We went here for my 60th birthday. Everything was as described. The condo was clean, good ocean view. Great club/ restaurant across the street. Everybody was nice, Todd was very thorough and accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Very close to St Augustine, beautiful city! Unfortunately we had two days of bad weather out of our 4 days there, other than that, a great experience! Will return to this condo on our next visit. Thank you!

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Small, but adequate rooms, however we were there for the beach and only really in the rooms to sleep and settle down for the day so it for our needs just perfect. The view of the beach was great and peaceful. Beach was flat and firm, easily accessible from a ramp and also had showers to rinse off when you came back. However I wish there was access to the ramp from the first floor balcony to avoid carrying sandy things through the room when you get back, but a broom was provided so very easy clean up. Heated pool was good for the kids on an over cast day. Quiet part of town but quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly. Made quite a few four legged new friends. Would stay here again!! :)

Was a very pleasant, restful experience. Perfect place for a fur baby. Easy access to dog walk, pool and parking lot - short walk, on private access, to beach which was very clean and dog friendly. Todd was very friendly and accessable.

The property is perfect for a couple! Dog friendly! Great space and location! Crescent Beach is a beautiful quiet place away from the bustling beaches. Close to St. Augustine if you want to visit! Wonderful food places near us - Kookurra for coffee, Safe Harbor Seafood for great fresh seafood and big portions, and Viola's for great pizza! We will definitely be back!

First day we had problems with the lock had to call the owner he came was very polite and he explained how to used it. The sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable my grandson couldn't sleep on it sofa was not clean. Other than that we had a nice time everything else was fine.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay on 4th of July weekend. Todd was very responsive to our needs and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was very pleasant. It was on the beach and had a nice pool. It it was very quiet. The bed was super comfy. Convenient to shops and sightseeing but not in the thick of it.

We stayed ten days and loved being on the beach, having a pool, and a kitchen when needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having beach chairs. There were two TVs with Xfinity cable, Netflix,HBO. The hotel wifi was not as good as the Xfinity hotspot. Todd was very responsive. Although this was a first floor condo, you have to go up a long ramp to get to it. There are luggage carts to unload. We were about 20 minutes from downtown St Augustine but also found places nearby. It was a good location.

The pictures on the website doesn't do any justice. The property on the inside was just amazing and the location is a dream. It was little cold for us to enjoy the pool but just looking at the beach did us just fine.

We always worry about traveling with our babies because they can now open doors, but these doors had a deadbolt on the front door and a way to keep the porch door closed too. The only unsafe issue for toddlers was the stove knobs. My 3 year old kept turning on the oven and stove because the knobs are on the front, so we had to unplug it for our stay, but otherwise very family friendly and we loved being right on the ocean. Coin operated washer and dryer available that we used because we were on day 8-10 of a 12 day road trip. There is no way to pay for the laundry facilities electronically, but the front desk made change for us. Overall great stay, and we would come back!

1st floor condo had a great view of the beach!!! Unit was squeaky clean, had a full functioning kitchen, nice bathroom. Pool was heated and very nice. Only "complaint". Matress was high and was hard for me to climb into.
