Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en el décimo piso de nuestro edificio de la torre. ¡Las increíbles vistas del golfo desde esta unidad le permiten disfrutar de nuestras hermosas puestas de sol! Posiblemente avistando un manatí, o los delfines jugando en las olas. Debido a su ubicación, se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de cuarzo blanco y las aguas azules del Golfo de México. Este condominio bellamente decorado es perfecto para unas vacaciones en Siesta Key. El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen size con dos habitaciones con televisores de pantalla plana de 32 ". El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con servicio de TV FiOS HD. Para cumplir con el código de incendios del condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados a los que se permite dormir en esta unidad es de seis. El baño principal tiene una ducha con barra de apoyo, y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. La cocina abierta tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos y una gran cantidad de gabinetes. Only 4 stars because the decor was a bit dated, NOTHING was provided re: spices, not even salt and pepper so we had to buy everything which hasn't been our past vacation experiences in other places. Fees quite high but clean, great location, and amenities ie pool, pickleball/tennis courts, gym. Thank you.

We have been staying at The Palm Bay Club for years. The staff provided excellent service and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The beach is just beautiful, and the attendant was very kind and helpful. The security was a excellent as well...nice to feel safe away from home. Very happy with our stay...Look forward to 2024.

As the title says, our stay at Palm Bay Club in Siesta Key was incredible. We stayed in the Tower in Room 107 with Partial South View. The view was amazing. We got the best of both worlds with a full view of the beach and ocean and also a full view of the Key out to the Bay, which was gorgeous at sunrise and sunset.The room was magnificent. Clean, up-to-date, and cozy. We honestly walked away with zero complaints about the room. We will 100% be staying here again. The entire resort was excellent. Our only complaint came on our second morning when a man began pounding on our door at 9am, yelling for us to open the door because he "knew we were in there." He tried turning the handle and opening the door. Luckily it was bolted locked, but he kept rattling the door in the frame and yelling angrily. My girlfriend and our 2-year old hid in the bathroom. I called the front desk and searched the kitchen for a knife. The front desk answered and said maintenance was fixing the AC in the building and everyone needed to turn their AC units off. No one ever called or contacted us to let us know, so as far as we knew, this man was trying to break into our room. It was extremely frightening.

All hours of the day and night we heard furniture being moved around and stomping. I don’t know if the ceiling is thinner in that unit or there were just some unruly folks staying above us. Overall, stay was enjoyable.

The location was awesome, beach crew amazing, Palm Bay Club Towers nice but much needed updates! The carpet in hallways is horrible needs to be replaced like flooring in lobby. Also could use some amenities on site like arcade or game room, mini golf and small cafe or snack machine. Furniture in unit not very clean cabinets falling apart.

It was great overall. Parking was a nightmare. We had 2 cars due to the rental company canceling our van unexpectedly. We had to park one vehicle at the nearest Publix and that was a hassle. Most parking spots were "reserved" so it was very difficult to even park our one vehicle. Everything was very clean, great view, and great location.

This unit is lovely and there are nice beach views from both bedrooms as well as the sun room/balcony. The rental had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key - we didn’t want to leave!

The Palm Bay Club is nice and I recommend the overall property. With that said there is room for improvement. The building hallway is dated and musty smelling and the carpet is well worn and needs replaced. While I recommend the Palm Bay Club, I do not recommend Unit xxx in the Tower Building. The unit was clean and being on the 10th floor it has great views. However, The unit is dated (decor, furniture and appliances need updated). The cooktop did not seem to get very hot. It took a long time to boil a small amount of water. The refrigerator leaks water from the ice maker in the door (note this was reported back in November 2020 and was not fixed for our stay at the end of February 2021). The cookware is very cheap and the skillets are warped. The recessed lights in the kitchen were partially disassembled. The land line telephone in the kitchen needs to have the battery replaced. The coating on the toilet seat in the main bath is coming off and should have been replaced long agoAt $xxx per night, the unit should be updated and properly maintained.

Yes, the fridge leaked water from the ice dispenser, which was also mildewy, the oven took a long time to preheat as noted in other reviews, might need replaced. But I come for the beach, so I can live with these things. However, the internet connection/speeds were inexcusably slow. It took several conversations with the front desk to finally have the cable company come. Turns out all the equipment was very outdated, which also explained the continuous pixalation on the TV. (a few weeks later we returned, stayed in another unit & found the same, old equipment & slow internet.) We were told the speed was 50/50 upload/download. Several speed tests showed single digits or teens. We do love Palm Bay, location is great, lovely views, but with more people able to work from anywhere & the price per night, I would think the internet would be better than very basic service. $80 hotel rooms on the drive down had faster internet speeds. It took over half our 2 week stay to get this looked into seriously. I was told management would do something for our troubles but nothing ever came of it. I would recommend to friends, but not if they're going on a working vacation.

Amazing!
I was a little worried right before check in because there was a review of this unit that made it sound awful. Palm Bay Club is awesome! Beautiful grounds, pools, hot-tub, tennis court, private beach- really everything that you could want. The staff at the front desk were so responsive! they returned calls and emails and made sure that our stay was wonderful. We really appreciated all of their help. They even helped us to book another night. we did not want to leave. The hallway on our floor was a bit tired and out dated but its just a place to walk through. The unit was bright and clean. Although the furnishings were not new they were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The owners had a books and games to use. It was like visiting a friend's home. The views were AMAZING! waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunsets. The sand was like powder and the water was so many shades of blue. There were rare sea birds to watch and so many shells to collect. I would go back to Palm Bay Club and to this unit in a heart-beat!

The room was clean and mostly nice but some issues. First, it is very dated (furniture, decor and bedding). The comforter in master was musty/moldy smelling and caused my husband to not be able to sleep under it due to severe allergies. Refrigerator leaks water into kitchen floor frequently. The 2nd bedroom also had a very musty smell in general. I would not stay in this unit again. We love Palm Bay and would highly recommend it, just not this unit.
