We really enjoyed our stay in b103. North Coast village is a nice community two blocks from the ocean. We now know that the condos are very variable. This one was well appointed, a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, quiet side if the building. We found out the hard way in our next rental that the other side of the B building is right on the train track and very noisy. The fitness facility is very convenient and has everything necessary. The machines are a little bit out of date but otherwise acceptable. The ground are very nice and it feels safe and convenient to restaurants. The management company was very responsive with the few little tweaks we needed. Our only issue was there only two bath towels and they're a bit skimpy. Bring slippers. The tile floor is cold. Overall it was really wonderful and a great value.

The location was wonderful- a block from the beach and close to casual dining and elegant restaurants. The one bedroom had plenty of space and was very livable. We would have preferred a grill closer but the grilling area was very nice. Also, another set of sheets for the main bedroom would have been appreciated. Just a couple of maintenance issues-there was a tear in the sliding screen door and the filtered water faucet was loose from its mounting.We will definitely stay here again-it's a beautiful, secure property, and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. We enjoyed Joe's Crab Shack and Nan and Pop's ice cream shop. We had several lunches/dinners at the Oceanside Broiler-an easy walk to and from. We had a lovely time at the rooftop bar in the Mission Pacific- also an easy walk. The walk along the beach and pier every morning was great-very safe and clean.

Our unit was very clean and nice. It’s The condo complex is really close to the beach and lovely, with koi ponds, tons of flowers, a pool and hot tub. Definitely very family oriented, so if you don’t want to hear kid noise, this is not your place. We will absolutely be back.

The rental unit was as described, very clean and functional for the two of us. The location was great because it was a 2 minute walk to the beach where we simply relaxed, read and just listened to the waves and wind. A most pleasant stay overall. Reservations, payment, incoming details, and checkout were hassle free.

The unit was ok for our purposes. We were in Oceanside to see new born grand baby and knew we would only be in the unit to hang our hats and sleep so the unit met those needs. While the unit was clean and well stocked with necessities it is not a place we would rent again if we were to use it for a true vacation and to spend more time in. Ocean view was limited. The layout of the unit , especially, the space where bathroom sink was, was cramped and difficult to utilize if someone wanted to walk past. If someone wanted use sink while another was sleeping it would be disruptive to the one sleeping. Sofa was not comfortable and needed to be replaced in my opinion. Heard people on floor above walking around which was annoying and disruptive to sleep. Verticals window blinds, especially in bedroom, need to be replaced. The vertical window blind in bedroom had missing vein on end which meant we needed to place a pillow to assure privacy. Unit was just OK!

We truly enjoyed our week in this spacious condo. It was close to the ocean and marina with easy access to numerous golf courses in the area. The condo was well stocked if eating in. The complex was quiet and I enjoyed seeing the waves roll in every day.

My husband and I are from Michigan and wanted to get away for part of the long, cold winter. We decided on Oceanside and went online to look at rental properties. Make My Vacation had several condo's for rent and we chose one with a great view of the ocean. MMV went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed and even checked on us to see if we were missing anything. The condo was clean and comfortable and we moved our stuff in for our long stay. We found so many great things to do and are so happy that we made the decision to choose Oceanside for our vacation. We highly recommend Make My Vacation and have already booked our stay for next winter!

We are so pleased we found NCV. It’s location is perfect and our unit was clean and perfect for the 2 of us. We would choose this property and this unit again.

The balcony view on this property was beautiful. The property was well-stocked and felt more updated than many other properties we’ve stayed at. The location is very close to the assigned parking and made loading and unloading easy and fast. We did have ants throughout the condo, so we kept our food bagged. We were also a little upset that the game room materials were not all there (missing pool balls) although this is a property issue for the entire place, not this particular unit. We would highly recommend this unit and intend to book it again.

Perfect location! The condo is well stocked - I always love it when the household goods are quality (like I want to buy the cookware for my own home). Comfortable bed, nicely decorated, great proximity to pool and beach. Everything we needed was there! We can’t wait to come again.

It is very nice property to stay. We are family of four. When we arrived, there were some problems such as not enough bedding sheets, only 2, cracked tea cups and very badly scratched cookware.
