to us but worth noting.

The unit was nice. Beds were comfortable and we had all the basics needed and lots of stuff in the kitchen we did not use. The unit could stand with an update in the bathrooms but it was very functional and useable. The outdoor furniture on the deck will need to be replaced after this season. The item I think needs the most attention is the lighting in the living/eating area. At night this was dim when trying to play games at the table.

The points I have brought out was nothing that we needed to call and fixed and it was probably very adequate for most everyone. The walk to the beach was great and close and the pool was nice as well. I would stay here again for sure if the opportunity arises.

The king bathroom's sliding shower door was off track and water didn't drain out fast enough. There wasn't even salt and pepper in the cabinets. It was basically clean, not sparkling clean but ok. There was a slightly run down feeling. The view from king matter was of the ocean the other rooms were of the grounds. I haven't stayed on the island before so I don't know if this is typical for the price. I had read other reviews so I wad prepared not to find a really great place. All that being said, it's totally adequate and if it's not overpriced then I would have to say I would recommend as long as expectations are kept in line.
