Stayed here with 6 adults and 1 infant was a very cozy home accommodating for all of us! Highly recommend this property it’s not too far from Main Street either!

We enjoyed our ski vacation but there were some things that would keep us from renting the house again, particularly at this time of year. The driveway had several inches of snow and ice when we arrived (it had been there and built up over quite some time) which made it difficult to get in and out of the house and garages safely. We also got new snow while we were there and that added to the driveway problem. Had the drive been cleared to begin with we would have tried to clean off the new snow but it was impossible. At the base of the stairs going into the front door was a solid piece of ice which also was hazardous. We called the management company and left two messages, one about the snow and ice hazard, and also requesting help figuring out how to work the TV on the main level. We got no response from our messages and did the best we could with the ice and snow, and ended up screen mirroring shows from our iPads. The basement was also too cold to sit down there and use the TV or ping pong table. The kids slept in the bunk room in the basement but no one wanted to spend time in the cold, so other than sleeping or going in and out for the hot tub the basement wasn’t used. The two sliding doors on the upper and lower levels have no window coverings of any kind, so people walking the lower path or on the street above could look into the house, especially at night. We would have preferred some privacy. On the plus side, the kitchen was large and well stocked, we appreciated the spices and things that were left in the pantry to use. Both upstairs master bedrooms were very nice, and the washer and dryer were both excellent. Over all the house is lovely, if the items I mentioned above were taken care of we would consider staying there again.

We spent 10 restful nights in this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is backed up to a lovely creek and walking trail. All of the common living spaces look out onto the creek with Mountain View’s beyond. Gorgeous!! There are no homes behind the house, so you feel as though you are in a secluded location.
Plenty of amenities are available in this home. A ping pong table, separate living/TV area, patio with hot tub and fire pit, and bunk room with full guest bathroom make up the lower level. The main floor has a spacious living/dining area, a very well stocked kitchen, and a queen guest room with separate bathroom. The upper floor consists of 2 king en-suite bedrooms and a laundry closet. All of the beds were super comfy too!
This was a great get away stay for our family and we will definitely be coming back! The hosts have done a great job creating a comfortable and beautiful home away from home!

Great place to relax, work, and unwind! Ample space to get away for the guys who needed to work! The rest of us hit the convenient shuttle to the slopes and relaxed in the hot tub when we got back.

We are so pleased we booked this home, it was perfect. We stayed with my sister and her family, plus my mom. The two bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor were perfect for the adults while kiddos slept in the bunk room. There was plenty of space to have quiet time and also for the boys to run around and play. It's was a 5 min drive to everything in Breck and a great little park was a 2 min walk. We did not figure the shuttle system because it seemed you still needed to walk. Maybe not, but I would recommend that since parking in not ideal around town.
The home was well stocked with everything we needed, and that made all the difference. The kitchen was great, there were spices for us to cook homemade meals.
Hosts were responsive, no need to look anywhere else. Note: I would double check about the heating, the lower floor was quite cold in main area, we had a space heater in the bedroom so maybe they could add another.

This house is what we were looking for. Close to town but not right in the middle of everything. The size is great for a big family like ours. Everything was clean and check in was easy.

Great Family Get Away
This home is beautifully located in Breckinridge with a small creek and foot path running behind the home. The house is huge and has plenty of room. Love the fact that there are two master bedrooms. In our case our son and wife stayed in the queen room on the main level to be closer to the bunk room on the lower level. A pack & play is available which we used for our 2 year old grandson. His 5 year old brother slept in the the same room. Our daughter-in-law did end up sleeping one night in the bunk room as the boys were a little nervous the first night. Also enjoyed the hot-tub in the evening. Home is close to town, grocery store and other activities. Lots of play grounds scattered around. Very relaxing time. Be aware that on top of the rental fee, there is an extra per person guest fee.

Great time with the boys
Had an excellent spring snowboard trip with the boys. The townhouse was beautiful, fully stoked, great amount of space and a phenomenal hot tub to relax in over looking breck mountain. Will def be back!

Perfect place for a family or group
I have stayed at other VRBO proprieties over the years and I personally own a vacation rental property so I aware of what guest like. They have done an excellent job with their house The house is in a perfect location, it has a great view of the Breckenridge resort. The layout is perfect to give guests privacy if they want it, the second living area on the ground floor is great for the kids to separate from the adults. The house was furnished well, the kitchen had every thing would need it you plan on cooking it.

Great ski house for families!
We loved our time at Breckenridge and this house was the perfect fit for two families with kids. The furnishings were in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the game room downstairs and we all took advantage of the hot tub. It was a very short drive (or bus ride) to the slopes and close to a good grocery store. We will definitely try to book this house again the next time we visit Colorado. Thanks for sharing this house with us!

weekend getaway
I was impressed with the house, creek right outside the back door, plenty of room on the main level for gathering around. About a 20 minute walk to main street, or about a 5 minute walk to the free bus stop that takes you around town. Would stay again if we visit Breckenridge again and need a house.

Lovely mountain home
My family and I have stayed in this wonderful home on a few occasions. The owners have thought through things that will make your stay easy and enjoyable. Love that there are 3 bedrooms (masters) with their own baths. There is loads of room downstairs for all the kids to bunk in and have their own bath and area away form the adults! The hot tub is a must after a day on the slopes or hiking. We love this home and can't wait to get back to Breck for our next adventure.

PERFECT GETAWAY
We have had many great times at this home. We really enjoy the wonderful view of the ski mountain and creek from the deck. We also like to walk down the hill to town and ride the free bus back after eating at one of many great restaurants. My bridge group really enjoyed being there as they like to play bridge and shop. We have watched some fun movies on the TV room downstairs, we also hit a few ping pong balls. We will certainly spend some more quality time there.

Perfect ski getaway
This was a perfect ski getaway! Beautifully decorated and well appointed home with everything you need. The beds were all very comfortable and it would easily sleep 10. The kids loved playing in the snow banks and in the surrounding neighborhood. We all enjoyed the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home!

Fantastic house for multi-families
We stayed at this beautiful home over the 4th of July weekend. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect; right on the bus route. We loved being right on the river and enjoyed the amazing views from the desk. The lower level was perfect for the kids with the ping pong table and hot tub. We will definitely rent this home again!!!

reunion destination
We celebrated a family reunion in Breckenridge with family from 5 different states. This home was lovely and fit our needs nicely. It is conveniently located to many activities. We had fun bike riding, attended many events in town, and one even participated in a 50 mile bike race! Of course, sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day was needed by some. The views were spectacular! No one was bored! Thank you for opening up your home!

Great Family Getaway
My sister and I brought our families from two different states to share Christmas in Breckenridge. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The owners even put up a Christmas tree for us!! The house is very conveniently located to downtown, a grocery store, and going back to Dillon for shopping and movies, too. The kitchen was very well appointed and very spacious. The private hot tub was wonderful to come home to after a day on the slopes. The owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions and requests that we had. We appreciated their recommendations about Breck activities and restaraunts. Since it was close to Christmas, we had some packages shipped to the property management company. They were great! No problems. Thanks so much! We would definitely return to this home for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing family vacation home
My husband and two young sons, ages 3 and 6 along with my parents stayed for a week at this lovely Colorado home. Everything was perfection. The home is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is great to cook in which we did most nights, the grocery store is close by. We all had our own bedrooms with the most comfy beds and TV's in all the rooms, bathrooms were large and roomy. Boys loved the whirlpool bathtub in the master. The home is a in a great location, just a quick and beautiful walk to downtown. Can't say enough good things about Breckenridge and this home. Tons of great memories and countless things to do in the summer. Hope to go back very soon.
