Sombrilla y 4 sillas de playa de arena previstas pero no garantizados debido al uso de los huéspedes.

This was a perfect location with easy access to the boardwalk. The sunrises were amazing!

It was our first time in OCMD and we will be back every year and stay here. The condo looks so much nicer in real life. Pictures are out of date, remodel kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, comfortable couch and luxury mattress. Ed was very responsive. Walking distances to a lot of restaurants and amusement park, so many things to do. The view ocean from the condo was the best in town. The perfect place for a family of 4. Thank you again for a great vacation. See you next year Sea Gate!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The condo is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Even though the weather was chilly we still loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the beautiful ocean view!

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The location was great. Quick, easy walking distance to the boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again and have already been recommending this condo to friends.

This property is amazing - clean, thoughtful amenities, well furnished, and what a view!! The owner, Ed, provided extremely useful information prior to our arrival. The location is close to the boardwalk and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean City despite the pouring rain storms. Unit was very comfortable for two and owners were so responsive. The best balcony allowed us to enjoy the ocean view early morning thru the entire day and night. Hope the weather cooperates next time!

Greatly enjoyed out stay. The unit is wonderful, comfortable, well equipped, so close to boardwalk and the beach view is wonderful. Communication always clear and timely. Highly recommend

Our little family had a wonderful week away!
Having a 1 1/2 foot shallow end of the pool was so perfect for our 3yr old son. The heavy duty sliding door for the balcony was a plus having little ones too! Location location, was the best all around for kids, food, entertainment. Highly recommend Ed & Caroles!

We absolutely loved this apartment, and we hope to come back soon. The balcony is big , and has a perfect view of the Atlantic. Kitchen and bathroom are updated and well stocked. Carpet is new and soft. Thumbs up.

This condo was very clean and well equipped. The view was gorgeous. The beach was not crowded. Pool was very nice too. I would highly recommend staying hete. The host sent lots of good information prior to our stay.

Place is close enough to the boardwalk but just off to avoid the noise. Very clean with fully stocked kitchen. Has beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Will definitely return.

Totally adjustable drapes allow you just the brightness you want. The balcony took 1/3 of our time. Owner suggested some great restaurants and the best, Hooked, was fab. We wanna go back!!

Vacation at OCM - Seagate property owned by Ed Broczkowski
Property is very well maintained. View of the Ocean is outstanding from the location on the 8th floor. The kitchen has been recently updated and is supplied with everything required for an excellent dining experience. The owner (Ed Broczkowski) was very helpful with our trip planning. We would rent this property in the future and we would highly recommend this property to our friends.

Birthday Trip
The view was stunning. The condo was spotless. It's the first time ever that I haven't done at least a little cleaning when I rented a vacation property. Entry with the keypad was super easy. Ed was very thorough with directions, tips about the area and a list of the best restaurants. And he wished me a happy birthday. Great trip. ❤️
