Ubicada en los árboles, nuestra casa de huéspedes de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño cuenta con una entrada privada, una cama queen size en el dormitorio y un sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar, ambos provistos de sábanas y mantas 100% de algodón (cuna portátil disponible por poco unos) TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD con películas, libros y juegos. Cocina completa con refrigerador, pequeña estufa / horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera y todo lo que necesita para cocinar. Baño completo con bañera con patas con ducha y suaves toallas de algodón. Tome un café o una copa de vino en la pequeña terraza de la habitación o haga uso de nuestra parrilla de carbón para una barbacoa en el patio trasero. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento para un vehículo más grande, bote o RV / camper. Menos de 10 minutos del centro de Beaufort, Port Royal y Parris Island. A 20 minutos de Hunting Island State Park y la playa. Tanto Charleston como Savannah hacen viajes de un día fáciles.

We stayed in Mossy Oaks for the graduation of our son from boot camp. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our needs. It was very close to Parris Island and it was also close to Walmart, Publix, and other shopping centers. We were gone most of the days but we did use the kitchen to make breakfast and it had the necessary basic items. The shower was great and there was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. However, I was really impressed with the bed in the bedroom. It was so comfortable and clean. I told my husband this really is the best bed of any place we have ever stayed. My kids slept in the pull out in the living room and they were comfortable too. I definitely recommend Mossy Oaks to anyone who wants to be near Parris Island.

This apartment was perfect for me and my wife to visit for our youngest son's graduation from MCRD-Parris Island. The bed was very comfy as was the living room couch, where our son slept after he graduated prior to our return trip home. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. We also enjoyed sitting on the small patio in the evening too enjoy a glass of wine.
It was only 10 minutes from this quiet neighborhood to the front gate of MCRD-Parris Island. All in all, perfect location for a small party attending a graduation..

There were no disappointments here from the unit being well designed, supplied with extensive kitchen items & luxurious bedding & towels. Nice outdoor spaces, too.

Absolutely perfect quaint and quiet apartment for our return to the Beaufort area for these two United States Marine Corps (Retired) Veterans. The host was excellent in her communication with us. Apartment had everything we needed to make us feel at home to include an incredible welcome book! The welcome book included historical information, activities, restaurant menus as well as a state park pass! 😀. One of the best features were the multiple, multi-outlet charging plugs available both in the bedroom and the livingroom! Absolute positive ✨️ in my opinion! Well done Donna & Andy! We would definitely highly recommend staying here and will return again when passing through Beaufort in the future. Location was great as well.

I absolutely loved staying here. The guest house was clean and neat and decorated in a cottage style. It was so peaceful to wake up to bird sounds each morning. The owners thought of everything. There was even a stool to get into the clawfoot tub. In the medicine cabinet, there was hairspray! Now that is thinking of everything!

My husband and I came for the Parris Island graduation. This was an ideal location (about 10 minutes away from MCRD). The apartment above the garage felt like a cozy cottage and had absolutely everything we needed! It was also very private with it’s own entrance. The owners are so respectful about guests privacy (we never saw them), but when we messaged them about our timing for check out, they responded straight away with a kind note. Hope to have the chance to return to beautiful Beaufort again and this home away from home!

Even with our plans getting shifted, Donna and Andy were so helpful and kind. We wished we could have stayed longer because everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed and sofa bed were both comfortable, and the balcony was amazing for morning coffee. Everything was light and airy. It was a quiet, peaceful place for us during kind of a busy and chaotic trip to Beaufort. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was excellent. Only two items that lacked were the small bathroom and the springy mattress. The deck off the bedroom was a great place to enjoy the birds. Had a wonderful time

Great little spot for exploring the areas around Beaufort and the low country. Close to tennis courts parks and the mossy oaks bike trail.

Cottage was very clean inside and well stocked. Bathroom is very small. The tub is difficult to get into especially if you are a short person and claustrophobic with all the plastic shower curtains. Steps leading up to the home were covered in leaves which made it slippery when wet.

Stay was excellent!! My husband and I were in Beaufort to spend Thanksgiving with our children’s family and the accommodations were wonderful! Wish we had more time to use some of the amenities provided! Will definitely look to this property for future stays!!

This was our very first time staying in any kind of vacation home, and we had no idea what to expect. All the hotels were WAY too expensive, and we somehow stumbled upon Vrbo and this home in the area we needed. Very close to Parris Island's Marine Military Base (we were attending a friend's graduation), Beaufort town Square, and lovely little restaurants. Many places were in walking distance! Very clean, had any and all accommodations for us. They even had ziplock bags!!!! Very impressed and happy that this was our first Vrbo experience.

We had a very nice weekend stay in the cottage/apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the A/C works great! The location is central to everything in Beaufort and we got around town easily. Donna was very nice and there for us if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Beaufort!!

We were in the area for Marine Corps Boot Camp Graduation. This is a cute & cozy rental. We ended up with 3 adults instead of 4 & so glad. Place is small, so 4 would have been too crowded. This is a perfect rental for 2 adults. Also, super quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay! It was our first time to the area and the apartment was clean and well stocked. It was very private including the small balcony off the bedroom where I had coffee every morning that the rain permitted. I would definitely stay again.

NOT a COTTAGE! Listed as guest cottage, but an apartment over garage. 1 A/C, not 2 A/C as listed.
Mispresented. Also NO instructions on how to get cool air into bedroom, since only A/C located in living room. Impossible to sleep in hot bedroom, so we spent 3 nights on fold-out sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable and meant for 3 year old. Andy Conlon, owner was rude to us beginning with our arrival. We arrived a little before 3PM check in time, and it was raining torrentially. We asked if we could get in early because of flooding storm. His answer "Check in time in 3 PM. We had to drive into town to find shelter. TV is all messed up; need ROKU plan to access. We asked Andy to help us, and he was rude and uncooperative. All we could get on TV was news of assassination of Japanese PM. Not vacation viewing. Please investigate thoroughly, since VRBO usually has lovely accommodations and great hosts. Many thanks.
