The location is perfect- right in front of the ocean, steps away from the Fiscalini nature reserve, a pleasure for the senses. We brought a friend with us who also enjoyed enormously our week-long retreat. We hightly recommend this house and Cambria.

The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of towels. Overall clean. The deck barely fits 4 people. Tight but nice view. NO WINDOWS OPEN THROUGHOUT HOUSE. I had to get a fan from property manager. Windows are in much need of a cleani g! No screens on doors. Overall house needs some maintenance. I wouldn't rent it again at that price.

In spite of the chilly weather this year, we were more than happy to be out of the heat at home. The home was close to the beach and a great place to watch the fireworks from inside the home. Even better to watch them from the deck outside. The home is located just a couple of minutes (by car), to Moonstone Beach. and just a few more minutes away from town. The elevator was a blessing for me with my bad back. I'm glad I didn't have to walk up and down the stairs from one floor to the next. The office staff was very polite and friendly. I want to thank Haleigh for all the help she provided. The home was very clean and comfortable throughout. The only let down was, we had to leave to come home again. We hope to stay there again if it's available and we are able to come there. Anyway, thanks for everything.

The only issue we had was the lock on the door knob was really tricky and we kept getting locked out. Use the dead bolt instead and you'll be good to go!

He was asleep by then and missed it. Anyway, the house is great and thank God for the elevator. I have a bad back and that sure was a blessing. Especially when there isn't a bathroom on the top floor. Lucky for us, it has everything. The power went out for several hours one night and there were enough batteries around to place in the candles they supply. We would like to stay there again. But I doubt if we will come for the 4th of July again.

The house was comfortable and as pretty as the pictures show. The wine visits were just 30-40 minute trips around the area. Close to Hearst Castle and Moro Bay for more coastal experiences. We would have loved to have a TV in the third first floor bedroom, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We finally left in the afternoon the next because the power still had not come on. Very sad we didn't get to enjoy the house, we love it there.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Sometimes pictures of rentals are deceiving, not this one, it was beyond our expectations! A beautiful view from the entire living area on the top floor, bathrooms for every bedroom, updated, well maintained, and the biggest surprise was the elevator! We will definitely stay here again!

The property manager was helpful. The house was clean. I can see and hear the waves from the property—so soothing. Great quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay. The only hiccup was the water heater broke on our 2nd day stay. We had to take cold showers, however, property manager was very responsive and got it fixed later that day. Wifi was super slow, but least of our concern since we were there to disconnect. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see, smell and hear the ocean waves. BBQ-ing was the best in this weather with calm and nice views. Our family enjoyed this much needed time together. Thank you for everything.

The house was perfect! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck during sunset. The house is centrally located to so many things in Cambria as well as easy access to the other nearby towns and cities. Such a great escape!
