We had a fabulous time staying in this home. We could not have asked for more - extremely clean and tidy, comfortable, easy check-in/check-out, the owner and manager clearly take a lot of pride in making the house a warm and welcoming place for visitors. We used the house as a home base during our family's ski weekend at Holiday Valley and it was perfect. Would love to escape here for another weekend next year if the weather cooperates!! Thanks for everything!!

The house was very nice, tastefully decorated, great views , a really well-equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. Since the weather wasn't ideal (rainy) we did spend a lot of time inside and were very comfortable. This would be even better in season since there is a large lakeside deck, a dock, and a small firepit area. We did have one nice day for a hike at Rock City State Forest , which we highly recommend as it is right outside of nearby Ellicottville, but is very secluded withe interesting rock formations and many miles of trails. Ellicottville is not too far from the lake house and has several good places to eat, drink, and shop, along with being a ski town in winter, of course! The area close to the house has a few local places to grab a meal - lots of hearty fare and very kind and friendly people

We had the best stay! I had a cottage on Lime Lake as a child and wanted to bring my mom, husband and son back before baby two arrives. I am so glad we did! The cottage was perfect! It was decorated beautifully, very clean, and cozy. We had the best time taking our boat out, fish, swimming for hours right at the dock. We were able to go back to Lime Lake Snack bar and relax at the beautiful cottage. The jetted tub, fire pit, and loft/game area were amazing ways to end the night. We loved the cottage. It really is beautiful and was a very memorable stay! Thank you!

The property was just as pictured and more. The PM was very nice, informative, and welcoming. The cottage, OMG, was absolutely amazing. It was such a pleasant stay that we are looking forward to our next visit. The cottage had everything you could need to make you feel at home, and more. It truly made our special getaway more special, thank you.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Lakefront Cottage a few weekends ago. We were in town for a dance competition, so it was a few moms with our dancing daughters and we were thrilled to have such a peaceful place to come back to after chaotic days dancing. We were very fortunate to have such lovely weather the weekend we were visiting and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck overlooking the water. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property that really elevated our time. One thing that I often find lacking while traveling is the number of hooks available-this might seem like such a small detail, but apparently when I travel I like to hang a lot of things up! The toiletries and make up removal pads were also very handy for our particular group. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would absolutely check the availability of this property first!

This was the best/well equipped vacation rental that we ever stayed in. I was not planning on cooking during our stay but the cottage was so cozy and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possible need we couldn’t help it.
We also loved that it snowed 3 out of the four days we were there. It was a 20 minute scenic drive to Ellicotville for skiing. The snow, the lake and the fireplace were definitely a plus.
Thanks to the host and the manager that answered all our questions before and during our trip.

One of our best vacations, the Lake Cottage served as a home away from home, family time including meals, time by the fireplace, skiing, tubing and a great community. Great hosts at a special home.

This was a great cottage for myself and a few girlfriends to get away for the weekend! Super close and easy to get to Ellicottville! Place was clean and very cozy!! All the small details and amenities were wonderful!! Soaps/lotions in the bathroom! Comfortable blankets and bedding! Even the lights over the deck! Wood provided for a fire! They really thought of everything and made it easy for a bunch of moms who were getting away and didn’t want to do a ton of work!

Who Could Ask for Anything More?
This cottage was not only perfect for us in so many ways, but at a great location on Lime Lake. It was so very comfortable, and all the amenities left for guests made a feel like we were in a hotel.
Kay F, the property manager was exceptionally attentive, before and during our stay. Renting a pontoon boat from LL Marina was a seamless process and enhanced our stay especially for visiting family and friends. Would definitely recommend for summer and winter stays. Jack & Bea S

Couldn’t be better.
Nothing says “Summer” better than a stay here. Perfect place to unplug and enjoy all that a summer get-away has to offer. Kids swam, jet skied, tubed, fed the fish and ducks, and played non-stop while we enjoyed the deck and view!
Owner and Property Manager were amazing and communication was seamless. The place couldn’t be cleaner and offered much convenience for our stay.
Can’t wait to come back next year…already booked!

Great place!! Less than an hour from home. Clean, very user friendly, plenty of room. Even with the rain we were able to stay outside on the back deck because of the fold out awning. Fantastic kitchen facilities. We had fun told lots of sories and couaght quite a few and varied species of fish!

This is our second year coming to the cottage. There will be a repeat for next year. We ski every day for 8 hours then come back to the cottage and relax. Perfect location for our family!

The cottage is very comfortable and right on the lake. Kay was very responsive and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. The heat worked great, we enjoyed the fireplace and were able to stay warm in spite of the very very cold temperatures. The kids loved the upstairs! Wifi worked great. Bathrooms are beautiful and beds are comfy. It was an easy drive to Ellicottville where we went snow tubing. In summary, we had a wonderful weekend playing in snow with the kids, and found the cottage met all our needs.

The cottage located on Lime Lake was the perfect spot for our ski trip to Holiday Valley! Very clean & well equipped. The fireplace did very nice job of heating us up after skiing. Beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms very clean. Kay did an awesome job of making sure we had everything we needed! Thanks!!
PS- A hot tub on the big deck over looking the lake would be over the top!
