The smaller bathroom shower needs maintenance. The handle that controls the water does not work properly.

Beach chairs need replaced

The location on pelican beach was great. Beautiful sunsets. Unit was nicely updated but with a few more minor updates we would have rated it a 10

Living room furniture was not very comfortable but looked nice. Kitchen cooking utensils and dishes could be replaced with better ones. Dryer door should be changed to open on right side. Almost impossible to get clothes in and out of it

Beachfront with sunset view was excellent. These villas are a little worn with time, but this was by far the better of the two Pelican Watch villas we have stayed in. The Vacasa agent was very proactive and responsive; which was reassuring. It’s a fair distance to the gate, Bohicket Marina, and the shopping center, so you might consider getting an amenity card to use the Club facilities (food) near the villas. Plus: this unit has a motorized awning for the deck.

No dish washing cloths were provided (there’s a dishwasher, of course). Half of the curtain to the sliding glass deck door was absent, but this was no trouble.
