Nuestra villa bien equipada cuenta con techos abovedados pintados con ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, lo que agrega una sensación tropical. El mobiliario es cómodo y elegante y una mezcla ecléctica de antigüedades y piezas nuevas que también se suman al ambiente tropical. Hay una puerta corrediza al patio pavimentado de pizarra que está equipado con un juego de comedor de 5 piezas de altura de barra para las mejores vistas. La sala, el comedor y la cocina son de concepto abierto y cada habitación está bien decorada con pinturas al óleo, grabados, lámparas de diseño y piezas de decoración. La cocina cuenta con superficies de granito y esteatita, gabinetes y molduras renovados, una isla central con refrigerador para vinos y asientos para 4 personas, puerta de gabinete y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, todo incluido en la cocina totalmente equipada.
El principal cuenta con una cama K con ropa de cama personalizada, una bañera grande, ducha y tocador doble, todo con superficies de esteatita. Los dos baños restantes están terminados con granito, pizarra y piedras de río. Uno contiene una ducha y el otro una combinación de bañera / ducha
El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas individuales y el tercero con dos camas queen. Cada habitación está bien equipada con ropa de cama y accesorios de diseño. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son de largo alcance sobre la hermosa copa de los árboles de la isla y el río Amelia, que forma parte de la vía fluvial intercostera.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, we enjoyed the space itself as well as the thoughtful amenities like the bicycles, beach chairs, etc. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. We were wowed as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen is very well stocked with fancy items, and provided everything we needed. The living room had seating for everyone. The ocean view is great. We could see sunrise out on the balcony and sunset from off the master bedroom balcony. The master bedroom is impressively large.
The swimming pool is very close by and a very nice temperature. There are umbrellas and chairs at the pool. There are bathrooms down close to the pool that we didn't discover until our last day.
It is a bit of walk to the beach, with quite a few stairs involved. There is a closet in the condo that stores enough beach chairs for everyone, as well as umbrellas, tent, coolers, etc.
This was our first trip to Amelia Island. We recommend the Segway tour on site, Fort Clinch, the shrimp eco tour cruise, 1928 Cuban Bistro, and Fantastic Fudge.

Overall we were very please but one thing you need to know is that there are steps from the elevator to the floor and there isn't outside storage for all your beach stuff.
we enjoyed the balcony very much but unfortunately there isn't an awning - it rained every day, so we weren't able to be out on it...another issue was the shower head in the hall bath- needs to be replaced. The location is perfect - its only a mile to the tip of the island where we found tons of shells!

We had a wonderful visit. Love the beaches of Amelia Island. This property is located in The Plantation which offers lots of things to do while you are not on the beach (shopping, food, excursions). This owner had a closet full of everything you would need for a day at the beach which was wonderful. They also had a small room that had toys for our grandchild. Would definitely stay again.

Pictures did not do the Condo justice. View of ocean from deck and front windows was great. Kitchen well stocked . Bedrooms were comfortable for all. Very nicely furnished. Owner great to work with. Heated pool was not crowded and nicely landscaped. Amelia Plantation had it all - beautiful scenery, good restaurants, fun places to visit for a 6 year old - Drummond Park, nature center activities, swimming at the pool and ocean and playing at the beach

Overall good. Very well appointed unit Owners very generous in the amount of beach toys and kitchen items available for use. Easily had dinner for 9 seated at tables. Amelia Island itself is great! Issue with check-in: Guards at entry gate had no record of our reservation and therefore refused entry They eventually accepted as proof our email confirmation But they were pretty rude about it Multiple calls to property manager/owner went straight to voicemail Did manage to reach by text, but the owner seemed to have forgotten we were renting. All was taken care of in less than 10 minutes (seemed like 30) , but it was not a great start after having driven nearly 12 hours Unit itself is very nice. Definitely not handicap accessible (did not affect us) as elevator stops only on the 1/2 floor Meaning everyone needs to go up or down at least 7 stairs to reach units in their building Also it’s a bit of a walk to the beach even though unit is technically ocean front—-walk up stairs across one boardwalk past pool, then down those stairs across grassy area that used to be golf fairway, then up stairs to a second boardwalk across the dunes. Once on the beach it’s a 75 yards to the actual water.

We just spent a week here for our family summer vacation. The bedrooms were arranged perfectly for us-especially the bedroom with two double beds and an en suite bathroom where the 3 teenagers slept. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the front closet was equipped with the equipment we needed-boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. The pool was very clean.
We did have an issue with the air conditioner upon check-in. It would stop working, then after about 20 minutes, start working again. I notified the owner and she had A/C repairman come first thing Monday morning (which it what we were ok with since it did work some of the time and we weren't hot). He fixed the issue quickly and we never had trouble again. The owner with quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
Our time here was wonderful and we would stay here again!

Condo was perfect!!
The condo exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website don't adequately capture how much space there is or the fabulous view from the balcony. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, including some "office" space for those of us who had to get some work done. Having lots of beach toys and 2 bikes at our disposal was a real plus. The beach was a short walk from the condo, and it was not crowded at all. We enjoyed being able to walk around the property, bike on the trails and visit the shops and restaurants at the Omni Hotel. The condo had a kitchen that was well-stocked with essential cooking items. The beds were very comfortable. The property was perfect for our family vacation!

Beautiful condominium and complex. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Only downside is lack of handicap accessibility at the complex. There are stairs and walkways to navigate. We loved it here despite the challenges.

Coolers, boogie boards, fishing poles, beach chairs and even a tent to set up on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and silverware. The beds were extremely comfortable and the master bath was also very nice. The only trouble we had was the parking when we first arrived. Very limited parking especially on the weekend nights. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed themselves and all said they would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you to the owner for letting us into your home.

Spacious Beach Retreat
Perfect for families. It is very spacious and clean. It is fully stocked with everything you need including what you need for the beach. Beautiful ocean views. Very nice pool and just a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful vacation
Great trip. Condo was exactly as described and had more than enough room for our party of six. Great location, great communication and easy process to check in. Bikes, chairs and toys were a hit as well. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or book again!

Great stay on Amelia Island
The condo was great. Beautiful, lots of room, and every little thing we needed was there. The pool was very nice, big, lots of room for lounging. And the beach was right there. The view was gorgeous from the balcony!
