The condo was good. We did have to sweep shortly after arriving because the floor was dirty, our feet were black! We also had to purchase a mop and floor cleaner because the mop in the room was the older string type and required a bucket which there was not one. Also, I didn't want to have to wring out a mop! The toilet in the main room was loose and it worried us every time we used it. We also worried every time we opened the dishwasher because it didn't seem to be connected to the counter and the top rack would come out every time you pulled out the bottom rack. The dishwasher is older and didn't clean as well. We ended up using 2 dishwasher pods to get the dishes cleaner. The outside furniture is older and rusted. Some of the chairs were wobbly because the legs had rusted so bad. We have not yet found a bed that is comfortable no matter where we stay. I have no doubt it can be expensive to keep up a condo, but some updating of these few items would be good!

We loved the location. It was convenient to all shopping & restaurants. Could see the pool & ocean from our unit. Our unit was comfortable, nice & clean. We had a great vacation & would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very nice.

Five stars isn’t enough for this condo. I can’t say enough kind words to describe our stay in this condo. The owners went above and beyond anything special request we had. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, clean and had the most amazing view of the gulf. Can’t wait until we get to return . Thank you Pari .

We enjoyed our stay in Twin Palms 501. The view and location was amazing. The condo size was awesome for 4 but could hold more. The association staff were all very helpful as well. We will definitely be back at this location. Also, great coffee shop across the street

The view was amazing and we loved the outdoor pool and the beach service. The furnishings are a little dated but work. There is plenty of parking in the building but there is no designated parking space for this unit. We did, however, find open handicap parking which we needed. The TV in the 2nd bedroom did not work.

This was a last minute booking so you never know what you will end up with. Access to the room was easy which is nice when you have alot of luggage. Walked into the unit and thought this is beautiful! The views are amazing! It was very neat and clean. I slept so good in the king suite! There was plenty of room for our group and I never felt cramped. The living area is spacious along with the balcony. All the fun teenage stuff is across the street.

We had everything we needed in the condo. We were able to communicate with the owner and they were very fast getting back to us. Beautiful location and perfect for our family.

Property was spotless upon our arrival. Check-in was very simple. Location of the condo was central to everything in Panama City. The beautiful sand beach was 25 yards from our property and the Gulf of Mexico was 50 from that. Sunsets and sunrises were always amazing. Property owners very attentive to our needs at all times and kept us informed of city or weather issues as they happened. All-in-all, a wonderful three month stay for my wife and I.

Unit was clean upon arrival, earlier than expected. Everything we needed was in the unit. We were able to enjoy the clean pool, security was on point in the evening. Communication was easy and prompt w/the owner.Check in was simple. No crazy waits for the elevator. I hope to stay again.

The condo was okay - as previous condo owners ( sold ours five years ago) it would have been better to have sufficient supplies to last more that two days - renters would be forced to go by more toilet paper and trash bags than needed - for a week long stay - added expense. No hair dryer in second bathroom -

It was different for us. We are used to 3 bedrooms. It worked out fine for us this time. Appliances all functioned as expected. Overall in good repair. People with canopies and umbrellas setup in front of the chairs that we paid for. Guys tried to get them to move. They had to adjust the row of chairs because of them. If the chairs are rented we shouldn't have our view of the ocean impeded.

The property owner was so easy to work with and fixed the A/C promptly when not working. Great view and location. Property is run down; not nice at all for the money.

The unit needs repairs and a deep cleaning! Caked on liquid at bottom of refrigerator! Hadn't been clean obviously! Dirty patio furniture and door track was black! A live bug was in the kitchen cabinet, with a dead one laying there also. Owner said "they had just sprayed last week and this was Florida, there is going to be bugs "! Never apologized or ask how she could make it right! The shower rod wasnt mounted to the wall, and kept falling down! And the TV that was in the livingroom, needed a cable box. When the owner sent someone out by Wendesday, they couldn't fix it. The reapir Guy from Exfinity said that the owner needed to get a box, and they couldn't fix it. So she told us we could take the TV from the bedroom Into the living room. And the couch that was supposedly a roll out bed, had a rod sticking up from the inside, therefore wasn't sleepable. Neeledless to say, we weren't happy. When you advertise that it has a sofa sleeper, you expect that to be accommodating! This is unacceptable for the amount of money we pay to rent a luxury Condo at PCB! And I have never experienced this EVER!!! Rhonda P.

Loved the location. Located in the center of PCB. Pier park 15 minutes away and Treasure island 15 minutes away. Great restaurants close bye. Beach access was great. Beautiful sunset views. Property owner was great to work with.

If I could give this property less than one star I would. Beware, if you’re thinking about renting this property for a family vacation, I would not. We booked this property to spend a week at the beach with our 3 small children. Instantly when we walked to the front door I could tell it was not going to be good. We opened the front door, and instantly smelled a heavy presence of cigarette smoke masked with some sort of chemical. I’m shocked I could even smell chemicals because it looked like this property hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. Our first issue was that the front door would not lock. We contacted the owner and they did respond and helped fix that issue, but when we reached out about how filthy and disgusting the property is, they conveniently stopped responding. The walls, and baseboards are filthy. The area rug looks like it has never been cleaned (or swept, but I’m not sure how it could when there isn’t even a vacuum in the condo)the couch was filled with crumbs and sand. There was what appeared to be blood on the walls, and the guest bedroom comforter. Dip spit in the corner of the balcony. Dust built up on the ceiling fan. Dirt on the mattress of the pull out couch. My baby’s feet were black just from walking around the short amount of time we were there. Especially during COVID times, this rental was just unacceptable. We were at this property all of maybe 2 hours when we packed our things up, yet again, and drove to a hotel to stay the night there. No way I was letting my children stay in a place so filthy. My poor kids were stuck in our car the whole day on Saturday as we drove up and down the beach trying to find a new place to stay. We ended up finding somewhere so now we are out the money of this rental, and our new one because the owners wont respond to us. At the very least, they should refund our money as we never even spent a single night in this place. We have given them multiple chances to make this right, and they have not. If you’re thinking about renting this condo, I personally would look elsewhere. I would hate for anyone to go through the same thing we did. It absolutely ruined our vacation we were looking forward to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super nice and comfortable. The view of the beach from the balcony can't be beat. We really enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The location is very convenient and I was able to walk down the beach to Pineapple Willy's for lunch. The bakery across the street is amazing. I would definitely stay there again.
