The unit was in the perfect place for my friends and I. Tucked away and we loved that piece. However, the place was very outdated. The kitchen needs a new dishwasher, it was very rusty and the furniture looked run down and there were patches where work was clearly done. Also, part of the floor was beginning to come up around the kitchen living room area. Again, it was good location wise but the photos are a little misleading to work that was needed.

Overall our stay was so-so. The accomodations were not perfect - the master shower didn't work, and the place could have been a little bit cleaner. But, the worst part of the whole trip was a local who apparently lives in the building full-time.
One afternoon while enjoying the pool, a local woman, whom I assume owns a local food service establishment (taken from the conversation she was having on her cell phone with one of her employees about a customer) was pacing about the pool area frantically and hastily rearranging the pool furniture to her liking. Tossing chairs and tables about as to isolate her seat from anyone else there. The entire time, she is continually dropping the "F" word, or the "S" word, LOUDLY to whoever she's talking to on the phone. Another guest (before we got to the pool) had left a pool noodle and when my 11-year-old son blew water through the tube she did not hesitate to berate him, loudly and in front of everyone present, "Young man, don't do that again! That's"F'n' disgusting!"
I'd had enough. I asked my children to get out of the pool so we could leave. I then addressed the woman, saying, "Ma'am, I'd appreciate it very much if you could watch your language in front of my children."
It was at this point that she turned her wrath towards me. "You know, it's people like you that are the reason I am this way!" (Assuming she means vacationing tourists.) She continues, "...we have to deal with @ holes like you every day."

The property is in a very good location. The actual unit is dated and pretty worn out. Broken cabinets, door handles, faucets, burned out lights bulbs, etc. Additionally, a thorough cleaning is badly needed.

Close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Pool onsite was great with teens tired of beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoyed balcony. Cooked 3 nights and had all tools I needed. Overall great place to stay.

We had planned on my parents staying with us to visit their first great grandchild. She was born 2 days before they were to arrive. Unfortunately my dad had a fall and broke some ribs and his scapula and so they were unable to come. My husband and my self enjoyed the location and proximity to S. Forest Beach and Coligney. We have been looking for a rental property to purchase. Till we do that we will be renting in that area. Thank You for such a wonderful experience!

Had a few things to get straightened out. TV was terrible all week. Had to keep disconnecting the one in the living room and waiting a minute and connecting back up. Need to find out why that is happening. It is very hard to turn on and off water in the tub in the master area. Found a leak under sink in bathroom that is shared by two bedrooms. Don`t think they know and I plan to let them know. It has rotted through the cabinet floor and is now onto the tile floor but we never saw water on the bathroom floor guess it is just under the sink area. BAD NEED OF A FAN IN BEDROOM AT END OF VILLA. Back bedrooms do not cool good at all. Living area and master area cools good.

Apartment needs updating. Walking distance to the beach. There are restaurants and small events nearby. But if you’re coming for the beach you should be satisfied

5 minute walk to a wonderful beach. Quiet environment. Convenient and comfortable. Only issue was that we could not get the TV in the living room to work.

The condo is in a great location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There’s a nice pool and the complex was quiet. The unit itself needs a major deep cleaning and updating. We brought sheets to cover the couches based on other reviews and we were glad we did. The carpet in the bedrooms were very stained, shower curtain was filthy and the 3rd bedroom does not get cool (but there are two fans in it) Ice maker and dryer both didn’t work all week. They did fix a screen door and the bathtub on day 3 of our stay.

While the location of the condo is great, that is the only positive comment I can make. The cleanliness is awful. A pair of underwear was found in the back bedroom upon our arrival. The carpets, couches, floors, etc had not been cleaned for quite sometime. The facing off the bottom of the tub in the master bathroom kept falling off, it had been actually taped back together. The knob on the dryer was broken and we had to use plyers to make it work. I could go on and on. I have read several reviews about the lack of cleanliness but apparently nothing has been done to fix the issue.

The apartment was dirty, the couches and the carpet were full of stains, and dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen also . Casseroles had food residue. Totally disappointed. Especially considering the Covid times I did not feel confortable. No bed sheets for the pull out couch and the ice maker wasn’t working! Under the sink were the hair dryer was it was a plunger was right on top of it!!!! The overall experience and quality was bad

A Mess!
The apartment was close to the beach was the only good thing about the stay. The apartment definitely needs upgrades. The vents were filthy and the pull out couch was really dirty. The wall in one of the rooms were falling apart and covered with a sheet. There weren’t enough towels for our guess. After we left I contacted them to see if I can get my pillow that I left. I havent gotten a response yet. Thank god there was a washer and dryer. We were able to rewash all the linens because they had a smell to it. I expected more cleanliness since COVID is around.

Great stay.
All the amenities we needed. If we didn’t have some thing they were sure to accommodate us. Just a short walk to the beach. Nice view from the deck, of the pond and trees. Nice, quiet condo.

Great location and it is a good apartment in general. But it was missing maintenance and care for details in the cleanliness, painting and in the closet and drawers. I didn't find an extra TP when mine was over...

Overall things were fine, but the air in one room was poorly ventilated. And in that same room the paint is peeling. The unit is nice but needs a little sprucing up.

Property needs work. Third bedroom did not cool. Over 80. Lamps in bedroom and family room broken or missing parts noticeable water damage in third bedroom with paint peeling off wall
