We had an absolute best time in PCB! Our condo was just as described! We felt like we were at home while there. If we ever go back with the same amount of people, I would definitely try and stay here again!
Host was very clear with instructions prior to check-in, I did not have to reach put for any questions.
We most definitely would recommend staying here!

room was great stay was wonderful over all, and the communication w/ the manager was great. only downfall of this entire stay was the elevators in the building. but it was great other than that!

The stay was very peaceful. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and address any concerns. The room was pretty clean. All furnishings were nice and updated. The only issues we had were with any loud noises, for instance a motorcycle went by, and it set off the alarm inside the room. This happened a few times and woke us up around 4 or 5 AM. The hotel itself needs some updating, especially the elevators. We had issues out of them the entire time we were there, and the elevator actually quit with us on it 3 times. However, this is not the owners fault. I would stay here again! Beautiful condo and view!

We originally planned our stay around a softball tournament when my daughters team decided to cancel we used it as a opportunity to vacation. The condo was immaculate when we entered . It smelled amazing. The picture are a perfect representation. The view is beautiful. The owner obviously takes pride in their condo. If you are coming to Panama City with a small family I highly recommend.

Everything was great. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Great location! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant has great food. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome property with lots of amenities. Property is clean, comfortable and looks like it was recently upgraded. Kids loved the bunk beds. A door to the bunk beds and an adjacent bathroom is a plus for getting the little ones to bed/sleep.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was stunningly clean and spacious. We had 5 teenagers and 3 adults and we were comfortable the entire week. The condo had everything that the owner listed and her communication was fantastic. I will definitely be back to this condo.

The best part about this condo was the perfect location! Located within walking distance of Pier Park and ideal for the teenagers in our group who wanted to shop or go to the movies. The condo was as pictured and was furnished very nicely. An extra plus was that the owner was easy to work with. Paula answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

The condo and beach were both very nice. Patience is needed if visiting during Spring Break more so than other condos we have been to. The elevators were stuffed full, sometimes not working, and generally hot and stuffy. As long as you go in ready to deal with that, then you will have a great time!

Amazing View of Ocean
This property was the perfect size for our family trip. All three bedrooms have their own full bathrooms which is extremely convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. The beach is literally just steps away from the building. The family as a whole enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay again.

Great Week Away!
This condo was nice and comfortable. The location was great! Everything was clean and neat. If we had any issues or questions the owner responded immediately. I would recommend 1310 to anyone. The only downfall which is not the owners fault is that the elevators are slow. We had a great week making wonderful memories!

Condo was as advertised. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ocean views are spectacular Pools on either end allowed a choice between shade and sun. Parking was ample. The only complaint was the elevators. Wait times were long when people were checking in and out.

Condo was nice. Elevators were slow during peek check in time but that is expected. We were in 1310. Only complaint I have was the hard mattress. But it didn't bother my husband or others in our party.

Elevators were horrible most of our stay but got a little better the last couple days! Would be nice to skip the front desk and just have parking pass and armbands in room like most places and also the King bed could have used some deep pocket sheets so we didn’t have to fight them the whole week but other than that it was a great place to stay!!!

Wasn't very happy overall...
First let me say the owner was super nice. She answered all my questions I had so I wasn't having to worry about anything. ... I was very displeased with the parking situation. It clearly states that the EXTRA $37 that I paid parking spots was for 2-3 according to how many BR of the condo. We had 3 so that should have been 3 spots!!! NOPE!!! Had to pay extra to park somewhere else. Then, we were staying until Monday but our bands stopped working Sunday night and we couldn't get in to the building after midnght. No on was at the security desk to help me so thank goodness someone walked by and was able to open the door so we could go to our room. Also, the floor in the condo was nasty. We stay at Tidewater every year with the exception of lastyear when we stayed at calypso. More than likely we will be going there from now on.

Overall great!
Pros: Overall clean. Beds felt great, which is hard to find! Lots of things within short distances to the condo to do! We didn’t have issues with elevators, but I also know this week probably has less visitor’s with kids back in school. Some of the condo staff was friendly and some of them were not.
Cons: Need more trash bags and toilet paper, had to buy our own towards end of week. This isn’t really a complaint though.

Tidewater 1310
Property was lovely and just as described. Excellent location. BEAUTIFUL view. Very clean. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would be 5 star overall rating if not for elevator situation, which is in NO WAY the owner of condo's fault. It seems the resort only runs half of the elevators at any given time, even during peak rush hour times like check in and check out...there were signs stating some elevators were down for maintence. Which wouldn't be a problem, if we weren't on the 13th floor. Once we waited nearly 45 minutes for an elevator to get up to room, then gave up and had to walk up 13 flights of un-airconditioned stairs with kids and shopping bags in tow. That was not a fun experience. If the resort could remedy the elevator situation this would definitely be a top 3 vacation spot for us. Until then I advise you stay on floors 1-3 in case you have to walk, especially if you'll be getting groceries and will have to take them back to your room to eat for the week.

Nice Place
The unit it nice and comfortable. It is great that all bedrooms have their own full bath. Beware of the elevator situation. You can wait as long as 15 min for an elevator!
