The only two positives of our stay was the property's location (very convenient and great beach access) & the check-in/out process was seamless. With that being said, everything else really disappointed us. We come every year to Wrightsville Beach for vacation, but this time we were getting married. We thought we booked an amazing place but it was honestly terrible. We have a toddler, the sliding doors to balcony did not lock. We had to go out and purchase a safety lock because of this. Huge safety issue here. Additionally, neither toilet would flush. We had to fill each toilet with water from the sink to get them to flush. The floors were so dirty, we had to use socks or flip flops or our feet would be black. My wife ended up deep cleaning the entire place including cleaning the floors which took forever. During the get-ready process, my wife had to go down to another unit our family stayed in to put on her dress due to how dirty the floors were. There were also stains all over the couch.We are not the type to complain, we are just super disappointed in our stay and experience here. What was supposed to be a magical time was filled with stress and sadness for where we decided to stay for a week. We booked from Sunday to Sunday, and actually ended up leaving on Friday because we could not stay another night. Long review, but if you have children, defer to another place. This condo is just a lawsuit waiting to happen- with no working lock, on the 8th floor, and largely spaced railing that a toddler could easily slip through. Unfortunately, I do not recommend High Seas to anyone.

Overall an OK stay. The condo is old and the cleaning crew did not do a good job. One of the toilets did not flush, btw.
The rental agency on the other hand lacks empathy for their customers and they're rude. They have a 4PM check-in and a 10AM check-out policy, which seem very unusual (6 hour gap.) They make you go to their office first to grab keys (and you can't get them before 4pm) and they demand you to return keys before check out time. Incredible! Had a lady from the office call me 'threatening' to charge my card for not returning the keys on time, when it was only 15 min past check out time, and I was already out of the apartment going through traffic. I wonder how she wanted me to get there so quickly; probably fly.
My wife and I like the area and were thinking of renting a whole month during summer time, but not with these guys.

For as fussy as Bryant Real Estate was about the check in and check out, you would think it would have been a palace. Instead a very average, if not run down condo. Popcorn ceilings, old primary bathroom, two not matching tile floors in the living room, hard to use/worn out locks throughout the complex, bed linens provided in shrink wrapped bags for the renter to put on the beds, no complimentary shampoo, no hangers in closet. Overall, the views were nice, the living room sectional and beds were comfortable but mostly pretty icky. Would never recommend it.

Loved Bryant Real Estate. Everything was so easy and professional. Even let us go into the unit almost 3 hours early. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and furnished. Lots of seating and great cable tv connection. Wonderful balcony rockers. Was happy with the extra paper products provided in the unit. Loved the clean, plastic wrapped sheets and towels. Extra of both. I didn't mind making up my bed. I wish the blankets and bedspreads were also cleaned between patrons. Most disappointing was I found that the dirty sheets were still on the twin beds, with the bedspread covering them. One set had black dog hairs on them, even though the unit was suppose to be pet free. Also had the same black hairs on the pillows on the couch. Unit a/c was very cold, except for the master bedroom. Even keeping the curtains drawn, the room, was barely cool. Hallway bathroom shower needs some no-slip adhesive pads on the floor, as it was too slippery to even use. Great water pressure in the master bathroom shower. I still enjoyed my stay, as the unit/building was very quiet. I never heard my neighbors. And the beach in front of the building was not the least bit crowded. I would stay at Station One again.

cockroaches in the master bed. sand in other beds .. Slivers of glass on kitchen floor.Unwashed silverware in draws. Food and dirty socks under couch cushions. we spent the 1st 2 days cleaning and had to sleep out 3 nights . ALL FOR $4000.00 a week.

I like this condo - have stayed there before. My only negative experience was the master bedroom television did not work and was not repaired during my stay. Other than that, the place was clean, the view sensational and the amenities were decent.

The dishwasher did not work, and the vanity light in the master bathroom lit up every fourth or fifth switch. Great Ocean Views. Direct access to a better than average Beach. Price.
Generally clean unit and building. Comfortable bed and seating.
Dislikes: Check in is late 4pm. Check out is early, 10AM.
Doable but not very client friendly.
AC worked well, however the unit was filthy. The air vents were also coated with dirt. Bit unsettling especially in light of COVID.
Decor is nice
Would rent here again hoping that the AC is sanitized and serviced.

Loved everything about it except the part that we had to take care of the trash ,dishes and beds also the towels were super cheap material. It felt like it we were drying ourselves with cardboard .. for what I paid to stay there this things should have been included..

This property was in a great location and the apartment was well maintained and spacious. The new process of shrink wrapping the towels and sheets helped with any concerns about Covid 19. The only negative was the lack of basic consumables such as toilet paper, dish soap and extra trash bags. This is the first property we have stayed in at this price range that didn't supply the these types of things. Even with these short comings we would gladly stay here again. The view and beach is gorgeous .

This is a beautiful location right in the ditch on the eighth floor. It was clean we arrived but you added luxuries. Tiny dishwasher soap, two rolls of toilet paper so I will pepper and that’s about it. Make sure to bring everything Do you need. It would’ve been nice to have a couple of rugs, some garlic powder and I spice, so in the bathtub. I did appreciate the cotton blankets and quilts sheets seemed semi-cotton better than the hundred percent polyester ones in some hotels but not particularly nice Cotton sheets. I leave any decoration. Bryant has 129 properties in Wrightsville beach along, this is a very corporate group. At least this property, was not personalized. There are a couple of beach chairs but then we asked customer service if their work they said no so we didn’t have the use of them till we discovered them on the last day in a closet. The building is rather dated but adequate. The security desk were very nice and helpful.

Great location, impeccably clean
Overall we loved our stay!!! The place was in a greatttt location. Immediately ocean front. Beautiful views. Very short walk to a great coffee shop and ice cream. Check-in was a little bit of a maze to navigate (you have to stop at two separate places to pick up various keys and parking passes before going to another location to drop off your luggage). Keys are REALLY STICKY for getting back into property from the beach. But the unit itself was immaculate. We loved our stay.

We had a really nice time at Wrightsville Beach. The views were amazing! Toilet paper was very cheap quality and so were the sheets. Disappointing about the sheets since we had to rent them. It would have been nice if a little dish soap would have been provided along with the one dishwasher tab.
