We had a wonderful stay at Kaibo, Grand Cayman. Wendy was fabulous and made booking the trip easy. The condo was perfect for our family. It was extremely well equipped from a small pantry of spices to a paddle board, kayak and beach toys! Such a well thought out space. We loved our stay and hope to book again soon

We are a family of three and we stayed mid July 2023. The condo has everything that is needed for your trip. The only thing you will need is groceries on your way from the airport (We stopped at Hurley's - It's on the way out of Georgetown). There is plenty of paper towels and toilet paper along with laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap and bar soap. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The coffee pot will make k-cups and a pot of drip coffee. The view is wonderful and the water is 50 feet from the screened porch. I would recommend water shoes as the entrance to the water in front of the condo is a little rocky. You can walk down closer to the Kaibo dock and walk in barefoot. There are plenty of fish and starfish to see while you are snorkeling. We love the condo and would love to come back. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions about the condo and Grand Cayman. She even had a sweet sixteen balloon and cupcakes when we arrived because we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. We highly recommend.

Very well equipped condo that is really as described. Close to the Kaibo restaurant and we had the chance to get to starfish point with kayak and paddleboard. Surroundings are calm and relaxing. Owner is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back! Thanks Wendy!

This condo was perfect - it was spotless and had everything we needed. Wendy was an amazing hostess and helped accommodate a birthday cake and grocery delivery on the front end of our trip. She was very responsive and gave us great recommendations! The location was perfect- it was quiet and in walking distance to Starfish Point and Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant. Loved our coffee on the beach just outside every morning! It was an easy drive to 7 mile beach and other island attractions. Would not change our stay in any way! We highly recommend this property!

This property is perfect for couples or families. The property has everything ready for your stay... kitchen, bath, toys for kids and the beach... The location was perfect for us. There are tons of fun things to do in this area. Also, with a car rental, it's fun driving to all parts of the island to explore. We brought paddle boards and spent hours snorkeling some.incredible places. Finally, the owners are great communicators and address any needs you encounter.

This is a great condo! It is very comfortable, clean and in a beautiful, quiet location. The owner is wonderful to work with. She communicates promptly and is willing to help with anything. We enjoyed being on the ground level with a nice screened porch right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

The owner was so kind and accommodating! She even left us a gift basket when we arrived! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation steps away from the beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the porch and eat every meal out there. Wendy the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I had a last minute request in which she was able to fulfill. She even had our favorite drinks waiting for us. We will definitely stay again.

The location was great. We spent every night sitting outside overlooking the water. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of towels, sheets etc. Best of all Wendy is amazing with information and any assistance you can think of and responds almost immediately. This area is very safe and quiet. Kaibo is near by as well as Rum Pt and Starfish Beach. We loved our stay ❤️❤️Highly recommend!

I've been to Grand Cayman a few times, this was the first time on Kaibo. I'll never stay on 7mile again .. outstanding location.

This property was as described. Beautiful and quiet location away from the hustle of Seven Mile Beach. Overall well appointed furnishings, plenty of linens and towels. Lots of beach chairs and toys. No hesitation in going back or recommending this property. Wendy was very communicative via email and supportive of any questions we had. Highly recommend that if renting a car, stop at the Fosters grocery store at the airport and get your provisions. The local small store near the condo is limited and quite expensive. Lots of good local (reasonable drive time) restaurants along the north and east sides. Try out Big Tree BBQ for good food, very friendly staff, and of course a big tree to sit under. Do take heed that in the months of September and October in the Kaibo area many places are closed or have very limited open times. The Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and coffee shop are closed all September and only open on weekends in October. Again, no hesitation in going back. Good Job Wendy!!!!!

