Was in town for work and this was 5 minutes away. This allowed my family to spread out while I was away working. the only issue I had was the upstairs tv/cable only worked the first night, and no matter what we tried to do to fix this it didn't work. It would have been nice if the balcony was shoveled off so I could step out and get better pictures of the view but that was less of an issue.

Had a beautiful stay in Boyne. My favorite place on earth! My grandparents were raised here and retired here in the late 60's. Boyne City is very dear to my heart!!Accomodations were excellent! Came with couple sisters for a surprise visit as our cousins from MS were staying here in our cousin's (Bill) place. We had a wonderful time ! We will be back soon!

Bugs on towels in bathroom—happened on two different occasions and days.Poor mattress in upstairs bedroom. No support. Exacerbated low back pain.Poor cleanliness of beach area as I found a broken beer bottle on the beach. My toddler was within a few inches of stepping on it. Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad

Water Street Inn is a great property right on the lake shore! Boyne City is a fun town and a great location for day-trips in the area. Great biking right from the condo! Staff really nice. Will return.

We had a few minor issues:-The website photos show a table and chairs on the balcony but there were none, which makes the balcony less useful. Luckily, there were a couple of collapsible chairs in the closet that we were able to use.-The TV in the bedroom is hilariously tiny. But we weren't really there to watch TV.-It would be nice if the balcony door had a screen so it could be left open without worrying about bugs. Otherwise, the place was exactly as advertised, immaculately clean, with amazing views and a delightful private beach, additional public waterfront just a few steps away, and within very short walking distance to many restaurants and other shops. The sunsets and wildlife viewing were incredible. We would love to stay here again.

Clean and organized with beautiful antique furniture mixed in with modern. Enjoyed the 2nd floor bedroom allowing us to have more breathtaking views of the lake. The bathroom was upstairs too and was very small but efficient and had elegant tile work. The refrigerator was noisy and this was discussed with the front desk who said the owner was working on the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was a last minute decision. We usually stay elsewhere. But our usual spot never responded to our inquiry. This complex has won us over and you now have new customers. We are so happy with our stay. The room was very cozy, clean and had great charm. The view is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back!!

This room was big and roomy,as will very clean.Water pressure was was just like being home.Except for the view of the lake,which was great,at all times of the day.The location of the inn was close to downtown so everything was close. Customer service was very good and helpful.We will stay again!

Nice condo with excellent view and location. Condo itself is smaller than looks in pictures and needs a little updating. Dishwasher wasn’t working and carpet is rather stained in parts. No shampoo available, so basically need to bring your own toiletries. Nice space for two people but no more. Deck is picturesque though pretty small. Manager was very friendly and provided extra towels when requested. We enjoyed staying in Boyne City and it’s easy to access lots of other sites, such as wineries, shopping, lake. Restaurants nearby are decent and especially loved Walloon Inn which is 10 min away.

Quiet and Serene Anniversary Getaway.

The setting is so ideal for a family, the view, the beach, the walk to town for food, shopping and ice cream. The boat rental is so convenient too!
