Basically a good stay regarding location,parking and house overall, however needs more silverware, better internet service with local streaming access.

The house is nice and perfect for a big family. Just a short walk to beach. We had trouble with the hot tube but they came right out and fixed it. The living room furniture needs updating but overall great family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and had plenty of room for our family trip. The house was very clean. The only thing that was inconvenient for us was that the house did not have any dish towels or dish rags and having to take the trash a few units down instead of being able to just use the roll out trash bins below the house was a little frustrating. Mainly because we had a large group of little kids. We wiped and cleaned a lot and we had a lot of trash. If I had known that there was no kitchen towels or rags I would have brought some and I may have missed something stating that. So not the end of the world and we will definitely stay here again.

Property was decent for what was advertised. Seemed like living areas and floors were dirty/sandy. Some general maintenance could be improved. ie deck steps loose. A/C stands boards loose. Drainage near back patio, hot tub was not clean. Property did fit guests well with plenty of room. Amenities suited needs.

The pictures are inviting. Very welcoming but the property itself is not so much. The property wasn't the cleanest. Some tv's didn't work, the grill didn't work. The curtain rods on the wall fell off in two rooms. Although we know people are visiting before and after us, I just think the cleaning of any property should be the one of the #1 priorities. There are check in and check out instructions, and we all try to respect and honor them however; if things are not as "they" say they should be, you / we are penalized. I wish we as people could some how get back to personable service. Face to face conversations / customer service. I want you to review the process with me and let me ask the necessary questions.. Frequent texting as a way of primary communication is not always the best.
We'll definitely consider a completely different beach location next year.

Location-1/2 block from the beach. Well equipped, clean unit with fully stocked kitchen and 2 refrigerators- everything you need for a large family. Large capacity washer and dryer. Best vacation rental we have ever had! Would definitely return.

We visited in May and the water was still very cool. Due to the pool being so chilly we were excited for the hot tub..... We never got to use it. We had to call for the maintenance to come out due to it not being clean. They were quick to respond the next day, however the hot tub was never hot enough to get in. We couldn't get the water about 78 degrees. That was after having it on and the top on it so it'd heat up faster. . . That is the only negative we have. The beds were PERFECT. The home was clean and very beautiful. We will be back, but definitely gonna wait for warmer days so we can really use the pool.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size and great location. The only negative thing I would say is that it has very little essentials compared to other places we've stayed. For example we had to go out and buy toilet paper and garbage bags and there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes so we had to wash multiple times. Overall it was a great experience!! We would definitely stay again!!

Eleven of my golf buddies and I had a GREAT stay, the weather did not allow us to get in amy golf, but the Condo was great for just hanging out with the guys and watching the SUPER BOWL, this place is truly a GEM. Had such a great time at the condo, will try to booked this place for my family this summer.

We had 8 guys stay at the condo for a 4-day golf trip to the Myrtle Beach area. The place was perfect for us - plenty of room, accommodations were great, the pool table was fun, plenty of TV's for watching sports.

RAY/STATEN FAMILIES 2022 VACATION
Cherry Grove Beach, Bermuda Breeze – D, was the most wonderful place for the Staten/Ray families to spend our 2022 vacation. The community was quiet, comfortable, and enlightening. There were four children ages seven to twelve. It was a joy just to see the enjoyment on their faces. There were so many places and events for all to participate in. The young men went fishing, even though the fishes were not running. An adult accompanied the kids, went to the beach, boardwalk, movies and to the nail salon. It was almost impossible to get them out of the private pool. The adults took advantage of the jacuzzi tub. We planned a meal to eat on site every day, all other meals were catered in, or we ventured out to eat. The living quarters were just what we needed, eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The game room was kept remarkably busy playing computer games and pool. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect vacation.

We visited in winter. The property was easy to access (although the passcode was a little long ). The house was large with all the bedrooms quite spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Every room has a balcony! Also, the hot tub was great to have.

Property was generally as advertised. Very helpful kitchen facilities. Good surface cleaning, but wold benefit from a deeper cleaning. Beds were clean, but lower cost mattresses resulted in not very comfortable. Gas Grill was corroded and dirty to the point it was unusable, and communications to managr on the topic got no answer.

Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and more. Loved the beach being so close(less than a block away). Very spacious house and kitchen was stocked nicely for a rental . We had 23 and had plenty of room. Only negative is no bedroom on the main floor, was difficult for the grandparents to climb the stairs several times a day. We had a great time. Would rent again!!

Guys Beach Trip
This property is exactly as listed. I had a group of guys (8 total) to come down to N. Myrtle for a 3-day trip. The house is located just 200 yards or so from the beach which was great for some surf fishing. It's also just 3 blocks or so from a grocery store, bars, restaurants, etc. which was great so that we could walk most anywhere. The amount of space in the house was perfect for our group of 8 since there were 8 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. All in all, this is a good rental.

Place is very used....when we arrived, half of the light bulbs were out, everything is very worn out, debris under beds and dressers, beds very uncomfortable.....we had issues with the pool and a/c unit which really never was addressed...
silver lining was the location to the beach and amenities around there.....just overall disappointed in the price we paid and the service we got when there was an issue

The house was plenty big for the 11 of us. We were happy to have our own rooms, bathrooms, & balconies. We are from TN & met family from Ohio for our 1st family vacation together. The pool was great & hot tub was really nice to soak in. We LOVED the orange hanging chairs & the faucet to rinse sand off. The house is so close to the beach that we walked back & forth for food/bathroom etc. Now for the downside….the house was NOT clean. I had to walk with shoes or socks the entire time & the most disappointing part was when I pulled the blanket back on the beds (were made)but had dirt, hair, & other particles on the sheet. I’m not talking a stray or two…it was covered & was in more than one bed. I did not call as it was too late & we were tired & ready for bed. It’s the last thing you want to deal with on vacation…we cleaned up ourselves & made the best of it. The beds are pretty stiff as others have said & the kings are two twins put together so there is a middle section that’s not comfortable for snuggling. The pool had stuff stuck to the filter & we found a couple fellas who had drown which the kids were amused by. We cleaned it up & enjoyed the pool after that. It is only 3ft deep but it was nice to be able to play & not worry about a deep end. The hot tub was not clean & had stuff floating but we cleaned the best we could & then, of course, showered after use. The house does have some sort of smell (maybe animal) but we aired it out & of course was away most of the time. I would stay again IF guaranteed to be clean…like chemical smell clean. We paid a lot of money for this & expected a fresh clean house. I think they need to pay more and/or find a better cleaning company. It looks clean at first glance so they do a good job masking it. LOL! Hope this review helps…I’m not a complainer & usually just take care of things myself.

This place was great. The hot tub was amazing! We all loved it and the pool table too. Only down fall was the beds, they were so uncomfortable. There are mostly twins that you have to put together to make a king, this made a gab in the middle of the king bed and cuddling very difficult. All adults and teenager woke up with back pain each morning.Besides the beds, I would definitely recommend this place!
