Sand Key beach is very private. Pool is heated and spacious. Hot tub big enough for 10 and is truly HOT… Unit is a rental that has all the essentials. Ownership is personable and responds quickly to any questions. Coming back next year. 😀

Aside from the few problems we had, we truly enjoyed our stay. You were quick to respond to our needs and that was truly appreciated. We did our best to contribute to the upkeep of your property. It was a pleasure dealing with you. We are looking forward to our stay in 2019.

my daughter and i were in town to watch my son play baseball, so it was nice to have a home away from home, and right on the beach! it was safe, clean, and people were nice.

Great and quiet property to stay on. Very easy commute to the main portion of Clearwater Beach. There are wonderful restaurants very close by! The owners were very quick to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a relaxing vacation! Don't forget to watch the beautiful sunset every night while you are there!

Great and quiet property to stay on. Very easy commute to the main portion of Clearwater Beach. There are wonderful restaurants very close by! The owners were very quick to answer any questions. We stayed here this past Summer in July of 2016 and it was gorgeous!! The Condo was everything the pictures showed and more. Our children had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!!

We rented this condo for Feb & March 2016. The condo couldn't have been nicer & the kitchen was well-stocked. Loved the pool & just about everything about this relaxing vacation. Will definitely try to re-book should we return to FL again. The owners were great to work with; nice people.
