Sunrise Guest House es una casa con vista al mar con 4 habitaciones con baño privado. Nuestra casa está ubicada directamente al otro lado de la calle desde el océano con un camino privado que conduce a la playa de arena blanca más hermosa. Estamos a poca distancia del pueblo de Montauk, que está a menos de una milla de distancia, y tenemos bicicletas disponibles para que nuestros huéspedes las disfruten si lo desean. Estamos literalmente a pasos de una hermosa playa que está casi aislada. Tenemos tres master suites de 300 pies cuadrados con impresionantes vistas al océano, chimeneas y todas tienen baño privado, televisores de pantalla plana y wifi en cada suite para su disfrute. Hay dos habitaciones adicionales cada una con su propio baño también. La casa tiene un porche con vista al mar. Nuestro porche es un gran lugar para sentarse y relajarse y mirar y escuchar las olas. The place is adorable and steps to the ocean with a gorgeous view of the water and sunrise. We had a fantastic time!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Stayed here in mid-April for a quick spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is across the street. The town is about a mile away. Would definitely come back.

We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

What an awesome vacation!! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.! The house was perfectly located for a wonderful winter get away! The rooms were beautifully appointed, most with their own private sitting areas, fireplaces and updated bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious with granite counters and gas stove which was great for cooking a large post Christmas dinner for the whole family. The ocean can be seen from almost every room!! We had such a great time that no one wanted to leave! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this well appointed VRBO property. The ocean is literally steps away and if you open your bedroom window you can be lulled asleep by the crashing waves. This rental will accommodate a family or a collection of your most favorite friends as there are four suites each with a queen bed, shower/sink, TV and fireplace. A short ride or walk from the town of Montauk. Communication with the property managers was easy. We’ll be back! Thank you for a new Hampton hideaway.

We stayed 10/9-10/13. This house is beyond the pictures! So beautiful and immaculate.
The weather was picture perfect, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean was amazing. John met us at the house and gave us a great history lesson of the house and Montauk.
Both Stacy and John were readily available with questions. We plan to make this a yearly tradition.

Great place to stay with group - fully stocked with every amenity. Home was clean and comfortable with TV's, AC , bathrooms everywhere. Outside front porch has beautiful views and saw many whales . Beautiful beach across street, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided.

It is a fabulous property and the owners are super helpful. My only complaint would be it is a little dirty but we all had a blast and would happily come back.

We couldn’t have had a better stay at this beautiful home. It was so unique and special — a real “feel good” place. The upper deck, front porch, ocean views, the beach just steps away and the amazing restaurant right next door were only a few of the amazing attributes to this property. We were honoured to be guests and we will most certainly be back!

Property fit our needs well, especially with a 2 yr old and an infant. The sitting rooms with each bedroom was perfect for the kids. Some of the bathrooms are dated but functional. Host provides pretty much everything you'll need. Already thinking about booking again next year.

Excellent property and very kind owner. Beautiful experience. Everything in Montauk is very expensive. The home is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. We had a great time. Older home with a few tiny glitches, but nothing to diminish a great experience.

Fabulous Family Seaside Escape
We came to Montauk to get out of the city and spend time together as a family to just have fun. The house was Perfect!!! The view, the setting and the roominess of the house and seaside views made our stay everything we hoped it would be. There was plenty of private space for alone time too. The hosts were always available and even came by to check that all was good and offered some great tips on restaurants and things to do. And pointed out a dolphin!!!!! All the suggested restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed all of them. The house provided more than enough space for us to have family meals and board game time. We also appreciated all the kitchen amenities.
We will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Great house for a girl trip!
We wanted to be in the Hamptons, but on the coast and not in an overcrowded location. This house filled what we were looking for perfectly and the six of us had plenty of room to spread out. Great views and very responsive hosts.

Sunrise B&B was the best!!! Such an amazing place to gather for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was roomy, comfortable, and homey! And the incredible view!! The Atlantic Ocean right at your door! Many hours were spent on the great front porch watching whales, seals, and the waves!

This is our second stay. We enjoyed last year. Since then the owner has made more renovations. Brand new porch facing the ocean. A few other changes. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Hope to do again next year.
