You can't beat this location on 4 oclock road, close to down town and quick walk to the lift on 4 oclock and the bus stops to get to all the bases.
We had some challenges with the condo, we were coming in behind a previous renter and the showers were not clean. Additionally the primary bath always smelled of sewage, had to keep the fan on and door closed. There is no heat in either bathroom as it is an older unit and they have put cabinets around the heater. Additionally, the base board heater does not work in the living room because there is furniture over it so they want you to use the gas fireplace. While we were there we had to call them out a couple times because the pilot light would shutoff and not relight. Evidently it was a battery, but even after that it was only good 50% of the time. We just cranked up the baseboards in the kitchen and it did an ok job of keeping it warm along with the space heaters they dropped off.
Assuming it is clean and everything works as it should we would consider renting the unit again as we come out there a couple times a year.

4 women had a bal on a ski weekend! Walked it took bud to slopes, super easy. Skies down 4 o clock run for 50 yd walk to condo at end of day. Walk to town for dinner/drinks/shopping also easy.. summit rental responded promptly to request for humidifier, so assume they would for everything. Very spacious for 4 of us. Fireplace was lovely. The third floor walk up left us a little winded day 1 and after skiing, but that’s altitude…just something to be aware of too. Living room couch/sleeper sofas was a little beat by not enough to not rent again . We would all highly recommend staying here!

The property was beautiful and very clean. Lots of extras that made it homey and accommodating. The staff communicated exceedingly well and were very understanding about a problem that arose (that was not their fault at all!) at the end of our stay. Highly recommend.

Great place to access skiing and roaming around town. Has the feel of a frequently trafficked VRBO. Checks the boxes but nothing extraordinary in regards to small details at other rentals.

This property is in a really awesome location for walking down town! The pool is a nice perk and was fun to take the kids to. Condo is as listed with space for everyone but also very cozy!

The condo had everything we needed! Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Had one sma issue but the maintenance team was there in 20 minutes to take care of it. Would definitely reccomend and would definitely stay again!

Communication with the property management team was outstanding and they attended to the issues that we experienced during our stay. The property itself needs some attention and the cleaning staff needs to step up their game.

This place was perfect for our family. Lots of space. It is definitely close to everything. We walked everywhere which was nice to park the car and not have to worry about it. Do recommend bringing a stroller for the littles. I’m so glad we did. Communication with property manager was great. Just be prepared to lug luggage up flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Once we were settled we liked the location just with tiny kids it was hard to do this part. We would stay again.

The spotlessly clean condo has everything you need to enjoy your Breckenridge vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware etc that enabled us to feed our family for the week easily. The condo is walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants. Snowflake lift is a 5 min walk from condo (Blue Sky Charter Sports stored our skis/boots nightly so the walk was not an issue and we highly recommend). Overall great experience on our 6 night stay in Breckenridge.

This conveniently located condo was a cozy base for our couples weekend in beautiful Breckenridge. The property managers were very responsive and polite. The only criticism would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Also the lighting in primary bath was so dim and dark it was hard to see. Other than those things, it was a very nice condo.

It was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The location could not have been better! We did not use our car once during our weekend stay. The management team was very attentive which I appreciated! Some reviews say the unit is outdated and dark. It is a bit dark and the decor one could argue it could use a spruce up. However, did not bother our group one bit, the unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay!

The condo was very convenient to downtown shops/restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Appeared to be clean but it is very, very dark inside. Could use some updating. Kitchen was ok for our stay, needs new plates (many were cracked) and pans.

We really enjoyed where the condo was located. It had a nice layout, well decorated and fantastic kitchen, well stocked with cookware and quality appliances. Beds were comfortable and all the little things like soaps, shampoo, paper towels were provided, the showers with the rain heads were amazing. There are some areas for improvement, is time for new dishes as most were chipped and cracked, only 4 barstools and 2 were very wobbly, time for fresh paint. A wish would be a table on the deck for family meals. Would book again.

Birthday celebration
The property was more torn up than I anticipated. It was listed as "newly renovated." Some parts were but a couple of chairs were broken, all the wood furniture was very scratched up. A closet door was broken. Not the "luxury" property listed.
The code to enter was not complete (had to click the check mark button after the numbers) and the network sign on was misleading. The network listed was not correct.
It was a fun weekend but the accommodations were disappointing.

This unit was in walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. However this property was described as a "premium" unit and it was not. Walls needs painting, carpet stained, barstools unsafe, found dirty dishes in cabinets, porch furniture needs replaced, only 2 burners on grill worked, unit was very dark even with all lights on. Bathrooms smelled mildewed and mildew on ceiling in guest bathroom.

Great location. Convenient for walking into town. But this condo is very loud because it overlooks a busy street. Loud busses, motorcycles and trucks go up and down all day and night. Not peaceful on the balcony when they go by. Also the furniture and decor is pretty dated and seems tired. Not too surprising because its a rental but it just seems like condo and rest of building need a makeover.
