Enjoyable return visit
The Regatta remains a lovely and well-maintained property, easily walkable and a great North Naples location. We especially enjoy the options of a family-oriented pool with a zero-entry edge for kids, plus the availability of a quieter, generally adult-use pool. The property Host is very courteous and has been instantly responsive to concerns or questions. Post-Covid, both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach were extremely crowded during our Jan.-Mar. stay, requiring early morning visits to access. We had a lovely stay overall, and look forward to returning!

Bright and comfortable unit, with quality beds, towels and Tommy Bahama beach accessories. The gorgeous view from the lanai, with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, was so relaxing. Two pools afforded earlier morning sun at the very child-friendly resort pool, while the lap pool was a quieter location for later day sun-bathing. The easy walk to the beach included a fun beach bar with ice cream for the kids along the way. The Mercato shopping/dining area is a short drive up the street, with lots of entertainment to offer. The Regatta property is lovely, clean and well maintained. Condo owner was accommodating and quickly responsive. While we personally would have welcomed either a Smart TV or an upgraded cable tv package, overall we could not have been happier with this choice. Would definitely recommend this property highly.

Great convenient location
We (my wife and I) rented for 4 weeks. Our 2 daughters, son-in-law and 2 young granddaughters came down for 8-10 days. Rachid was a terrific landlord as he responded quickly to resolve several minor issues we discovered early on. The unit has a nice view of the adult pool, harbor and beyond. We found nothing lacking during our stay. We are considering renting for next year. Convenience and amenities cannot be beat at this location. Thx Rachid.

Great condo! Let the location!
This is the second year I’ve rented this property. It is extremely well maintained, and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. It is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There are two (2) pools and a work out room on the premises which my adult daughters thoroughly enjoy. Rachid is most accommodating, and can be easily reached with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.

I have rented in the Regatta for several years, but this is the first year I have stayed in Rachid and Amy’s condo. It far exceeded my expectations.
The condo is newly remodeled, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Rachid returned my emails promptly, and was always most pleasant and accommodating. The condo is perfectly situated...a very short walk to the beach, shopping, tennis courts, and if you enjoy reading, there is an area in the building that allows you to “borrow” a book to read while you are sunning at one of two pools available in the Regatta, or you can take a short walk to the Naples library. If I could give this condo a 6 star rating, I would.

Well kept updated property, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Within walking distance of the ocean. 2 swimming pools. Great near north Naples location. Owners very helpful and responsive.

You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!
This is a beautiful, clean and spacious unit. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time in Naples. They are very attentive and courteous and easy to work with. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay from the comfortable and quiet lanai. It was my go to spot to relax. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beautiful beach and wonderful area for walking in all directions. I frequently walked to Publix for a few items at a time. My stay for the month of February flew by and I would love to stay here again soon. I highly recommend this unit.
