TODO FRENTE AL MAR DIRECTO (diseño único con más frente al mar que la mayoría de los condominios) - Condominio de 2 baños con vistas impresionantes. Acabo de agregar nuevos muebles cómodos y luminosos al gran balcón. ¡Las mejores vistas de primera fila en la playa! El gran balcón de gran tamaño ofrece hermosas vistas despejadas del océano y la costa, así como vistas del muelle de Cherry Grove. Las actualizaciones en 2018 incluyen nueva pintura interior, pisos, TV 4K HD de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar, muebles nuevos, inodoros nuevos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muchas otras mejoras. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con acceso al balcón frente al mar, televisión, reproductor de DVD y baño contiguo. This was our second time staying at "What the View" the last week of the calendar year. Everything is as described in the listing and the views/balcony are delightful. We were even treated to a pod of dolphins swimming back and forth for about an hour one morning.
JoAnna is a fabulous host and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering traveling to the area.

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. The view is perfect - you have ocean views from the two bedrooms and the kitchen/living/dining area. We've stayed at many VRBO properties - and they usually lack one or two amenities/needs - but this owner has thought of "everything". Whether you want drip coffee or K-cups - anything you'd want on the beach - towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Top-notch property!

This is the second time that we have stayed at the condo. I never get tired of the views, they go on for miles. It was such an amazing trip to get away for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The weather was perfect. I can’t say enough about renting from Joanna. She is the absolute best. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about renting a condo just do it you won’t regret it. :)

We had a wonderful fall vacation, and we absolutely loved staying in this unit. It was our first time, but it definitely will not be the last. We have already booked our summer vacation. Joanna is an amazing host. We would give her more than five stars if we could. She provided timely responses to all our questions before, during, and after our trip and was readily available if we needed anything. The name of the condo, “What the View” lives up to its name. Beachfront location with a beautiful panoramic view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins! The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked and even has a beach bum closet with everything you need for a day at the beach. She even left special dog treats for my fur babies. It is a great location for anyone looking for a beachfront dream vacation!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. JoAnna was great to communicate with before and during our stay. The view is amazing, nice large balcony to enjoy. We even got to see Dolphins swim past while we were out on the balcony.

The condo was very well stocked with everything you would need. Checkin was easy with keyless entry. We were so excited we could bring our small dog on vacation with us. This condo has the best balcony you could ever find. There is an ocean view in both bedrooms and in the living room. The gliders on the balcony were so very nice and now my husband wants to buy one for our porch! We spent most of our vacation in the gliders! We also enjoyed the privacy of the balcony.

From the moment we entered the 7 th floor condo unit we were overwhelmed by the most beautiful ocean views from the two bedrooms and the family room! The balcony has an amazing view with two rocking chairs and a table and chairs. You’!! Love the decor and all the accessories. The closets are filled with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach games, inside games, puzzles, and more. You ll get a great good night sleep on the comfortable king size bed listening to the ocean waves. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy some meals. You ll find a lot of closet space and storage for all your odds and ends. We were really impressed with how quiet the unit is. You will surely love everything about this place. Its truly a “dream beachfront unit”.

Perfectly Named and Exceeded our Expectations in Every Way! JoAnna was a great host and has thought of all those tiny little things that made our stay very comfortable. From small kitchen/ bathroom needs to dog treats for our Luna. Loved the huge balcony and ocean front bedrooms! The colorful decor was bright and beautiful! A very clean, and well maintained condo and building. Thank you so much for sharing this memory with us!!

My family stayed at the "What the View" property for New Years and couldn't have been happier with it. The unit was clean, spacious and well- equipped with anything that one may need while traveling. JoAnna was great to work with and very responsive to any question we had. She even allowed an early check-in which was incredibly helpful with younger children and a dog. The beach is steps from your door and the balcony views are great! We will look to stay here again if possible.

Fabulous restaurants and loved cooking local shrimp to enjoy with our wine after Long Beach walks! We even saw dolphin from the balcony on this trip!!! We can’t wait to return!!!

Enjoyed the balcony with it's beautiful views. Condo was very clean and was well stocked with things we needed for our stay. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfy and loved the walk-in shower. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection: views, location, dog friendly! Love the 2 private bed/baths, each with a view. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. But the beach bum closet was extraordinary! It had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The elevator is right outside the door and the beach is just a few more steps away. I felt very welcome with my small dogs in the complex. It was very special having them with me on the beach. Can’t wait to come back and stay here next fall.

This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The layout of the condo was roomy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice walk-in shower. Nice decor. Very much enjoyed the glider chairs on the balcony which was quite large. Great view of the ocean. Will definitely book again if available when we are!

This was our second visit to the condo, "What the View". We couldn't be happier with our stay. The property is always clean and Joanna is the best! The condo is furnished comfortably and is convenient to everything. Having access to beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas is an added bonus. All you need is your personal clothing and toiletries. We can't wait to go back!.

Great property, homeowner provides SO much. Goodie bag for my dogs is much appreciated. This was our 3rd time staying here & next year is booked. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian came to visit but everything got back to normal as soon as possible.
