Nuestro hermoso condominio frente al mar inspirado en la costa con una cálida sensación junto al mar está situado en 3. 5 acres de impresionantes propiedades frente al mar en Inn of the Sea Resort. Estamos ubicados al sur de Nanaimo, justo al lado de Yellow Point Lodge. Nuestro condominio totalmente equipado ofrece fantásticas vistas del canal Stuart y 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable en 2 niveles. Ofrecemos 2 habitaciones Queen, 2 baños completos de 4 piezas, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, comedor, 3 balcones y lavandería en el lugar. La sala de estar principal se encuentra en el piso superior y el segundo dormitorio de estilo hotel y el baño están en el segundo piso.
Inn of the Sea es una escapada de vacaciones ideal durante todo el año. Es muy popular entre las familias en verano y como un refugio apartado en invierno. Con el clima templado de las islas, es un lugar perfecto para escapar.
Las comodidades del complejo incluyen una gran piscina climatizada junto al océano (abierta desde el fin de semana de mayo hasta el 30 de septiembre) y una bañera de hidromasaje abierta durante todo el año. Nuestro muelle privado ofrece amarre para botes y es ideal para pescar y pescar cangrejos. Hay un parque infantil para los niños, una hoguera junto a la playa, varios patios de bar-b-que, así como una cancha de tenis privada y muchos espacios verdes.
Se puede pasar el tiempo peinando la playa, observando las piscinas de mareas y las estrellas de mar, haciendo kayak, pescando y pescando cangrejos, o simplemente descansando alrededor de la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi.

The location map for the property was incredibly misleading. VRBO has the listing map in Nanaimo which was what was originally searched as we needed to be in town. However, when we arrived, the map on VRBO lead us to some reserve land (it was super sketchy). It wasn’t until I opened the email from the host that the address/location was provided. The property itself was in Ladysmith, 20kms away from the VRBO location point. We never would have booked it if we had known the actual location. Not at all a host issue, but a VRBO issue.
With that said, the host was lovely to communicate with; Friendly & accommodating.
Property itself was spacious and just as advertised, with great views. Thoughtful in the stocking of amenities. We had a great time!

Hidden gem, condo was really nice, well kept and equipped ! Pool and hot tube exactly as advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very spacious, clean and has lots of great amenities and extras. The kitchen is well stocked with staples, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances. We also appreciated all the linens and other supplies. The view is terrific and surroundings very peaceful. The property provided everything we needed and more! Thank you.

A wonderful place close to the wilderness.
We have enjoyed our stay very much. One lives secluded from the daily hustle and bustle and yet very good shopping facilities are within easy reach. For nature lovers and hikers it can not be better.

Rejuvenating Retreat
We absolutely loved our stay at 320 Inns of the Sea. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunrises over the ocean, walks through the nearby forest trails and relaxing by the pool and in the hottub. It is a great spot to explore the nearby towns and areas along the east coast of Vancouver Island.

Excellent Property
Location is within a short drive to anything you might need. The property is very quiet and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. Tammy communicated with us very quickly and we would highly recommend anyone looking to stay around Nanaimo or Ladysmith to have a look at this Condo. Warm calm swimmable location on the ocean, a pool, boat dock and beautifully kept condo and property grounds. If in the area this is where we will stay again.

We loved our stay at the condo. The location was just perfect for us, and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend!
For us prairie peeps the blooming daffodils and green grass were amazing! And..the ocean views (especially sunrises) never get old!!

Beautiful view and wonderful condo that had everything we needed.
We had a great experience starting with the great view, comfy beds, great furniture and appliances and the pool & hot-tub area was great to use. We will be back.

Beautiful Vancouver Island experience
Wonderful spacious condo with all the amenities and in a great location. Short drive to Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Owner super friendly and quick to respond to questions and helpful hints. Would definitely stay again on future trips.

Beautiful, relaxing, quiet, serene
The pictures do not do this place justice. The grounds are immaculate; the condo was perfect. The condo is very nicely decorated and comes with everything you would have at home plus an ocean view. Waking up and having a coffee looking at the ocean while hummingbirds were feeding was a highlight. The kids (ages 6, 8 and 12) loved the pool, tennis, badminton, playground, all the bunnies running around. The beach area is rocky which was a big plus for us as we loved walking on them, looking at all the crabs and hunting for the perfect sea shell. The owner is amazing - she is honest and returns emails immediately. We will definitely be back.

EXACTLY as described. Maybe even a bit better.
First, Tammy (owner) is amazing to deal with. I was pretty obnoxious with my multiple emails but she answered immediately and was very accommodating. If you're nervous about booking, wondering if the rental is as nice as it is presented here, have no fear. The townhouse was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Beds were awesome and even the hide-a-beds were wonderful. We had bought condiments and provisions but apparently they weren't needed. Salt/Pepper and other things are there and now there is even more as we didn't eat everything we bought (kids like Zoodles and Kraft Dinner? They're there for ya! Soy sauce. Olive oil. Etc. All there for you.) The pool was awesome and warm. Kids loved it there. I'd totally stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tammy! Book now. You won't regret it.