Wendy was a wonderful host, even leaving a Graduation balloon and Tortuga rum cake for our twins who just graduated high school, and a bottle of premixed margheritas for us. The condo is directly on the beach and super relaxing. It is away from the hustle of Georgetown, but a nice relaxing drive if you want to get out. A rental car is a must. Go to Foster's grocery store that is on the way to the condo. We found it to have the best selection w/ somewhat decent prices. Be prepared, all groceries are about double US prices. Highly recommend Wendy's condo!

This condo was the BEST stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! Wendy had everything you could ever need! We enjoyed being at the yacht club and the beach at our door! We are putting this on our MUST do every year! Loved it so much!

We had an absolutely amazing time during our visit to the Grand Cayman Islands and a key element to making it so fantastic was where we stayed. The north side is gorgeous and the condo was perfect...….the right size, very cozy and comfy, located on the first floor so that we could walk right onto the beach and to the pool from the back porch as well as having the Kaibo Beach Restaurant & Bar just down the beach. The condo was well equipped from linens, towels, kitchen items, appliances, etc and provided even more than expected (BBQ grill, washer & dryer, kayak, snorkeling equipment, extra toiletries just in case, etc). There wasn't a thing that we needed or wanted that wasn't available. Wendy was a phenomenal host. She was always so delightful, responsive and helpful, from the start of booking our reservations, during the planning of our trip and determining what things to do, in touch as we arrived, during our stay all the way to when we departed. She always went out of her way to be of assistance. She even went so far as to leave our family a bottle of wine, bottled water and fruit to welcome us to the condo. It was one of the best vacations we have ever been on and so grateful to have stayed at Kaibo at Wendy's place.

She was so incredibly helpful from providing numerous recommendations to making sure our 2 year old had everything he needed. We were greeted with a lovely spread of his favorite foods and our favorite drinks, as well as beach toys and bubbles for him. She is so thoughtful! We didn’t have an infant tub for him, and she even made that happen for us! The property is very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t see anyone else while we were there aside from a person who walked by down the beach very rarely. We took 10 steps outside the back door to enjoy coffee on the beach every morning while our son played. The condo is stocked with everything you need, including kitchen necessities. The small grocery store nearby has essentials, but definitely stop at one of the larger grocery stores (as recommended by Wendy) on your way from the airport on the other side of the island for better prices and selection. Tukka was the best place we ate at. Phenomenal food and service. The crystal caves are nearby and were such a neat experience! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Rum Point is shut down but we went to the beach there and it was fun. We had rented a car, which you will need on this side of the island. We visited Macabuca (fantastic), Tukka (good), Kaibo Yacht (ok but convenient), Over the Edge (ok) while exploring the island. We had a great experience and used this nice quiet place as a home-base for traveling all around the island. The Kaibo beach bar is very close and has excellent food and very kind staff.

She communicated well and made sure everything was going smoothly our entire stay. And what can be better than a beach house literally on the beach? It's wonderful to step out right on the sand, sit under the palm trees. Then to have the luxury of lingering on the screened porch all evening, enjoying the warm breeze while listening to the gentle lapping of the water is absolutely priceless. We loved that it is quiet and dark at night, with just some subtle lights so you can see where you walk. The condo has everything you need, from books and games to snorkel gear and beach towels. The kitchen is outfitted very well, even for those who, like us, enjoy cooking, and all the furniture is comfortable, also important. We hardly noticed any other tenants, it was very quiet. We were glad we had rented a car, even if it is a bit unnerving driving on the left. We found traffic generally light, but we only went into George Town when there were no cruise ships in port. We had stocked up on groceries at the Foster's by the airport and stopped at the one in Savannah later in the week. It's very much like an American grocery store, with many of the same brands. The Ocean Frontiers Dawn Stingray tour is totally worth getting out of bed early for! To see the stingrays without masses of people around is, in my opinion, the only way to go. The Sweet Spot Watersports tour of the bioluminescent bay is magical. Swimming in the glowing water is an experience I'll never forget. All in all we found this the perfect home base both for relaxing in a hammock and exploring the island. We would come back in a heartbeat.
