Our stay was fabulous. The hosts are wonderful to work with. We had no issues with the property-in fact the amenities were more than we expected. We had a wonderful stay .

The facilities, amenities, and location worked very well for us as we visited family, entertained friends, and explored the area. Charlie was very responsive when I sent documents that somehow did not arrive in his inbox, and all communication was timely and clear. The condo is close to McDowell Sonoran Preserve, shopping, Costco, health care, etc. We hope to return in future.

We were disappointed with the condo, as it didn’t live up to the description advertised. I’m not sure when it was renovated, but it didn’t appear to be recent. The king bed was not comfortable, and the box spring made a loud noise getting in and out, disturbing sleep in the night. The bathtub faucets are very old and difficult to use. The patio was not kept clean, and the view was not to the mountains, but the side of the clubhouse. It is quite dark inside too, and windows overlook a well used path so blinds needed to be kept shut. The water tank was not heating water properly, and had to be replaced during our stay. The fitness centre was very good, as was the pool, and the location in the community was very convenient to shopping. Charles was very easy to communicate with, and handled the hot water tank problem within hours.
This condo is okay if you’re not expecting it to be nicely updated, but we would not book here again.

Great condo. Well decorated. Easy to use TV with real cable! Quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub are nice. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. The floors were not clean when we arrived, but owner sent cleaning crew back the next day and things were much improved.

My husband and I were in Scottsdale to enjoy Easter with family. Our Vrbo was perfect; clean, nicely decorated, well-stock and a great location. We will rent here again.

We had a really great visit! Communication with Charles was prompt and friendly. Everything you could need, shopping, hiking, etc is right there. Easy access to the 101 . Loved the fitness center and business center. After the long flight in we’ll always remember arriving to find a bowl full of Werther’s butterscotch caramels and the refrigerator stocked with water!

I can’t say enough about this great condo. It was clean, spacious and exactly like the listing. It is minutes away from great hiking, and stores, and restaurants galore! Charles was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would stay here again!!

Great Location
We stayed at this unit for 11 nights due to my husbands spine surgery at Mayo. It was convenient to the hospital and so nice to have AJ's Fine Foods in walking distance. The unit is nicely appointed with everything one should need.

Location is very important to us when we come to Scottsdale, it's a combo Baseball/Golf/Shopping/Dining vacation. Having great wifi is also important to us as we work a few hours a day as well. Charlie's property offered all of it, at the right price too. Will rent again next year if available.

My husband and I stayed at this property and loved it. Everything is perfect for a vacation rental; clean, neat, everything you need in the condo. The complex is private, great pool, exercise room. We would rent again when in the area.

Vacation Ready Condo
This is a great place to stay on Scottsdale. The place was thoughtfully stocked with all necessities which precludes one from having to run to the store immediately upon arrival. Since we've never been to Arizona before, this was a nice base with which to take day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott, Jerome, Cave Creek to name a few. The Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix is a must see for anyone who loves music. We spent over two hours there but could have spent more due to the sheer volume of what they had to offer. The last day, we spent by the pool to get some much need R&R before heading back home. I would highly recommend this condo!

It was everything the ad said it was and more. They even supplied laundry soap and pool floats! We will definitely be back!

The condo just as nice as the pictures - and the amenities and location even better. You can tell great care has been taken to supply everything that is necessary to allow us to quickly jump into vacation mode. Charles was prompt in responding during the reservation process, and we had no need to reach out to him during the week as everything was well explained and in perfect working order. Just a great stay and highly recommended!
