Este condominio bellamente decorado, cuenta con impresionantes vistas de las aguas del golfo azul 'AQUA' desde el balcón privado. El condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas y está bien situado para ir de compras, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas como Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip parque de atracciones y paseos en helicóptero Panhandle. Tantas cosas que hacer dentro de un corto paseo de distancia.
El dormitorio principal frente al golfo tiene piso a techo que conduce al balcón, para disfrutar de café de la mañana o un cóctel por la noche mientras ve espectaculares puestas de sol! Maestro también tiene un gran vestidor y amplio baño principal que incluye ducha, bañera de jardín y dos lavabos.
Hay un sofá cama doble y habitación con literas extra que va a dormir 2 más.
Sala de baño tiene ducha, inodoro y lavabo individual.
Cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito con electrodomésticos Kitchen Aid y está bien equipada con todo (platos, vasos, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina) que se necesitan para una estancia confortable.
Comedor con capacidad para 4 con 3 asientos adicionales en el bar de desayuno.

1st off Kelly was the absolute best host I have ever had!
I asked her a lot of stuff, as we were not familiar with the area & she was always very fast to respond & always had an answer for me. The condo was spotless & smelled so clean! The view was BREATH TAKING! The colors & decors just makes you feel like all your stress is just melting away as soon as you walk in. Great balcony furniture! The tile showers are just beautiful, everything is updated & new! The bed is so comfortable as well. The bath towels were the SOFTEST I have ever used! The multi pools & hot tub were clean & beautiful just as described. The beach (white gorgeous sand) is so clean & swimmable. Lots of places to go, lots of different restaurants to choose from. We walked to everything. There is lots of shopping.
Walmart is close enough to walk or you can Uber for your groceries you may want/need for your stay. Everyone there (they lived there) were some of the nicest people we have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly’s condo at the Aqua. We will be returning! Thank you Kelly!

This was the perfect location with wonderful amenities! We arrived to a spotless home decorated beautifully. We loved the view from the balcony, the comfortable bed, and the huge bath tub. It was so nice to have access to the pools, beach chairs, and the hot tub! It’s also in walking distance to so many delicious restaurants & nice shops. Kelly was great at communicating & flexible, which made our stay fantastic! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay at the Aqua was the best ever!!! Kelly was prompt when replying to questions and let me as soon as the condo was cleaned and ready for us…2 hours early!!🙌

This place is so pretty and clean. It’s in the perfect location on the 12th floor. It’s up to date and everything is so beautiful. The master bedroom bed is SO comfy!!!

The condo is even nicer than in the pictures. It is a wonderful location, updates are great, beds comfortable and plenty of room. Even the view of the beach and pier, including sunsets is perfect. Only recommendation is to bring beach towels with you as none are supplied. But the beach chairs being included is a huge plus! Thank you for a great trip.

We've been coming to PCB the last 5-6 years and we have a new place to stay. Not only was our room clean, it was updated and perfect for our family. We had two other couples down staying at Aqua and our room was the most updated. Kelly answered all my questions and made sure to let us know that we could check in early. She also checked on us and made sure we didn't. Red anything. The location of aqua made most of the things we did walking distance and the kids loved it. Don't miss out on this property - it's wonderful and Kelly is amazing!

My husband and our two young children, ages 6 and 3 rented this condo the week of July 4th. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The primary bedroom had a king bed that was probably the most comfortable bed I've been in on a vacation. Our boys fit well in the small bunk room, and we had plenty of room throughout the entire condo. The view from the spacious balcony was wonderful, and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and made booking very easy. We will definitely try to book this condo again when we're visiting PCB.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. The remodel upgrades were great. Looks like a brand new unit. The property manager is extremely responsive.

Kelly was absolutely amazing! Fantastic views and Aqua is just stunning. Perfect spot for family and if you want to be close to everything, but not too close! We have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend!

The property is just ok. The living room furniture needs updated and is not spacious for a family. The rugs are stained and feel dirty. The fridge needs replaced. The drawers in the fridge are cracked and ready to fall apart with one wrong placement of a jar of mayonnaise..... Honestly, I'm tired of paying the "Aqua price" for such small condos that all need to be updated. After staying there the last several years I'm ready to pay less for a larger condo that needs to be updated...... I'm not seeing the benefit for the higher price here.

Kelly was very responsive to questions and in providing info needed for the condo. Upon entering, the kids were met with their bunks for the trip (very excited and they said very comfortable). A little further in you are hit with the beautiful view from the living room making it hard to really notice the fully stocked kitchen area with appliances, dishes, cups, etc. Master bedroom with STUNNING view, blacony accessible through sliding doors, large attached closet and bathroom with rain shower and separate soaking tub, two sinks and plenty of counter space! Slept like a baby , needed after all day at the water. Lots of things nearby for kids which is how we spent our time away from the beautiful white sand, clear water and fun swimming pools.

Everything was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Big closet. Iron provided as well as hair dryer.
Plenty of dishes and appliances in kitchen for our use.
Washer and dryer worked well
Bunk beds and 2nd bath were very accommodating for our 2 children.
Balcony view (and master bedroom view) stunning.
Host was very pleasant to work with.

Left out the awesome sunsets
100% as advertised with the addition of amazing postcard like sunsets. Very responsive host. Full size washer and dryer too. Less than 2,000 steps to Target, Walmart, & Pier Park.
