Everything you need to have a great vacation. Our unit didn’t have air conditioning but it was not needed. Building is perfectly situated to get a good breeze throughout from the ocean. I especially appreciated one of the hot tubs designated adults only. We were also able to use the bikes that are available.

We had a great time and the unit was great! Loved the pool area. Our only complaint is we asked the reception for 2 days to stop the door on the unit above us to be closed because it was banging ALL night (very windy) they never did send anyone to close the door. Very frustrating!

The pictures are not accurate the rug was stained the master bathroom bathtub was not working properly the blinds were torn the vents lamps and fixtures were dirty and we had workers that were working on the top units starting at 7:00 am for 4 days and the property manager and owners were notified not to rent the units and yet they did without notice to us

The Cliffs is a great complex; the pool area is pleasant and there is a designated “adults only spa” in addition to another spa that kids are welcome to use.
Monday nights there is a reception at Four O’Clock for guests in the library area at the corner entrance to the complex.
Our unit was managed by Kauai Vacation Rentals but the on-site management also helps if you need something. Check-in and out is easy and the stay is relaxing.

We had a wonderful time in the condo. The location is great and it's equipped with everything including beach chairs and umbrella. The best part is it has a washer and a dryer. What a wonderful condo! We have stayed in Princeville before, but never at The Cliffs. If you want to feel “vacationed”, this is the place for you. Close to the tropical, super warm pools with waterfalls and hot tubs. The property has a beautiful view of the sunset, palm tree hammock and so many amenities provides complimentary. My husband and I enjoyed a date with complimentary bikes for a ride to the 1 Hotel Hanalei for coffee, spectacular! Also they provide equipment for pickle ball, shuffleboard, basketball, putting green, and playground. The condo has beach chairs and a fully stocked kitchen. The pull out couch was very comfortable too. Thank you for wonderful stay!

This is a nice clean unit. It comes with beach chairs and coolers. We have stayed here and love the location. The pool is heated and large. We loved going to Hanalei and we ate at Hanalei Gourmet which has very good food.

The condo was perfect everything was spotless was a a great location. The condo had a washer and dryer which was great for washing our wet clothing from both the rain and the beach. The place even had use of nice beach chairs, umbrella, matts, and towels. Loved it.

It was nice to see that some of the past comments about negative aspects had been improved upon. Dowels cut to be able to have the sliding doors partially open with some security for one thing.
The birds on the back lanai were pretty persistent in wanting to join us.
No exhaust fan in either bathroom wasn't ideal.
There were some maintenance issues that could be dealt with. Running toilet, cabinet doors hanging loosely, frayed blinds, etc.
Washer was very small capacity, but worked well and was nice to have. I would have honestly packed less cloths if I had thought it through.
Lack of AC wasn't great, but there were two large fans and two ceiling fans. Still, it was February and never got above upper 70's and it was still warm in the room.
Very large room though, plenty of space to move around in.
Bed was very comfortable to me (unlike some of the other reviews).
Lots of kitchen tools and cookware.
Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean.
There were two nice beach chairs, a couple of soft coolers, and nice beach towels for our use.

Condo was clean and complex has a ton of fun amenities, including games, two pools (one for adults only), fitness center, beautiful lookout over the ocean. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks so much !!

We had an amazing time at the cliffs in Princeville! We spent Christmas here and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas dinner. The barbecue views cannot be beat. It was so nice having a “home” to come home to after exploring on the island each day. Having beach chairs and umbrella was awesome! The Cliffs staff was helpful. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 11:30pm, contacting staff and getting into our unit was super easy. Kauai vacation staff were also helpful and responsive, definitely would book again!

This was a perfect rental for us! We booked this trip at the last minutes and the agency was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Easy check in process. The unit was great. Bed is super comfortable. Had some beach chairs for us to use at the beach and all the kitchen essentials if you want to cook. We would definitely come back!

The backdoor had a nice patio and private garden view.The pool has an attractive jungle-like appearance and there are two hot tubs. This unit is in a lovely position in The Cliffs - just steps away from the courts and pool, with a wide-open garden view - a lot more sheltered than those right on the clifftops! Being ground floor has its advantages - you can walk right out onto the lawn, and its disadvantages - the Hawaiian geese can, and do, walk right up to your windows to look in! They are sweet and curious but they leave their calling cards and the lanai became pretty messy. We never fed them or encouraged them in any way. An outdoor broom and watering can would be good additions as the Cliffs reception told us it was not their mess to clean up since the unit is rented privately. We had no tools to help us so just had to step around the messes. The interior is super spacious. Some of the furniture really needs updating - the dining chairs are impossible to sit on for more than a few seconds, and the mattress very soft. The table on the lanai may blow away in the next storm, very cheap and wobbly. However, it is a well equipped condo with all the necessary items and we were happy to stay there. There is a pizza truck that parks there twice a week and the pizza is excellent and reasonably priced. There is a big selection of books and DVDs in the rec room. The pool area is clean and the pool temperature just perfect. Lovely to walk the neighbourhood and see albatross nesting beside the road. The Foodland store in Princeville is large and well stocked with everything you'll need. The local library is close by. We enjoyed Princeville.

The condo was PERFECT for my sisters and I. The kitchen had everything we needed. We pack heavy, and there was plenty of storage for us. We loved sitting on our patio with coffee each morning, and wandering over to watch the sunset over the ocean each evening. We hoep to be back soon!

The location, staff and pool area were all lovely. The condo was spacious and comfortable, nice lanai. I would choose a second floor unit in the future. Couldn't really leave shades and windows open night since back faced the parking area with people walking by the bedroom and front was open to people walking by as well. Otherwise the Kauai Vacation Rental people were very helpful and the Cliffs staff as well.
