- asked for a double bed, got two singles next to each other - beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows are filled with nothing and the blankets were small - woke up with extreme neck and back pain - asked for a room on the upper floor got a room on the ground floor - you could hear the other visitors in the room next to you talk and scream, not able to sleep - room right next to the parking so you could hear cars the whole night - room door got forced open after I locked it when we left the accommodation during the day, people that work there didn’t know anything and did not care at all

The place was dirty and full of insects. It probably had bed bugs, but thank god we will never know cause we left after 1 hour. We contacted the property about it and nobody ever answered our email. We asked for a refund as we couldn't sleep there there were so many insects everywhere (see photos).

It was declared that hotel is smoking free, but bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke all the time. Seems like someone was smoking somewhere in the nearest room, and we have all that smoke in our bathroom. We had a late check in and when checking in by phone we were asked for card details, including the svv code. It looks like it is a scam.

Overall it was fine. Wifi is decent. The room had nice big windows but with thicc curtains so it was easy to regulate the temperature. The interior was basic but mostly in good condition. Staff was alright. The area was quiet, but...

The room lacked a proper waste basket, a safe and a fridge. The shower had a defective part and some details of the bathroom weren't very clean. Shower gel was empty on arrival. During the day music was playing in the hallway. The Window opens directly to a parking space - you should bring ear plugs if you want silence with the window open and use the curtains for privacy.

Sand everywhere in the hotel. Flat pillows without any support. Bathroom door hits the toilet. Two beds pushed together for a double bed. Seriously? They drifted apart over night. Not suited for couples. Way too expensive.

There were live ants in our room when we checked in. We got another room but aside from no (visible) live creatures the room was still remarkably filthy. The staff was blasé and tried to charge us more than triple the amount for parking when we asked to pay for it with card.

it seems the property was empty no people no staff. when I called they asked my a picture of my credit card ( only a thieves can request something like that). nobody wanted to show up.

i the room was pathetic and the bed was a spring mattress that is information that was not said when i was booking because i have very very bad back pain in spring bed. The toilet was dirty and nobody came to clean when we told them to clean. The towels that was handed to us was dirty. I stayed only for 2 days and i paid for three days

The location has good quick access to public transportation and a very quiet and nice neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly and polite.

the room doesn't have AC and Fridge. in the afternoon time the sunlight is in the room all the time and makes it so hot without AC it's impossible to stay in the room in the summertime. and since there is no room service which is understandable having a little fridge would help a lot to deal with the heat and stay hydrated.

Owner or the Manager was not able to understand our issue, and did not fix the issue (toilets were not working as expected) even though we paid a lot of money for the stay and called him continuously. Extra 1 Euro / person per day was collected as city tax which was surprising.

The hotel was fine as we expected, also with the room, we did not have any problems.

When we arrived, we had to pay EUR 187 instead of EUR 178 which was written in the booking. Also, they asked to pay an extra EUR 4 in cash without any check. Also, we had some problems with cards and they acted very mean.
