La casa está ubicada en la parte norte del pueblo, el barrio más tranquilo y exclusivo y donde la posibilidad de ver animales es mayor.
Cada habitación, equipada con sábanas y toallas de alta calidad, cuenta con su propio baño. Hay un tercero para la sala de estar, que todavía es adaptable para convertirse en un tercer dormitorio. Las 2 habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado para brindar los detalles esenciales a nuestros huéspedes. La propiedad también cuenta con fanáticos en todas las áreas para aquellos que prefieren una forma más natural de refrescarse y ser más respetuosos con el medio ambiente.
La cocina cuenta con el equipo más completo para que se sienta como en casa. Se une a la sala de estar compartiendo una fila frente al mar en la cubierta abierta.
Para aquellos que quieren seguir el trabajo incluso en días festivos, ofrecemos wifi de alta velocidad.

Live and breathe happiness in the heart of nature
The house offers a magnificent view of nature and the sea. Warm and caring welcome by our host. Contemporary and stylish house, comfortable rooms with all comforts, impeccable cleanliness, good bedding, high speed wi-fi, swimming pool with exceptional view.
Ideally located. Only 5 minutes drive from the village with idyllic places to watch the sunset on the beach and enjoy a drink. People are very friendly there.

All the comfort in style
We rented this villa and spent a great week enjoying life in Santa Teresa. The house is very comfortable with 2 rooms and all the equipment necessary, but quite frankly staying at the pool to wash the sunset was the cherry on the cake. A very relaxing and quiet place just on the hill close by the beach of Rocamar.
As always people makes the difference and here the staff were very kind and full of attentions, really great time at this nice spot in Costa Rica.

A true A+ experience
We had a wonderful time at this place! Perfect getaway from the busy city. Everything was perfectly organized. Clean and modern home, it has anything and everything you could possibly need to make your stay truly memorable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with providing local tips and info, and even arranging ATV’s rentals for us. All in all we had an amazing stay! I am happy to recommend this place without any hesitation. Thanks guys !!!

We had such a great time at Villa Newman, we were 2 couples and the setup could not have been more perfect for us. Clean, modern and spacious. Bedrooms with large and comfortable beds and showers, a deck with a private pool and stunning views. We just loved it.
Very friendly and attentive staff, they provided useful information and tips about the place.
Very close to the beach and to the village, just a few minutes away. We just loved the casual lifestyle of Santa Teresa and the fact that it offers a great choice of different kinds of cuisines: Japanese, French, Mexican, local… People were very friendly as well.
The renting process was also great. Judit was very efficient and professional. She answered quickly all our questions during the reservation period (which were not a just a few)!
Throughout our stay we enjoyed an atmosphere of calm and peace. Truly a remarkable find for us.
What else to say…If you’re looking for a perfect getaway destination, then look no further !

The house was perfect for all our needs. Plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. It was an absolutely pleasure preparing meals as we had everything we needed, it felt like home. The deck with the pool was a wonderful place to relax.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, the beds were super comfy and the towels were very nice quality.
The internet was very fast (high speed optic fibre).
The staff were all amazing and eager to help us with any requirements. The manager made arrangements for ATV’s, massage and was great about directing us to favorite beach spots, food stops and providing much needed directions to various attractions. Santa Teresa is a great village with wonderful restaurants and a lot to do.
We can’t say enough about this home, it was one of our best rental experiences and we will definitely come back.

The villa was exactly what we needed. We were 2 couples, and each room was equivalent with the same finishes and quality beds.
The living room is comfortable, and what a pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pool, we really enjoyed the whole unit, which is built in a contemporary style.
Also appreciated is that the house is part of a condo, with security guard at night, it felt very safe.
You can walk to the beach, but it's better to have a car, because going back is up hill, but than again......anywhere in Santa Teresa it's better to rent a vehicle.
The host was very helpful and kind. thank you and we hope to come back soon.
