GREAT LOCATION!! We brought our 75 year old aunt for a weekend of fun! The location is perfect, close walk to everything! Michael is very easy to communicate with! My only 2 negatives is.. UPDATE your pictures, they don’t do this place justice! And more hand towels! Thanks again for everything Michael, I look forward to coming back and recommending this place to people! Came to town for Saints / Lsu game for guys weekend. Host Michael was great and very easy to communicate with. Location was perfect and residence was clean and had all the amenities needed. I would definitely booked this location again

We came to town to celebrate 2 birthdays. Michael was such a gracious host. He personally met us with the keys, gave great suggestions for dining & was just a phone call away if we had any issues. The apartment is very spacious with great views of the French Quarter. Everything is a walk away! I will definitely return.

I recommend if you drive and have a lot of things to unload to bring one of those folding wagons maybe. Great location, very comfortable and Michael was awesome!

8 guys came for a bachelor party and had the best time. Perfect location right off Bourbon Street. Michael was just a text away and I'll definitely stay at his place again on our next trip. Unit was clean and spacious, rooftop pool was a nice touch. Watched several 2nd line parades right from our balconies. The unit is in a residential building, and we were respectful of that. Also, you pay to park in the garage, but its the safest place to leave your car in the city!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The location is PERFECT and located right off of Bourbon street. The ceilings are high and gorgeous! There are two balconies that overlook Bienville and you can see all of the Bourbon street action! The bathrooms are perfect for a group of people! The master bedroom is HUGE

Host was responsive and accommodating of our needs on arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place close to everything

The unit had everything we were looking for. It’s a good size, within a block of bourbon st, and was very clean.

Great location in the middle of the French Quarter. We comfortably slept 6 for a bachelor party. Michael was responsive and helpful.

Property is in a great location, practically on Bourbon. Felt safe around the area and getting to and from the condo. Will definitely try and stay here again next time I'm in NOLA.

Great location - this is in the heart of the French Quarter, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, Jackson Square, etc. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great spot to stay. The location and the property is awesome. Enjoyed the pool and walking to all the restaurants nearby.

A group of friends traveled to NOLA for NYE. The stay was great for our group with plenty of space. Michael was a fantastic host and very responsive to our messages. Great location - close to everything. Highly recommend this stay.

Our stay was great

BE SURE TO CONTACT HOST THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL! We arrived Nov 8 at 7:00pm and could not get in. Texted Michael "On our way from airport". Initial response "Who's Texting?" Next, it was "Checking in today?". We managed to get into the lobby by following a resident in. It was over an hour before Michael arrived to tell us he did not know we were coming the 8th and the room would not be cleaned before 9:00 the next morning. At this point i have no complaints about how he treated us. He put us up in 3 rooms at the nearby Hyatt and the next morning we moved luggage into our room while the staff were cleaning. I rated Cleanliness 4 stars because the room was not ready and we lost a night. About the accommodations: Spacious and clean. Living room had a very comfortable couch. The master bedroom had a King-size bed. Problems - no toaster (Michael bought a new one). No dishwasher pods (again, addressed quickly). No spatula, shortage of forks and knives. There should be tissues, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner like in any hotel room (these I suggested to Michael). Master bedroom ceiling light was out, 3 bed bedroom - table lamp no where near an outlet. TV did not work, but this wasn't a deal breaker - but it was fixed while we were out and the door was not locked after they left. After initial problems with contacting Michael, he was very accommodating and quick to respond to us. I would stay here again, knowing I had to be more proactive.

This place is a gem! I booked it for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. We had a few friends crash with us as well and it was the perfect spot for hanging out, enjoying the city, and being close to all the action. Michael was a fantastic host and so easy to work with.

Me and my family was celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. This location was perfect! Literally right off of Bourbon Street. The condo was plenty of space for a large group of people. The host was so amazing. He was so helpful and extremely nice. The only thing I would say I didn’t care for was the stiffness of the beds. I don’t really care for that type of bed. But that is the only complaint. I definitely think this place is worth the cost. I will definitely stay here again.

Micheal’s place was right in the action! We watched 4 or 5 seconds lines March down Beinville. You can see Bourbon street from the balcony. Mr. Micheal was very responsive. I had a difficult time finding the correct parking garage but he guided me to the correct one and walked me to the room because otherwise I would have never found it! Overall I would stay here again. Beware that the light comes through the bedroom window and if you like to sleep in a dark room like I do it will wake you up. We fixed this by hanging a sheet.

We had such an amazing time, plenty of space for the 6 of us, great location close to everything!

Michael's property was ideal -- clean, spacious, centrally located, with a gracious and communicating host. It's close to everything, just a half-block from Bourbon Street. The back bedrooms were very quiet, while the main bedroom gets some street noise as expected (easily solved with earplugs). All around a great French Quarter property!

Would absolutely recommend again.

We had such an amazing experience. The condo was beautiful and had tons of space. The owner was kind and responsive. Great location and assess ability to everything in French Quarter.

Overall great experience! Michael was very accommodating and helped make it a great experience for all of us visiting. Very close to Bourbon street and a number of great restaurants.

Location: 10/10 Simplicity: 10/10 We did have to buy toilet paper but other than that everything was perfect.
