Condo was perfect as a spot to have enough room for ourselves and daughter to have her own space. Great to have amenities to host our local family for Sunday gathering, enjoy the pool and activities. We walked down to harbor area to enjoy the fireworks.
Had a bit of trouble with elevators during our stay, hopefully its on its way to being fixed... everyone seemed to be in good spirits climbing the stairs and helping one another out. Gift of the Aloha spirit.

The property was just OK. The location is great, with the Hilton Hawaiian Village right next door which offers lots of shopping and dining options. However, apparently the Ilikai building suffered a fire in the utility room the week prior to our stay so there was no AC in the lobby and/or any of the stores of the hotel for most of our stay. This caused the closure of the ice cream shop as well as Cinnamon's restaurant. Although the ice cream shop opened mid week, the restaurant never reopened.
The worst part of our stay was that we killed two HUMONGOUS roaches in the master bedroom and bathroom and as a result slept with the lights on (and with one eye open!) every night!
We found out the day before our arrival that there would be a new dishwasher sitting in the kitchen area that was to installed during our stay and that on that day the kitchen would be unavailable. Thankfully we had a tour scheduled on another island that day so we were not too impacted by the closure but I would think the owner would schedule this repair when the unit is vacant. In addition, the safe in the unit was not working so we could not lock up our valuables while the plumbing company was working in the unit.

The location was great with a direct view of the ocean but the place was dirty which was a surprise for the price it is listed for. Also it gets very noisy on the weekend with the street traffic, music and the loud crowd.

The property is very nice for vacationing. However, one would hope it would be clean & showers would work at this price.
It was doable but could be much nicer with a little dusting, floor cleaning, & plumbing.

This condo is not clean at all. When we arrived, I pulled back the sheets and it had hair on the mattress protector and black leather peeling from the leather headboard coming off. There was hair in the bathtub and on the side of the bathtub. The towels were hard and had a odor to them. Sinks and counters nasty. In the kitchen, the cabinets was filthy. Looks like coffee stains running down the side of the cabinets and the baseboards was disgusting. The windows was dirty and cloudy. I spent $32 washing bedding and towels upon arrival. Plus $15 for cleaning supplies at Walmart. Worst first day ever. But the location was great. The condo was just filthy. We took pictures but can’t share on this review.

We really liked this apartment. It was perfect for our family. Yes, the bathrooms could do with an update, but we really didn't mind. We appreciated that we had things like toilet paper, soap, dishwasher agents, paper towel, tissues...
The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. Perfect location for walking to the Ala Moana shopping Center. In fact, we walked to a lot of the Hotels and shopping areas. Otherwise we easily ubered and hired a car for another day.
This stay really made our holiday!

The view was amazing. The kitchen had very minimal supplies but we made the best of it. Small appliances, toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced and having a blender would have been nice. Condo is an end unit and was very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults. Valet parking is $45 a day and a little inconvenient. We parked behind the building at the Marina for $1 per hour. We ended up spending about 1/2 the amount per day to park at the Marina and it was easy to find a spot. We were in and out so often that we found out on the first day the valet parking was frustrating. One suggestion would be to pay for valet parking for one day then decide if you want to continue. We made the mistake of paying for the full week which is what they have you do. Now we need to wait for them to mail us a check for the 6 day refund. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The property matched the description in the APP. Location was great and between the pools and the ocean, along with the turtles, we enjoyed it tremendously. Questions were answered very quickly. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

However, on the downside, the property seemed outdated and not well-maintained. While the condo's location was a major plus, being in close proximity to stores and restaurants, some of which were even housed in the same building, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed dust in the restrooms and kitchen, and the showers were particularly unappealing. The shower floors were extremely dirty, and there was mold in both bathrooms. We also found used shampoo and soap from the previous guests still in one of the restrooms.
On a positive note, we enjoyed the fireworks and live music at the ground floor, which provided a great atmosphere during our stay. Additionally, the valet parking service was convenient, albeit at a cost of $45 per day.
Overall, while the location and amenities were appealing, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance detracted from our experience.

Absolutely loved the view. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the New Year's Eve fireworks on the ocean. This condo is located in a great area for walking to restaurants, shopping and getting groceries etc. We did not use mass transit because we decided to rent a vehicle to go to the other side of the island for our son's wedding. There is a fee every day for parking, but the valet service was very quick and friendly. There were four adults in the condo, we had plenty of room and enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning with coffee in the mornings. For as crowded it was during the holiday, the noise was very minimal. The check in and out process was extremely easy.

There is a fee every day for parking, but the valet service was very quick and friendly. There were four adults in the condo, we had plenty of room and enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning with coffee in the mornings. For as crowded it was during the holiday, the noise was very minimal. The check in and out process was extremely easy.
