Reality matches with the description. Very nice approach from the stuff. Toys around for the kids.
Although there are a lot of public transport around, it is 50’ far from main touristic attractions.

Highly recommed this apartment. It was freshly renovated, very clean and cosy. Better than expected. It is in 8th floor and please allow extra time to find the place, but when you will find it, you will be happy! It's in a multi-storey residential building, but really nice apartment for low cost.

The lady who welcomed us was really helpful and ready to cater all our needs. The breakfast was exceptional: we had traditional Italian cakes (ricotta blueberry cake, some kind of panettone) along with fresh croissants and bread and other pastries. We were asked how we would like to have our eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled, etc.). Cappuccino was excellent and prepared by the lady right in front of us. Any kind of information we were asking about Rome, everything was promptly clarified and the extra details we received were very helpful during our stay in Rome.

Owner is very very friendly, helpful and kind. Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Design details is very carefully chosen for comfort and cosines. It was one of the most pleasant stop in our trip because of kind and friendly owner.

I enjoyed all the amenities. The breakfast was very nice, the hosts were very welcoming and the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay, truly rested there.
Not a problem but because of the location reaching the place at night alone might be scary. However, everything was safe and the owners are very accomodating and have clarified all questions about the location in advance.

Breakfast was good, but the bed was horrible. The pictures show an apartment, but in reality more of the area is common use with the bedroom being one bedroom of a three bedroom apartment. All the closets were converted to bathrooms - really tight, but tastefully done.

Room and bathroom were very small, they looked way bigger in photos; also they were not soundproof because we heard all noises from the other rooms, in the kitchen there were not glasses, cutlery, dishes…

First of all I want to thank elania, she was so friendly and so helpful and so responsive as a host for our little family, about the place itself..its so neat and clean, beds are so comfy, beakfast was perfect, location direct next to the bus stop which will take you directly to the metro station (only 3 mins away) then from there you can get to the city center..bottom line..when ever I am back again in rome..will check first the availability at Rogiual B&B...thanks elania for making our stay exceptional

Really great hosts who were extremely helpful and understanding when our check in time was delayed considerably. Our room was impeccable and the bed so comfortable. Just what we needed after our full day of travelling. Marsha was lovely and made our morning breakfast a great start to the day.
The location is out of central Rome.

Rooms were just fine, nothing special. Bathroom also. Clean rooms in normal flat far away from city center.
Nothing to do in this area, in the end I think it's good to pay more and stay somewhere closer to the city center than travelling almost hour one way. Boring breakfast - the same market jam, honey and cakes everyday. Owner talks a bit English, but person who cares about cleaning and breakfast is not speaking English at all so it was difficult to get know anything. Also u have to remember about paying city tax not included in price, sadly only by cash.

The staff lady is super helpful and very kind. A great shower for kids. and the parking is great You need to open a small safe for the keys but ours didn't work so she came helping. We had not ordered dineer but she gave our kids some as we had no food.
So you need to know how to use the window with little kids, the bed is right next to the window and the window does not have bars. This is not baby proof. But you can close the shutter and leave the window open. Other than this the place was great.
