The condo had plenty of room for four adults and three children. All the appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen faucet and the master bath faucet could use a replacement. The room description stated it had a full coffee maker/Keurig combo. When we arrived it did not. I called the rental company and they brought a Keurig asap. That's good service. The kids loved the pool because it was so big. If the chance comes, we will stay here again.

Great place to stay, couple minutes from beach, but the over all cleanliness of the condo was awful, the vents need to be vacuumed the rugs need to be cleaned walls washed, extra linen was dirty that was in the closet, would stay again if I knew that it has been cleaned, we definitely left it cleaner than when we entered

Stayed for an graduation getaway with my son and his friends. Very nice condo and great location. It was just what we were looking for with this trip.

When we walked in I was surprised at how much bigger the main living space was. All three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us. The unit had a wagon in it which was extremely helpful in getting our chairs down to the beach each morning. The beach was extremely crowded as was pool, but this property seems to have one of the larger pools.
Only two negatives, the bathrooms were a little small and the ceilings were peeling in a few spots.

We had a pleasant stay and found the accommodations to be clean, however, upgrades to the condo would be advisable considering the associated cost. Specifically, the master bathroom requires improvement and we initially encountered difficulties with achieving hot water for the master shower. Although our overall experience was satisfactory, enhancements are recommended.

Overall condo is great!!Very spacious and everything looks just as pictured. All furniture clean and well kept. Master shower in desperate need of upgrade but there are two others available so that was not a big problem. Would recommend this condo .

Let me start by saying the location is amazing. We were very disappointed to get to the location for spring break and discover the pool was closed. We were notified there would be construction on the building but not that the pool would be closed. I emailed to ask about the pool and did received an apology that we weren’t notified. The description mentions the newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is okay but definitely not new. The tile in the condo was so filthy I had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The entire condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The bathrooms need updated and cleaned. The master bathroom shower visibly old and stained. The ceiling in the 3rd bathroom looks like it’s caving in. The beds were okay but most of them squeak and make loud noise. The rugs and table runners are dirty and need attention. Don’t get me wrong we made the best of it and again the location is great. I’m disappointed that I paid so much because it wasn’t worth it. We had no choice but to make the best of it. I definitely wouldn’t rent this condo again until it really gets updated, sufficiently cleaned and the pool open.

This condo has room for a large family, beach toys in the closet and there are family board games to sit around the large dining room table to play. A wonderful location; close to restaurants, shops and steps aways from pool and beautiful beach! Yes, rent this condo!

We enjoyed our stay at 422. It was clean, mostly updated and enjoyed the size of the condo. The bathroom in the King bedroom needs updated, but other than that we really enjoyed staying there. It was the first time staying on the street side.

We had an excellent week at Ocean One and 422. We were at max capacity in the room but had plenty of space to live, sleep AND get privacy when needed. Great location close to everything. It was a crazy busy week being 4th of July (everything was packed) but still got to eat at all our favorite places and see our favorite things with minimal effort or wait. The still had our favorite spots at the beach/pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean One. It is conveniently located to a lot and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. You walk out and you are at the pool and beach which is the biggest bonus!
They came and replaced the DVD player immediately when it didn't work. The only drawback was the bedroom with two full beds was rather warm, especially at night and we weren't able to turn the air down lower than 68. Otherwise, everything was great!

The one think my husband emphasized was to be able to see the beach from our balcony. It was stated to him it was beachside but we could still see the beach. The only thing we could see was the entrance gate coming into the property. Huge disappointment to all of us. I would not go through this agency again EVER.

Great getaway
Great location, within walking distance from the beach and the South Beach amenities. The unit was nicely decorated and furnished. The condo was extremely well provided (kitchen tools and utensils, towels and linens as well as beach accessories).

My family has stayed in a lot of the complexes off S Forest beach over the years, and this complex was nice. Great pool deck. Really nice security team. This unit was facing S Forest Beach, so not an ocean view but was quiet since away from the pool. We heard no other guests while inside unit, which was great for when my infant son napped.
The unit was spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. Definitely not updated recently, except for one bathroom connected to twin room, but was clean and spacious enough for our family. Biggest kitchen area I’ve seen off S Forest Beach Drive. They had closets packed with beach toys, chairs, coolers, etc for anyone who might be flying in. Very convenient. We walked to dinner and great new park that just opened in December 2020. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Location and Oceanfront
My family has been coming to Ocean One for the past 3 years. We love the location, the condos are oceanfront and close to the beach. There are several great restaurants close by, plus a couple of grocery stores and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center.

This is a spacious condo in a great location! Bathrooms are updated and the place was very clean. It is about time to update kitchen, but it was functional. Would definitely stay here again!
