The property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and toys. It was very clean. In a nice location not far from shopping center. We had a couple minor issues which were immediately taken care of by the property manager, Koko. Outstanding service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Tucked away in the heart of beautiful Princeville, this townhouse proved to be the ultimate launchpad for our Hawaiian adventure. Its strategic location meant that the stunning Napali coast, the tranquil Hanalei, and myriad breathtaking beaches and trails were effortlessly accessible. Additionally, the convenience of having local shopping and dining spots within walking distance added to the charm of our stay.
Walking into the townhouse, it was as if we had stepped into our very own home. The meticulous attention to detail was evident - from the nice furniture to a well-equipped kitchen, and even the thoughtful inclusion of beach accessories. It truly was our home away from home, but with the unparalleled bonus of Hawaii's paradise right at our doorstep.
While it is on the pricier side, the experience and amenities justify every penny spent.
However, our stay was not without a slight hiccup. On returning one night, we found our designated parking spot occupied by an unauthorized vehicle. This meant scouring for an alternate spot late at night – a task that was both unexpected and vexing. While our host did assure us of spare parking, the situation was a tad disappointing.
All in all, it was a memorable stay with just a tiny wrinkle to iron out.

This worked well for us- we just stayed a couple nights to see the napali coast- convenient location close to Hanalei and gorgeous beaches.

Perfect space for me and a roommate. Clean, easy layout; All the amenities we needed, in a very convenient location to our event location, and evening activities. I will seek out this location, for our return. Excellent!

We are owners at a close by vacation resort and had some family tag along on our trip this year, so we decided to try a new place. This was a great spot to stay with everything we needed. My one complaint would be that only a few select outlets actually worked. When we tried to plug in the fans or needed to charge a phone, it was like a treasure hunt to find another working plug. Overall we were pleased with the stay, thanks for sharing your home with us as we explore paradise.

Beautiful townhouse. Nice and very spacious. I would recommend owner say no ac. Owner provided fans also screen doors and screens on windows. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely place!! We would like to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place and found it a great base to explore Kauai. It is spacious and well equipped, we appreciated the beach/ snorkel gear and ample towels. The washer/ dryer also very handy. Checkin was easy and place was very clean. Beds comfortable and fans were fine for us in late May/ early June. Only minor hiccup was fridge stopped working and needed defrosting half way through stay but was resolved by property manager. Quiet complex - except for the rosters but hey it’s Kauai! Thank you for the stay

We loved the spaciousness of the unit. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect. Restaurants, shops and beach are all just a short walk away.

Perfect for our island getaway. Lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. Bright, airy and clean. Great to come back to after a day hiking or snorkeling. Close to grocery store. The beach gear was appreciated!

We stay with kids, the condo was good. (Please add bath mat in the tub. ) A lot of windows, and couple of them without blinds. So, people walking on the road could see us. Not really comfortable. A lot of mosquitos. It was a problem. The path to the beach really close. 10 min and you are on the beach. Overall it was great, I like the kettle ( sometimes it rare), clean and modern ( compare with our friend's condo at the same community)! Thank you!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable for four adults. Princeville made a great base for exploring Kauai even though some sites like Waimea Canyon (definitely worth the trip), were over an hour away, there was also plenty to do nearby. We visited Kilauea Point Lighthouse, Limahuli, Nai'Anai Kai and Princeville Botanical Gardens. We made the steep walk to the beach several times. It's very beautiful down there! We knew December was in the rainy season but didn't know what to expect. It did rain but that didn't keep us from having fun. Most of the rain was at night and we had also had plenty of sunny days. The temperature was perfect. The windows stayed open all the time and the indoor temperature was comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room keep the house aired out and smelling fresh. I would love to stay there again if I ever get back to Kauai.

