Esta es una unidad muy espaciosa de dos pisos con una gran sala de estar / comedor, cocina, lavandería y baño en el primer piso, 2 dormitorios de tamaño mediano, dormitorio principal grande y baño en el segundo piso. A 5 minutos a pie del lago Merritt, todas las tiendas en Grand Ave. y Lakeshore Ave. (Trader Joe, Safeway, CVS, restaurantes, bares y cafeterías). Situado en un barrio muy seguro. Un montón de aparcamiento en la calle, "Compartir coche informal" a disposición de SF, 2 cuadras del autobús, autobús de tren de BART disponible. Grande para toda su familia o grupos grandes.

The location is convenient and within walking distance of Grand Ave and Lakeshore and everything those have to offer.
Regarding communication, we had a problem with our bathroom sink faucet and the host was very quick to respond. However, they didn't tell us there would be painters looking into our windows on Saturday morning, which would have been appreciated.
The walls to one of the bedrooms is thin enough to pick up whatever happens in the adjacent apartment, and likely vice versa -- beware!
As of today's date, the written description says 2BR but the "rooms and beds" info from VRBO says 3BR / sleeps: 9, with 1.5 baths. Just to be clear, there are only 2BR, and only one bathroom. In this configuration, it sleeps 4 in the 2BR and maybe 2 on a couch and futon in the living room.

729 Rand was a great place for our family. As our party of 6 was all adults, it was nice to have plenty of space. We were all very comfortable and happy with our stay. There is a nice big living room where we could all spend time together. The location is great with lots nearby. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and needs!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. It’s a short walk to plenty of shopping and restaurants and a short Uber ride to the BART.

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts!
Laysin and Joe were so very helpful with every question I had. Super responsive. The house was perfect for out needs. We will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was comfortable and worked well for us. We enjoyed meeting Laysin, the owner. The street was quiet. Parking was not a major hassle as we were always able to find a spot within a block or so.

The property was amazing. Spacious, charming, and close to many things
This stay was great, loved every minute of it. Parking was a slight annoyance, but worth the stay.

The home was very nice and comfortable. As a family of 7 we made a few suggestions to the homeowner since he is new to vacation rentals and he seemed very receptive. There is street parking but if you come in after work hours parking could be challenging. There are many steep steps to get into the home if anyone has mobility issues it would not be easy.
Over all our experience was pleasant and comfortable.
