Great space and fabulous location

Some minor problems. The drains in the 2nd bathroom smelled very bad and the shower head was broken so we didn’t really use it. There were some bulbs missing from lamps. Everything else was great. Very clean apartment with really comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen.

We got the keys from the cleaning lady. That went very smooth.

The location between beach and city centre is great! All in walking distance.

No big issues. A sink was leaking, but was fixed quickly!

Place was in great location. Five minute walk to beach - ten minutes to promenade. Ten minute walk from train to get keys. Checkin people great. Place very clean with laundry. Needs a few touch ups in spots but assuming that will come after season. Really happy overall and would recommend for large party looking for easy beach and eating access. Fifteen minute walk to center with Roman theatre, castle, etc.

The location definitely is the key benefit of this apartment, and astonishing views from apartment’s windows too. The reception and service was extraordinary friendly and nice. the apartments is really big and very good equipped, definitely we’ll come back again if we will decide to travel to Malaga again.

The property needs to be renovated slightly. some facilities items didn’t work or was in not good shape.

since I see you replied with lies and twisted answers let me clarify for other potential clients the truth 1) the booking was made on 18/12/22 so that 9 days prior to arrival, and Not as you try to make it 2 months ago 2) we asked for 2 towels per person for the 2 nights so total 8 which is very normal ,and not just to find 1 mingy towel 3) we never asked for any projector or laptop ,just ask about Usb charger, No need to add on lies , and if you wish I will make the whole WhatsApp chat public so everyone can see the truth 4) we didn't have to try to look for problems as they were there to see as per photos posted 5) actually to only decent people were booking.com who gave a refund of 70 euros, so get your facts right before you write so don't try to write all your rubbish to try to catch more clients in to your flat 6) if you are not sure how to deal with this problem or how to apologize I can take this further with the Spanish health authorities and send them the photos showing the mold in the bedroom and see if they agree to this bieng rented out to the public We would like You to stop acting like that to Avoid any problems to other clients

The assistance of the Customer Service Team was very good. Excellent location between beach, harbour and city. Convenient bathroom accessoires available.

In general very satisfied about the accommodation, communication etc. Minor details for improvement are: coffee machine (filter or cups) is missing. Some small damages like one showerhead and a towelhook was broken. Extra towels would be convenient.
