This property was perfect for our family! Enough to do to keep both my 13 year old and my 9 year old entertained. It was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do so we were able to walk everywhere. Didn't have to worry about driving and parking. All in all, I give it a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Neat piece of property near the beach and promenade. A large house with lots of different arrangements available.

Our family really loved staying here. Beach access is right across the street and the home is very roomy. We especially enjoyed the pool table and spent a lot of time there since the long weekend was very rainy. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and the little downtown area. We will definitely be back for our family vacations in Seaside!

This is a perfect place to stay for a family gathering. The home is older and needs a few updates like the electrical outlets, but overall a very homey place to relax and enjoy time with family. Location is perfect for walking on the beach or a short 15 minute walk to downtown Seaside. The only big complaints we had was the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. Carpets were dirty, food and garbage under the chairs and couches and the toilets were not cleaned. Disappointed that we had to wipe everything down with clorox wipes before "settling in". Also the beds are not that comfortable. But we loved the pool table on the rainy days.

Location and neighborhood was amazing , very near to beach. House was nice and spacious. Patio was spacious and play area is good to hang around with friends and kids. House looks little older but its Ok to stay with close friends and family. Over all we ( friends and family ) had nice experience.

We loved the house. The housekeeper helped us out right away when we locked ourselves out. There was a mix up (on my part) with check out and the owner/manager was very gracious and worked with us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Because the house was so clean and neat, we were shocked to discover a bed that didn't get changed that had dog hair and particles from a dog sleeping there. I know that can be an honest mistake but it was very unnerving to discover. Luckily, there were clean sheets so we could make it ourselves. The bathroom sink doesn't drain well and the clocks weren't working. Little stuff that can be easily fixed. The couch is worn out and super hard in places, so beware when you sit down. If we go back to Seaside, we would definitely rent the house again. Overall good experience!!!

This place has a couple of dated pieces of furniture but for me it made it feel homey. The home is huge, with plenty of space for a large family or extra space for a small group like we had. All of the appliances are brand new and very nice. The tub is worth booking this house alone but the showers are all very nice as well and it has plenty of entertainment options with the pool table and the ping pong table. Will definitely book again.
