Issues with check-in, partly my fault and the owners. I gave a precise time, expecting someone to meet us as to when I would be at apartment. My cell phone plan did not have data and finding wifi in area was impossible. My fault and property manager. Area is north part of old town, staying closer to port would be preferencial.

This apartment is absolutely stunning! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice common area, and in a very safe courtyard separated from the street. For Naples, this place is immaculate.

The property was absolutely beautiful and accessible! The owners were also very kind! The vrbo was a bit tough to find at first but the owners were very helpful in giving us more clear directions. It would have also been nice for the radio taxi number to be written down with the information either on the listing or within the apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and Italia was very accommodating. It was a great location for the activities we were doing. Though the number of restaurants in the area was limited, the apartment itself was great.

Die sehr hochwertig renovierte Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage eines alten Hauses ( mit Aufzug) direkt am botanischen Garten. Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, hat modernste Technik, 2 schöne Badezimmer, ganz ruhig durch die Lage zum Garten, schöne Aussicht. Im Bad gab es schöne Kosmetik-Produkte, Handtücher und Hausschuhe. Es wurde uns auch reichlich Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kontakte zu Italia waren sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung uneingeschränkt und wärmstens empfehlen!

For three people (one couple, one single) perfectly laid out, furnished, outfitted, very helpful hostess. Neighborhood slightly funky but ultimately great. View of Mt Vesuvius! Dodgy coffee maker and interesting elevator security -- next door to best resto in town!

We were happily surprised with how well appointed and nice the apartment is. Italia met us there and was incredibly helpful showing us around the apartment and sharing places to eat and shop. It is in a historic building that is well maintained.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement italien dans lequel Valentina nous a très gentiment accueillis. Tout est bien agencé, propre, bien équipé pour y préparer un dîner… et la vue sur la ville est spectaculaire !

Appartamento silenzioso, ben rifinito, nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort. La presenza di aria condizionata (e televisori) in tutti i locali è stata fondamentale nelle ore più calde della giornata. Bagni grandi con doccie molto spaziose. La sig.ra Italia, che ringrazio vivamente, è sempre stata gentile e disponibile per eventuali richieste o chiarimenti. Esperienza estremamente positiva.

The apt was great! AC, heat, cleanliness, tons of coffee, special Christmas treats, etc. - all of the little things that made the wonderful apt just that much better! The view of Vesuvius was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the central location and ability to walk everywhere. We highly recommend this apt!!!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and quiet. Italia was helpful when we had questions. There is a parking garage a few blocks down the street, for a daily fee. It is easy to get in and out of Naples by car from the apartment. Walking distance to the historic center. Great place to stay! L’appartamento e bellissimo, pulito, e silenzioso. Italia era gentile quando avevamo le domande. C’è un parcheggio vicino, a pagamento per ogni giorno. È facile a entrare e a partire da Napoli in macchina dell’appartamento. Vicino andare in piedi al centro storico. Un buon luogho a stare!

After a day out in the hustle and bustle of the city, the apartment was a very welcome oasis of calm and tranquility. Although on a busy road, the apartment is at the back of building so is very quiet and offers a superb view of Vesuvius in the distance. Great location, close to public transport (metro and railway from the Cavour station) also easy walks to the Naples Museum of Archaeology, Botanical Gardens and historical centre of the city. Local shops, cafes and restaurants in abundance although the prices in the Carrefour Express supermarket up the road were a tad steep compared to others we have used (Conad and Sole365). The property manager was very helpful and accommodating and a lot of thought has obviously gone into the refurbishment of the apartment and the quality of facilities provided (the slippers and little gift were an excellent touch). Overall a very well appointed apartment with pretty much everything provided for a few days in Naples. Would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to book again when staying in Napoli. Grazie Mille, Ciao

tres bien equipé

This was a great find! Valentina met us at the apartment. She was very sweet and helped us settle in. The apartment is everything the description said. It does feel like you are at a hotel and we loved the special touches of the host (sweets, water, ribboned towels with slippers and a small token gift). Would absolutely stay here again. Restaurants close by and the train and buses were within walking distance.

De Woning is ruim, schoon, en ligt op een goede locatie. Er is een Bushalte aan de overkant, en op een minuut of 10 à 15 lopen ligt het metrostation. Het is in de buurt van grote bezienswaardigheden. De gastvrouw, Italia, is erg aardig, open en makkelijk bereikbaar. Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad!

Wir waren im Mai 2019 für 5 Tage in Neapel und Umgebung und waren sowohl mit dem App. als auch der Organisation sehr zufrieden. Das App. ist neu bzw. modernisiert, hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine Vermieterin, die mitdenkt und sich auch kurzfristig bei Fragen meldet. In der Nähe sind viele Cafés und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die historische Altstadt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem - sehr zu empfehlen.

The flat is better in real than the pictures. You feel like being in a 5 stars hotel!! Safe, well decorated, well located, comfy. We have been nicely guided and assisted all along our arrival and departure. Really kind landlord! The best i’ve Rented so far on Abritel . Many thanks
