Very well appointed, easy parking.

I cannot give this ppty a rating as the roads were inaccessible and the resort was mostly closed due to wind, accumulated snow and avalanche warnings. We were not able to make the trip. however, the mgr or owner referred us to policy and said we should have travel insurance (unclear most travel insurance covers this) and although no refund was requested , an ability to come back another time to use this unit was denied. People should know this before booking.

This is the third time we stay at Northstar. The location is wonderful as usual with awesome amenities and stores a short walk away. The property this time was ok. It’s usually cleaner. The communication with the property manager was bad unfortunately. No willingness to help.

Great location right in the heart of Northstar Village. Excellent and clean property with excellent amenities. Customer service top notch. Definitely would rent this property again.

Amazing location, lots of activities to do right from the condo. Only thing I would suggest to the property owner is to invest in new mattresses!! “Luxury condo but Motel 6 beds!! After long travel, hiking, rock climbing, boating a nice comfy bed to crash into would be nice! Overall, great experience a d will be back as long as they get new beds!

Convenient Get a Way
Excellent location in a resort we enjoy. If you happen to be there when the snow is melting you will hear where the melt is falling, but if you've enjoyed a solid day of skiing you won't notice. Same with the neighbor's dog. This is a very, very nice place for a family that wants to avoid parking or commute shuttles, and have the option of cooking at home or dining out. We would definitely recommend, and would be happy to stay there again. Everything was as advertised.

Very clean and great kitchen!
Lauren, the property manager, was so communicative and helpful with all of our questions and requests! The condo was so clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need to cook an entire meal, which we did multiple times. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful week
The unit design was perfect for our extended family of five. We are cooks and this kitchen was equipped better than any VRBO we have stayed in. It had the tools and pots/pans needed to prepare big meals and the quality of this equipment was very good. This is a well maintained unit with exceptionally responsive property managers. The ONLY thing I would change if I could is I would add Netflix to the main TV in the living room - but there are THREE more TVs in the unit and all have Netflix. We will absolutely try to stay at this unit again on our next Tahoe trip. I strongly recommend it.

Our stay at this residence was very comfortable with our two young children and parents. It was clean and had great amenities. The convenience of being just upstairs from the village made it easy not having to get in a car for food. We definitely look forward to coming back!

Northstar Village
Great location in the village. Good for people watching, easy access to hiking. No driving to restaurants. And a very nice unit. We had a fantastic week in Tahoe and at Northstar Village!

Overall my experience with the property was great. The unit was sufficiently clear, and well equipped with essentials (dinnerware, salt & pepper, dish soap, shampoo). The property company did leave a bottle of wine for my welcome, which was a nice added touch, but besides that pretty standard. What really made the property shine was it's proximity to Northstar Village. It was nice to be able to wake up and walk directly to Starbucks followed by the slopes. With that said, the property did not wow me or provide anything beyond what is considered pretty standard now, specially considering the high price tag.

Second year staying here . We love it . This time , the balcony was a little dirty and some of the stones are loose which wasn’t safe for my 3 year old daughter . The chairs were very dirty . We had to sweep off all the dust and sweep off the old eggs of some bugs off the balcony

This is a fabulous place, roomy and comfortable for our family of five. Only complaint would be the pillows which were a little lumpy. Location is perfect, just a couple minutes’ walk to the gondola & the village shops. Easy drive to lovely Truckee. Service was fantastic and attentive.

We loved this place! It’s a very upscale and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit, and it’s in a perfect location in the new Northstar Village. The fitness center and hot tub are just downstairs, and we were literally steps from everything we wanted to do, including restaurants and recreation. The unit is in a quiet corner location, with gorgeous views of the mountains. It has the feel of both a “home away from home” and a 5-star resort. We will definitely be back!
