Esta unidad también tiene cable, reproductor de DVD y un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en la sala de estar y pantalla plana de 32' en el dormitorio e internet inalámbrico.

Loved our stay in this condo. When we walked in, we felt at home! Loved the wrap around porch and the view was fantastic. Great communication with host and super happy with all aspects of our stay. Will choose this condo again on future trips! Thank you so much!!

My sisters and I spent 7 days in this beautiful beach home and everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Laura made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and out and, though we had no issues during our stay, she made sure I knew she was available anytime.
Mariner West is an older complex but is wonderfully maintained, very clean and orderly… kudos to the building manager and maintenance staff.
There are no wooden chairs and umbrellas lined up on the beach so the view from the balcony is peaceful and appealing which is where we spent many of our hours.

We absolutely loved the space and the location. It is the perfect place on the beach. The condo was clean and well supplied. Our family of 6 was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again. Thanks Laura.!

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach. The wrap around balcony was a great bonus for us! It was fully furnished . Met all our needs and then some. We had a small issue initially but Laura was quick to respond to me and we got it resolved. 5 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a condo on the beach with amazing views!

Our Mariner West Condo was very nice. It is an older complex but well maintained. The elevator is a little small and slow but it was never busy so it wasn’t a problem. The condo was great and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were great too. I would definitely recommend it.

We always love our stay at The Mariner. We love the location and it's not crowded like the bigger condos. Besides the bed being a little uncomfortable, we loved everything about it. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We’ve been traveling to Fl over 20 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was clean, very well equipped with everything you need, the complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good area of restaurants / grocery stores and Laura was super to work with. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return!

The pictures shown are exactly as the condo looks. It has a beautiful view and everything is there in the kitchen to cook your own meals if you want. Having two bathrooms in a one bedroom is an added bonus. Dealing with Laura was a 10 out of 10 from booking to departure. Would definitely book this condo again!!

This is a super comfortable and attractive condo with an amazing view. Even on the cold days, we enjoyed the view from the living room and/or the balcony. Laura is a terrific host.

We love this place. It was super close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean which we could enjoy while eating or just relaxing out of the sun. It was quite and everyone was friendly, and Laura was amazing with communication as well. We definitely will stay here again.

My wife and I and our two kids have been coming to PCB for the past 11 years. This was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Love the updated kitchen. The balcony was huge plus and of course the views and weather was amazing. We stayed from the October 1-6. Everything was a breeze and a pleasure to work with Laura. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Best location and very nice complex! No overly crowded parking lot, beach, or pool area. The condo was clean, well stocked, and absolutely loved the balcony! Laura went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. This is now our go to rental every year!

Peaceful Paradise
My family has been coming to PCB for years but staying at Mariner West has absolutely been the best destination. The unit was updated and clean with a quiet family atmosphere. Laura was very informative and helpful from the beginning. If you are looking for a destination away from the big high-rise condominiums, overcrowded beaches, and noisy accommodations then Mariner West is the place for you. This unit was breathtaking and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the emerald coast.

Our vacation experience was phenomenal - from the unit, view, and communication with the owner!
Unit - decorated beautifully! Calming, beachy, quality. The view was not simply a balcony, which would have been outstanding, but being the corner unit, the view continued from the front of the init to the side. And what a view! Everything was clean and there were tons of kitchen items.
View - I can’t imagine a better view! From the unit and then from the expansive balcony! Not much more to say than PERFECT! The beach is close to this condo complex, so walking to the gulf multiple times a day was a breeze!
Communication with the owner - Laura was exceptional! She was responsive and quick to reply when needed. My husband and I will DEFINITELY plan to stay here again!

I never caught her name, but the lady managing the MW during our stay really takes pride in her work and was very nice. The unit was clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t get enough of the big balcony with an amazing view.

Laura was wonderful from the time of booking till we checked out ! Her unit was perfect , clean , beautifully decorated and breathtaking views of the ocean! She checked on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. We look forward to staying in unit again
