The owners were very prompt in replying to any of our needs. Very nice and caring people. You can tell that they try hard to make their guests happy.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandcastles condo 711, despite the noise from the renovations. We used beach chairs on the patio to enjoy sunrises and evening skies.

This was our first extended family vacation and Cocoa Beach did not disappoint! Sandcastles is perfectly located with all the amenities within walking distance or just a short drive down the road. The owner, Jill, was wonderful, easy to reach, and amazing with communication as everything we needed was provided. Check-in was seamless and the condo was spotless upon arrival. We especially loved the detail the owner and her cleaning crew put into the unit. Loved the towels being shaped into animals – wonderful touch! The unit was beautifully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and the wraparound balcony was breathtaking with gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. My family and I enjoyed many nights out there just listening to the waves come and go. The checkout instructions were simple to follow leaving no room for error on our part. All-around beautiful condo. Thank you, Jill, for a great stay and for making our family vacation such a memorable experience as we look forward to our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle. The condo has a beautiful view and is private while convenient to all amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all essential pots, pans, dishes. The beds were very comfortable, towels and other amenities were plentiful. The unit was immaculately clean and felt welcoming when we arrived. Thank you for the great family vacation!

The condo is just like the pictures. Jill was helpful and responsive. The condo is right on coco beach. You wake up every morning with the sun rise in the beach and greet the evening with the best part of day to view the beach.

I wanted an oceanfront condo, and this was perfect. We watched a rocket launch from the deck! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Nice on a 4 day stay to not have to run out and purchase laundry soap or dishwasher pods, like I have had to do before. The penthouse location was quiet and private.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. Communication was easy. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Baths were also well supplied with towels and the beach items were a bonus. Balcony furniture was very comfortable as well as living room furnishings.

This condo has everything you need….in the kitchen and living spaces. The view from the lanai is unbelievable! So close to the Space center which we came down to see a launch. Very quiet.

We had the most relaxing, comfortable stay at this place! Jill was a great host, very personable. It was quiet, with outstanding views. It was immaculate!! Every detail was attended to. It was above and beyond my expectations! Cocoa beach itself was such a nice quiet beach town.

Beautiful property at a great location. The condo is extremely comfortable and decorated to feel like someone’s home. Lots of resources for local food/activities and instructions for every aspect of the property. Plenty of amenities to make our visit as convenient as possible.

It is so nice to be able to sit on comfortable furniture on the balcony and listen to the ocean. There was plenty of seating for everyone. I am very pleased with the place and I think it was worth the money!

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo with 3 bedrooms and lots of space. It has a new air conditioning unit that broke twice during our stay. This was not the fault of the owner and she immediately called for help getting it repaired. We appreciated how responsive she was with this problem.

I brought my family of five here for vacation, the view was amazing. Private access to the ocean and the beach was beautiful. There is a really nice pool and hot there as well, we ended most nights taking a quick dip. It is also located real close to the pier and several Great restaurants. There is a Publix and a Dollar General right down the street as well which is great when traveling with a large family, you can pick up food to fix at the condo, and purchase anything you left at home. Lastly, we planned an excursion everyday. We were only 80 min or so from Medieval times, 60 min from Sea World and I'm sure Disney roughly the same. I would absolutely go back. Jill was great, and easy to communicate with as well. We had an amazing week.

Best was being on the balcony with the view it had to see the beach/ocean was amazing also the walking distance to the beach/ocean was great :) The pool/hot tub on site was amazing :) definitely will come back !

The place was very clean when we got there. Place was beautiful & how everything was set up was amazing. Everything was exactly how it was described in the details. The rental patio furniture was pretty decent, but not nearly as comfy looking as the pictures. The kitchen was loaded with everything that you would need as well as spices for cooking, coffee, tea, and sweeteners. TV's in every room with a very large screen in the living room. Overall, a wonderful condo with so many extras that I would love to stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at 711 Sandcastles. worked with Jill on the booking...she was outstanding. Great location and view. The condo was very clean and well put together. Location of condo is in the heart of Cocoa Beach and has a super atmosphere. We are looking forward to staying there again

There were 5 adults, two from out of town and we get together every other year. The location was perfect , it was on the beach and the property had a pool. The condo was very spacious and upscale6, we felt as if we were home!..the ocean view was breathless!! We watched the sunrise every morning which was beautiful!!! We will return for future getaways!

This is a BEAUTIFUL Condo inside and out overlooking the ocean. The walk to the beach is fast and easy. Plenty of accommodations within the Rental and an overall wonderful vacation for us!!

We absolutely loved this condo! The balcony view was beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor pool & hot tub. If we come back to Cocoa beach we will definitely stay here again!