It wouldn’t let me submit my other review for some reason. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and heat. The house was very clean and the full kitchen was nice to have. I had to contact the host about the grill, but he was quick to respond and we got it figured out. He was also quick to respond when I let him know that we were getting in late. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and felt very safe and comfortable in this condo. It was well equipped for cooking and picnics, going to the beach and the other activities we planned. It was very spacious for our family of 4. The neighbourhood was quiet, private and peaceful. We would love to go back again!

Cannot fault property or location, be aware property can get hot as no aircon, plenty of fans and we had no problem with temperatures of 90°F.

No air conditioning. Unit was very nice, but surrounding property was a bit unkept. Pool was less than desirable.

Quiet Condo
Condo is large with everything that we needed. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer. Very clean with what smelled like new carpet. Parking was right outside the door. Beach chairs were great and glad to have beach towels available. Quiet neighborhood with beach within walking distance. Would recommend. I'm a tough rater - only reason not 5 stars.

Princeville Townhouse
We really enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The townhouse was exactly as described and pictured. It was in close walking proximity to everything needed; shopping, beaches, and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked for cooking needs. Hope to return some day soon. Would highly recommend it for your stay on Kauai.

Great accommodations in a convenient location
We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were glad that it included beach gear (beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear- though we didn’t use the latter). The location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Try Tiki Iniki for a wonderful meal! We also enjoyed the walk down to Anini beach. Fortunately, we were here when there had not been much rain, so the path was steep but dry and very doable. Nearby Makai Golf Club offers golf and tennis, which was also convenient. While there’s no air conditioning, the condo has an open air feel with plenty of island breezes to keep guests comfortable. We would stay here again!

Beautiful
We have come to Princeville for the past 5 years. We normally get a condo with air conditioning but decided to not do that this year. We were very happy with this condo as it provides plenty of cross breeze with the ceiling fans and the windows and doors that open. This is a very clean place and we love the beach supplies that are provided. We would stay again !!

Princeville area in Kauai is one of our favorite areas to stay and this place met all of our needs! It was very comfortable and had plenty of linens and all the other necessities that we needed!

It was alright
The place was fine, had pretty much everything you could need. And even has decent snorkeling gear to use. Though the people before us didn’t clean them off. Only complaint was that the towels had a weird mildew smell like they have been wet and not dried very well. So we tried washing the towels again ourselves but the whole washer and drier seemed to have that issue. Otherwise it was a decent place.

The condo was very nice, clean and quiet. Although we didn’t use it, it was well equipped with snorkel gear, iced chest ice chest at Ceter and a condo was very nice, clean and quiet. Although we didn’t use it, it was well equipped with snorkel gear, iced chest and boggy board. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that could use some updating. The owner and property manager were responsive.

Lovely Stay in Kauai!!!
We (myself and my 2 teenagers) loved our stay in Princeville! The condo is bright and spacious with lots of windows and floral-scented breezes. The kitchen is well-equipped although we didn't use it to the full capacity (cooking on vacation is not a vacation!). Beds are great and rooms are well-appointed, both with TVs. The walkout from the master bedroom is very nice and the lounger is a great place to read a book. We walked down to the closest beach although it was a bit muddy from the rain. But its worth it if you'd like a swim on a sweet, quiet little beach. The condo was close to the Foodland and a whole plaza of small restaurants, ice-cream etc. We spent a fair amount of time at the beach at Hanalei Bay which was only about a 10 minute drive north. The waves there were great for boogie-boarding (condo is equipped with 2 boards).We also snorkelled with some sea turtles at Anini Beach which was only 15-20 minutes south (again condo is equipped with tons of snorkelling stuff). And we went into Kapaa (about 10 min further south) for some delish shave ice and mexican food. I would love to return to Kauai as we only did a fraction of what we wanted to do (we were there for a wedding so tied up with family stuff). I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful!! Soooo much more than expected.
We were delighted to walk into such a lovely place. After our visit to Hawaii, this was truly the hope we expected. Thanks to Alex, and the on-sight staff to make our final stop on the Islands outstanding. We will recommend it to any and all who might be planning their vacation.
